The restroom is disgusting. There is crud all down the wall that the changing table is on. The toilet seat is an old wooden seat that the paint is coming off of. I heard staff yelling because someone had nail polish on the floor.The store was well stocked, however. It was neat and clean and I found many things for my holiday shopping.

This place is terrific! It has about anything u would want at a discounted price! I love to go here cause there's so much to look at, I could spend the day there! More for your money! Friendly staff to help u if u can't find something! Great store!

I am a big biglotts fan. I love their stores and a lot of the products they have too. Very good prices . I go their to get my java coffee every month and some of their other stuff too. I really love big lots.

I delivered a load to this store. Personnel were prompt on time and courtesy. Also unloaded quickly even with the ancient dock system which could use an upgrade to make it easier and SAFER for the employees. All said and done thank you for unloading my trailer safely. JOB WELL DONE

Love shopping at Big Lots. Always something different to see every time I go in. Products are good quality, and prices are great, including furniture. Large parking area with handicap parking, easy access into the store for handicap, aisles wide enough if in a wheelchair. Nearby is a CVS Drugstore, Peking Chinese restaurant/all-you-can-eat buffet, Sagebrush Steak House, and a few other stores. All with plenty of parking.

This is an awesome Big Lots! The furniture selection is huge and it has a great home decor and housewares section. There are many varieties of groceries and snack items and you can find almost any health & beautiful you need here. The seasonal items make it a one stop shop for decorating for Halloween, St. patricks, Valentines, etc.; and the Christmas decor is beautiful! Great prices and everything you could possibly need for home can be found here. Love it!

I have only been to the Rogersville location a handful of times before this trip. The website needs to be updated more often. I was told by the store manager to never trust the inventory count on the website. The website said the kingsport location had children's twin bed mattresses in stock but Rogersville ended up being the only location within 100 miles that actually had them. Very disappointed with this.

No other people in the store b-40 minutes to get one item . I pick out online and it was supposed to be waiting on me. I would go back to that store. They don't even want to help load your itemut me. It still took about 30

Staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Big Lots. Wonderful deals. I'm headed out with a mattress two big bookshelves a couple storage bins bath tissue and some paper towel for right at $208!!

We bought a mattress less than a year ago for our spare bedroom which has been used a handful of times. The Sealy mattress is already sunk in like it's been used for years. Unfortunately, it's too late to return. Be aware before making the purchase.

I know its a bit early, but I love the fact they have already put Christmas items out for sale. It gives people like me a chance to buy items now that they probably couldnt buy around Christmas time.
