My dad and I were riding our motorcycle when it began to down pour. The gas station had no customers (and still only ended up getting 4 in the time present). There were always extra pumps. We parked by a pump that was closed. The person inside the store told us to go wait across the street at a closed gas station to get out of their lot. My dad and I were baffled by this response as we werent interferring with anyone. We just wanted to be safely out of the rain during our travel home. Absolutely awful customer service with whoever was working on 6/19 at 1:00 P.M. From previous reviews, this place needs shut down. It is an absolute waste.

The things everyone else here said pretty much sums it up, this place sets the standard for awful gas stations. Rude and cranky staff that frankly don’t belong in the customer service industry. This place is perfect as long as you don’t care about being able to use credit cards, throwing away any trash, using the bathroom, racism, or being treated like a person. The crazy old man especially didn’t seem to like our Puerto Rican friend, he started tellng him some gibberish about having a wet back (whatever that is supposed to mean????).

Traveling with a sick kid is miserable and this place managed to make it worse. Our kid gets sick in the car so we stop at the first exit to clean up and unfortunately it happened to be this horrible place. Once we get everything cleaned up I go to throw away what I could. No trash cans to be found only a dumpster. I walk over to the dumpster and as I do so an old man comes out to yell at me that it is for store use only. I try to explain my kid got sick and he couldn’t care less. Had to drive up another exit to a legitimate gas station to find a trash can. How about you try being a decent human being? Is that too much to ask? Apparently it is. Avoid this place at all costs. 0 stars would be a more appropriate rating.

They don't take credit cards! No bathrooms, and no signage stating so. And the staff is hateful. Gas is 2.37 for regular. They bait with 2.05 on Google maps, but that's for E85.

Extremely rude staff. Wish I could put a 0 star rating. Overpriced gas. Went to let my dog to pee , and an older gentleman ran out hollering and me to take her to the other side of the parking lot. 90° weather I carried my 40lb dog so her pads wouldn’t burn just to use the bathroom at the other side of the parking lot. Keep in mind there is no sign about a designated dog area.

Instantly met with rude staff yelling at us for bringing one empty cup inside thinking there would be a trash can. Old dude followed us outside and demanded we leave.

We drove from florida all the way indiana, ran across some car trouble and had no idea what to do or what was wrong. Yes, the older lady was rude and they didnt have much in their store, but we would not have made it to our destination without the owner. He helped with our car, got it running normal again, and was very very friendly. He even called his mechanic to come help us in case he couldn't fix it himself. Which is more than most people would've done these days tbh. Thank god for oldschool, humble and kind people.

Not much to choose from in the store and the staff is very unfriendly. Do yourself a favor and go to another exit.
