I was here for a spicy chicken sandwich big-box meal. Regrettably, my experience was far from satisfactory. I patiently waited for nearly 50 minutes before finally receiving my order. Patrons who had placed their orders after me were served before I was. Only after all the other customers had departed did I receive my meal. This situation left me feeling as though it was a deliberate oversight. The level of service is unacceptable.

Couldn't hardly get waited on then needed a refill, a lady on her break took time to give me refills. The rest of the staff is lacking. One girl walked by 3 times then helped some loud person who came in from drive thru and ignored me standing there the whole time. And the cashier took our order and didn't see her again except she was sweeping a rug behind the counter. It was the worst service ever!

Was in last night. Always liked this place, until then. The drinks were messed up but ok I'll let drive thru get them . I go for refills, a dark hair girl of regular build saw me standing there and ignored me. A woman in drive thru came inside and the same girl, got her drink and walked off so I start tapping cups on counter. Nothing. In a minute I banged cups on counter, still nothing. I wait a min and yell "hello". Again, nothing. I go to sit down and a pretty, slender woman, (obviously on break) comes to go outside and took time to stop and ask if I need help. She got me drinks. This place should promote her and fire the rest of last nights crew because they were useless! I I will go one more time to see if it's changed buy that's probably it for me.

Ok guys I’m not even gone lie I don’t even eat kfc I don’t care what nobody says I’ll give them an outstanding job on the food I always go to the drive through and the max on the food I’ll be waiting is like 5 mins but it’s worth it literally fresh food every single time they chicken boxes are freaking AMAZING I’m black by the way 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 and ion even eat kfc but mane I’ll be back tonight n the next day n the next day😂😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

If this is the KFC in oak ridge the head up people need to fire everyone in there they don't do there job you go in there smell of pot they play loud music and I set in the drive threw for over 35 minutes to pick a order up for door dash and when it's finally my turn to order they will tell me Everytime too this happen to me multiple times now there out of dam chicken I mean come on now how that possible and there a young girl in there trying to work the cashier station and drive threw and cook while the other 2 or 3 workers are out side smoking cigs for 35 mins or longer idk her name she deserves a metal I know she can't be more than 17 but she great but without help she can't do anything for anyone so other than that there might crue needs to all be fied asap all besides the girl idk her name but bless her for trying

I have never gotten a bad meal at this particular KFC. The place is always clean and the staff is always welcoming and helpful. The food is always hot and the way you ordered it. Would definitely recommend this KFC to anyone.Parking: A lot of parking for this location.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy wheelchair accessibility.

We ordered a 8 piece meal and didn't get half of our order. The food was cold, 5 pieces of chicken instead of 8 piece we ordered, no legs. Mashed taters wasn't enough for 3 people. Biscuits were hard as a rock. This is the 3rd time this has happened. I will never go there again. The people were also rude as heck.

(THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE KFC/TACO BELL LOCATION IN ROCKY TOP, TN AS A WHOLE) Don't waste your time. They are more concerned with standing around talking to each other or running the drive thru that they COMPLETELY IGNORE their customers allowing the line to wrap around beyond the door. Check the cameras, you will see where they just let people stand around the lobby waiting to order and they are just ignored. This isn't just a rare occurrence, it's like this just about EVERY time I come here, several times a week usually. I would go to another location because I've never been treated like this at a taco bell before coming to Rocky Top. I don't have a way to get to another location. On top of making people stand unattended and ignored for 10 minutes or more, half the time your order isn't even right. And then God forbid you can actually get someone's attention to get it fixed... It's one thing if you're understaffed and busy but all you have to do is apologize and tell the customers you'll be with them as soon as you can get to them. Don't just ignore them. If it weren't for them you wouldn't have a job.

I ordered 3 piece dark combo but was told they didn't have dark only white. I was toldManagement told them not to cook any chicken after 7pm unless someone ordered it and what they had was for someone else. I accepted the white since that was all they had. I took it home and it was burnt and dry so much that it was inedible! I'm taking it back in the morning but don't expect they will do anything since my receipt was for dark. Never again will I go to kfc!!!

Restaurant was not very clean ... our table and others were not wiped down. Taco Bell food was good and they got my order right. A couple of employees I saw were energetic and smiled. The giant of a man who took our order looked at us like we were yet another problem he had to deal with.

Friday night disappointment. Stopped in at 8 pm on a Friday night looking for KFC quality and didn't find it. One staff member had a clue and was working hard but the others all seemed new and inexperienced. The lady that had a clue was being pulled in many directions and was trying to provide good service and instructions but was being overwhelmed even though she tried not to show it. The only good thing I can say is the order was accurate. Not tasty nor timely.

Disappointing! Yes, they were busy, extremely, but the place was filthy. I had to clean out the seat I sat in, the tables looked like they hadn't been wiped in days, the glass doors were so nasty, you couldn't see thru them, etc. The best part was that they gave us a dirty greasy tray to begin with. I will say the man running the buffet was keeping the food stocked and fresh. Won't be back, at least for a while. I left feeling like I needed a bath.

My shoes were sticking to the floor, the tables and benches were littered with food crumbs, some of the garbage cans were overflowing, and my kids said the bathroom smelled "really bad". The staff was friendly, but the "cleanliness" of the place blocked that day of sunshine.

This KFC Buffet was awful. We got there at about 5:45pm(left at 6:30pm) thinking we'd be just in time for dinner and a fresh buffet. We were wrong. Many items were nearly empty and remained empty. They only had fried chicken and there were only 3 dry pieces (took a good 15 min for fresh chicken to come out. Carrot and pea combo was shriveled up nearly empty the whole time. Apple crisp pan empty and remained empty. Nothing was replaced or refilled the whole time we were there (except 1 pan of chicken). There were 4 other tables the whole time we were there (empty dining room) yet every table was dirty with crumbs. And to top it all off they had no hot pepper sauce for the collards? I've never been to KFC Buffet that didn't have this. (And they're in the south, seriously?) Should've just gone to Cracker Barrel☹

We ordered, the guy who was taking our order had an additude. We waited 10 minutes before getting our food, the food was good, not what we ordered, but still good. The food was warm, the only thing hot was the gravy, even then barely. I would recommend it, if your about to starve to death and need food.
