If you have to stop there....JUST DONT! If you leave your vehicle parked there to go in your car will be probably robbed for anything to be found in it. Locked or not. The store says they have no cameras and actually the workers are in on the stealing from the store worse than the homeless. The employees will also OVERCHARGE your debit or credit cards and they will act like they have no idea how to fix it. Just avoid the entire place I suggest.

The girl in there with all the piercings was rude. Now nothing against piercings as I have a few myself but she was super rude and dismissive so I walked out before catching a charge if you catch my drift. The store was dirty and unorganized and smelled super strongly of cigarettes.

I got a bottle of Old spice body wash and a stick of Old spice deodorant and two boxes of Junior mints. I shopped there before and the cashier mumbled $8.46 I didn't get a receipt but when I checked the charge after I got home it showed $18.46! So if you're going to shop here check your receipts!

The lady with the blonde hair and a pony tail was very rude acts like people are thieves I had to be home and blowed the horn a little bit and this woman came out cussing me out just because I blew my horn a little, I had to be home for a zoom meeting. Defending that 8 dollar job down there

Whomever the GM Is for family dollar you might wanna get up there and do some cleaning out and hire some decent people for your store. Waiting 10 to 15 mins while the cashier finishes her smoke and flirting with a man. Then coming in cussing on the phone with customers standing in line. Might want do some drug testing up in that place. The cashier cussed out a customer for asking her to come ring people up. Filed a complaint with corporate. Hopefully something will be done.

This is the best “dollar store” in rocky top and the safest!!! It isn’t as scary and worrisome to go into like the other dollar store in town. Also they have the BEST BEST store brand chips!!! WAYYY better than Lays! And for a fraction of the cost. They also have the best and cheapest circus peanuts! They do carry bread and some fridge and freezer items also. No fresh fruit or vegetables and no ice.

Cashier was rude this afternoon . Telling me I have to leave my back pack purse at the door with my personal belongings in it . I said it was my purse and she still proceeded to tell again as I told her it was my purse . But I've been in there several times before this and was never told this by employee. But she rude and very prostite.i was to leave it up at the front .. wrong .

The store was nice, clean, and had friendly employees when it first opened. Now the store is dirty, they have some new employees that are very rude, and there's usually druggies in there. The dollar general on 25w is way better.

Not only is this place close to my house, but most the stuff they sell is a great price. When they have a sale, get it! The customer service is top-notch and the store is well organized. Two-thumbs up!

This store has been up dated and has alot of dollar tree merchandise mixed in. They have a whole wall of frozen/refrigerator foods. There appears to be alot more merchandise than it used to have. I never have to go to that "other dollar store". And I receive excellent service when I am there.

Didn't have anything I went for and there was a sign in the window that said they were open until 9 pm on Christmas Eve and they are going to be open on Christmas day for a few hours. REALLY? You should be ashamed. I am sure these people that work for you would like to be with their families. If people don't have what they need by Christmas day. Then they don't need it.

I often frequent the store no one ever asked me do I have any coupons I spent $45 a day are and the lady behind me was asked did she have any coupons is there a Prejudice here I was very hurt and I'm not satisfied

The manager of the store made racial slurs when I asked for the store number because she stated me and my family wasn't allowed in. Store because of a disagreement over a year ago.
