We came from out of town to pick up a lawn mower we couldn't find elsewhere. Staff was super helpful and friendly despite us being there within an hour and half of closing. Cashier ensured we signed up for their loyatly program which would help track the extended warranty we purchased, and she walked us through all the benefits. Another employee patiently helped us load it on our trailer. Overall great experience.

I shop here, usually with my dog. Today I decided to try the dog washing station. My dog is a German Shepard/ Husky mix so I was pretty excited to use a waterproof apron, and the moving tub so I don’t have to bend over. I made sure to check the website and even searched for a dog washing station near me and it selected this location for me every time. This is the closest store to me too, so I was very excited. When I arrived i asked the young man if I could use a dog washing station and he then informed me they do not have that here at this location. “We don’t even have a spot for it here.” Is what he said. I’m not mad at anybody. I’m bummed at the fact the website said there was a station here and there wasn’t. I wasted gas, and my time. Tractor Supply, please update your website. Thanks.

The employees at this place are awsome. They always smile and help. I get slot of animal feed and they always get me crossville pricing and let me use the extra large push cart. Just good people and a good experience.

UPDATE: Since I have no vehicle, I knew I would have to go online to order kitty chow. I just received everything I ordered. The packaging was superb, all came sooner than expected and I am completely pleased with Tractor Supply. Oh yes, the kitties are happy not only with their chow but the comfy boxes. Thanks.

I used to love it and went there at least once a week. Had a problem buying a heater at a 20% off price. The manager was really rude. Refused to sell it to me at the sale price. Told me this heater wasn't a heater. I left empty handed. Called district office. Was told it was on sale and to go back. I went back and got it at 20% off. I only went back because it was a Christmas gift. I've never been back. Will never go back. Two trips to buy a gift at an advertised price is 1 to many. I figure they expect people not to notice or say anything. Bad business. Too many hardware/ home improvement stores to not honor prices and have managers who don't need to be managers. I'll take my money to Rural King.

Great!!!! I had 2 propane tanks refilled for $22.79. They DON'T charge any tax either!! I usually pay $21.89 for exchanging one tank. They just need to put a cover over where they fill them up. Also some better lights out there. Had to help by using the flashlight on my phone. We had to stand out in the rain. But that's ok I won't melt.

I've never been here before but I'm most definitely coming back. They have a very nice dog section and they even helped me get a 40lb bad of food into my car.

Love this store, every customer was greeted as they walked through the doors; with a kind, clear voice. The store is clean and well organized with prices clearly marked our questions where answered with respect. The day before my husband applied for a line of credit. All the same everyone was treated fairly. All my husbands questions regarding his credit where answered; he was asking who helped him fill out the forms so he could thank them. We will return because this is a great local store to shop at. My 2nd child, 1st son worked here when he fisrt relocated to Tennessee and ever since it has been our place to go. I don't know why I was followed by the employee's in a manner that was very irritating. I spend a lot of money at tractor supply stores, and I don't think I will be going back to this one. Some employees are just a bit overbearing with their poor skills as security guard experts

Tractor Supply has such a variety of things! Bird seed, dog, chicken, horse, almost any kind of animal feed. A lot of medicines for farm animals. Wrangler clothes (although I wish they had more women's). Carhartt. Boots & shoes. Nuts & bolts. Plants. And the manager, Kristin (I think), is so nice & helpful!

I love going to Tractor Supply to pick up dog food and toys. I usually take my Boston terrier and he puts on a show by checking out the latest toys he can reach. The staff is always helpful when needed, but mostly get a kick out of watching him.
