We have an Old English Sheepdog, Bentley. Carolyn and Paul take excellent care of him. Carolyn does an excellent job of grooming him, and Paul gives him a once over from a veterinarian's point of view. Tells us if he finds anything that needs watching or immediate attention. Carolyn is the best groomer we have had for Bentley in 7 years. She is a true and compassionate groomer. Highly recommend. Thanks for always making our "fur baby" look amazing!!

Excellent service at a very good price. Our pet needed extra care and work with her long hair and Carolyn was so nice and helpful. Everyone has said how cute and beautiful her new hair cut is. And she took the time to give me useful tips of how to give the best care for her hair going forward. I will be visiting Carolyn with all our pet grooming needs from now on. Thank you for the wonderful service!

They assumed my dog had been abused since he was difficult to do nail trim. I have had him since he was 6 weeks old, so no abuse... While doing my dog's nail trim, employee was heard several times saying shut up to the animals. Told me that my dog's ears were clipped too short.( We opted to have them that short.) Paul(I think was his name) made a rude remark asking why my vet didn't do my dog's nails. Then offered the option of doing my dog's vaccines.(my dog already has all vaccines) No thanks!!!! If you can't do a simple nail trim why would I trust you to do vaccines. And for the way you treated the animals while I was there I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!

I was overwhelmed with how cute my boys were groomed and to how wonderful they smelled. My boys have always begged -scratching at the door-to get out of other groomers. With Carolyn, they will actually come back to her. Mr Paul and their son are awesome to help remember appointments! They are all so friendly! That speaks volumes to me! They have our business!

She was very nice but she razor burned my dog in at least 5 different spots, left long pieces of hair on his feet, and left him bald in other spots. I am very disappointed because it was reasonably priced compared to other places I've been. :(Response to owner: My dog did not have multiple matts and fleas because I checked him thoroughly before I brought him. Upon retrieving my dog it was even stated that there was only one or two that was found because I do apply flea treatments monthly. To insinuate that I do not properly care for my dog is insulting to me. As far as saying nothing at checkout, I didn't notice the long pieces of hair at his feet until arriving home and also didn't notice the razor burns until later that day. And yes, I know the difference between skin irritation and razor burns. I have had my dog groomed by the same person for the last two years up until the last six months ago (she moved out of state) and she always gave him a close shave and never left marks like that nor complained of matting and fleas.

I brought my dog here for the first time today and they done a really good job on him. even after he snapped at her a few times she didn't give up she kept going until she was finished. i am very pleased with the results and i will be back for sure. she does every thing you need for your little furry friend even shots. thank you so much!!!!!

My rotten Rudy had another haircut here today. Even though he is a boy only a momma could love, they seem to care as much about him as I do. They gave me a lot of good advice today also , which I greatly appreciate.

I'm sure you gave five star service to Daisy. Since it was our first time I just had a lot of separation anxiety. If I knew how to change my rating I would. You all were so nice and courteous, as well as being completely professional. I won't be taking Daisy any where else.

Park N Bark was recommended to me by several co-workers. I've been bringing my 25-pound shih tzu/poodle mix here for several months and am extremely happy with the results. I had used Petsmart for years out of convenience because we moved around a lot. Once I settled into Roane County and found this small town salon, I discovered better pricing and superior service that I had not experienced before in pet grooming.

My husband called these people with an innocent question. He simply asked if they had an opening for today. The man who answered the phone literally laughed at him!! I understand that it was very unlikely that they would have anything on short notice but to be so unprofessional as to laugh in someone’s ear like that for simply asking is absurd!! I would NEVER recommend this business based solely from this experience. Professionalism and decent customer service are clearly lacking.
