I don’t go in Big Lots very often, but this store far exceeded my expectations. They have plenty of unique merchandise in stock and a very clean store. I don’t think you can find much of a better store out there!

It's been a long time since I've been to a big lots. This store is much nicer than I remembered big lots ever being. They had tons of Christmas decor and really good prices. Bathroom was very nice and clean also and staff was helpful and friendly

Big Lots used to be a good place for bargains. Everything I looked at was the same price as major stores in my area; in some products, the prices were higher. It was a total waste of time to go here.

All of the employees are friendly, knowlegable and helpful and they have made a huge update in their stores to make it easier to find things. They also improved their overhead lighting, changing it all to LED lights which makes it more appealing and easier to see things.

I really used to love Big Lots so much. Mainly because of the awesome deals they always had. I was a little disappointed that the deals aren't like they used to be. Sadly, I didn't even buy anything. I do want to say that the store is very neatly kept.

Love this Big Lots... Very nice store organized clean. I have never seen this store look bad always enjoy shopping here... My husband and I travel from Dayton Tennessee to shop at this store. Its not too far, we go everywere to shop... I love living close between both locations. I lived in Chattanooga my whole life... My husband is from Dayton Tennessee. My Mom came up to visit from Chattanooga. We took her to this Big Lots Rockwood. She never had been to this store... She loved it too thought it was nice. My favorite Big Lots the managers, employees are always friendly.

Pleasant staff, easy store layout to find almost anything you need! Although store offers a small variety, it does not offer the kind of variety of brands and items one would expect for the size of the location. Better variety with greater selection would warrant the higher ratings.

I went in looking for a simple vase for flowers they didn't have anything for that but I did find a really cute clear Water picture that I could use instead. A put roses in it to give to a hostess at a Christmas party - she loved at.

Employees seem knowledgeable on what they stock and where it's located, also are customer oriented and helpful. Sales are great and they have,a great lay away plan. Shop there for almost everything FIRST, and enjoy the finds. Recomend this store.

Always has great deals. I bought all my furniture hear and the warranty dept is great. Also they offer discount for veterans and frontline health workers!
