Never stocked up when you need help. They really ain't there to help constantly having to go to eagleville's Dollar general because this Dollar general doesn't ever have anything stocked up that I need plus they lock their doors at random times during the day how are people supposed to get their food or whatever they need when they lock the doors in the middle of the day not only that went in tonight and the cashier didn't even say a word but was talking to the other employee deff had a stuck up attitude place is a joke anymore plus when my wallet got picked up with all my money in it they had the lady on camera picking up and taking the money out but them nor the cops did anything bout it don't think I'll be returning to this store anytime soon eagleville one is so much better

I love coming here, the people in particular are great. The one person, Jesse is amazing. He was sweet and helped me with finding certain items and helped carry them to the cashier desk when I was ready.

Rude!!!!I stop by this Dollar General at 10:50am, as I am walking up to the door a girl Is manually closing the door, so I asked are you closing? She says yes for an hour.I never heard of a store closing for an hour ever, plus I was right at the door. Right there! This is beyond rude!!

It had most of the stuff you would expect at a dollar General, however it did not have everything I was looking for, so I had to go to other stores. I will be honest, the store is a little bit disorganized. It has stuff scattered in random places and some stuff on the floor. However, the customer service is great! And the employees are mostly nice and kind.

Cashier was having a bad day and cursing her customer with others waiting in line. Yes, the customer was a challenge. But that didn't mean she had to be rude to the customer.

This dollar general is going down hill very quickly, there is constantly clutter and boxes in the aisles or piled on the register conveyer. I don't know if it's because of the constant employee turn over but a couple of years ago when I shopped there often they had a couple of employees that had been there for a while. Try to get back to keeping your employees happy.

I needed some things quickly, it was actually faster to go to dollar general today than a typical grocery store! I found everything I needed quickly and easily, and I saved alot more money than going to a big box store. Dollar general is the one store that has not jacked prices way up during this pandemic. Brand name items for less than any other store in town! I actually have to go past dollar general to get to any other store in town. Why waste the gas and the money?

There’s a guy there (sorry for the misspelling), named Zinyha? He has the best customer service. Extremely personable. I would literally drive out of my way to come here because he’s that nice. Dollar general knew what they were doing when they hired this guy! 5 stars.

great location wonderful manager and friendly staff. always good for a quick shopping. the only thing I don't care for is the frozen food section they cut it down to nothing..we need the old ones brought back

Props to the employees of Dollar General, I mean seriously these folks are underpaid. I dread going in this store because of how cluttered it is. I asked a manager about the clutter and they say it's what corporate makes them put out on the shelves, CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT?? Not to mention they have to set up a new isle for every season and they stay understaffed. Thanks for your hard work, i'm hoping each and every one of you gets raises soon.

I like a lot of the values they offer, but the aisles are very narrow and hard to walk down. Always walking into merchandise and it could be a bit neater.

We got to Dollar General all the time. It's just down the road from us. They have really cheap stuff and clothes too but they are really pretty. They are always having deals on their things

The cashier at the Eagleville branch today was VERY pregnant and no doubt wishing she was any place but at work. Nevertheless, It is what it is. That's not a reason for being unfriendly. I hope your day improved.

They say that they open at 8, but they don’t open the doors till later. As a high schooler it would be nice to be able to pick up breakfast and a drink before going in.

U-boats full of what shoud be on the shelves, blocking the aisles. Out of what I want, probably on the u-boats. U shaped carts. Dirty floors, prices not posted on milk products. Of course you can't clean the floors with all the stuff that is on them. But you can put a price on the milk.

Terrible I had to go to school running on 4 hours and this morning I woke and I was going to get a monster from my handy dandy dollar general but they were not open when they said they were supposed to and I had to drive away without my dignity or monster.

This dollar general is right down the street from my home it is a disaster it's dirty out if order food in refrigerated area and freezer are out of date the sign at the entrance says mask required most of the patrons are wearing masks but none of the employees are wearing masks and no safety precautions the problem is they have high school kids running this store.
