This is Not a Super Center - No Bakery, No Deli, No Automotive! For the last 3 months they have had the self checkouts on limited use, either Card ONLY or Cash ONLY! Manager definitely isn't doing their job! Shelves are always unstocked! Contacted Corporate, praying things change! As of today, I'm boycotting the Wal-Mart in Ripley, TN

Never have items in stock anymore! Can not find anyone to help except Henry (dont know his last name) who is always willing to help with a smile!Only has self check and one cashier at cigarette checkout. They act like your bothering them so I use my app and then it's not in stock. I only go to this Walmart for my meds unless it's an emergency it's just not worth it anymore.

Look my needs are small,Coco Krispies,Chocolate Milk and Ammo for my guns. Do you think I can find all 3 there at the same time? Not a chance in Hello, Walmart just called and wants to rent shelf space as apartments.. Hey at least if I can't eat and shoot I will have a place to live

The Humboldt Walmart Supercenter is the best Walmart I've been to lately. They have cashiers actually working the cash registers and the store is laid out like they used to be. Union City Walmart is so disorganized and under construction that I couldn't find anything and took right at 4 hours mostly looking for the stuff on my list. It was horrible

Great store I just think the workers need to work on filling the shelf with products especially when a little snow winter weather shows up the store starts looking empty and there is overstock on top of the shelf that can go out the pass couple of days I have spent my time having to climb on the shelf to reach the overstock that's on top that I need because nothing was on the shelf other than that the people are nice

This is one of the larger, cleaner, Walmart Inhave ever been to. I enjoyed walking down all the aisles. I chose to stop at this Walmart at this time as there was a problem I needed one of two items to solve and I had time to kill while I waited for the sun to get low enough not to affect my driving. Amazingly after checking every aisle in the store and the ones I expected to find it in three times... I didn't. Nore was I able to find a clerk to help me look. So, big beautiful store... even with your shelves fully stocked you let me down.

Only 2 cashiers and mine was on her phone while ringing me up. The store is filthy and understocked. The employees are not helpful and quite often downright rude. Good luck finding a manager to complain to or to help with a situation. I hate going here and avoid it whenever possible. You can try complaining to home office ,but after the CEO appeared on television and blamed customers stealing for the store's poor performance ,I really don't think it would do any good. This chain thinks ot is too big to fail . I suggest they look at the stores before them like Kmart and Sears to name a few who also went under.

We did a Walmart pick up. Everything went smoothly the lady was very nice. They were only out of one of my items which was a small 1. And I had requested no Substitutions.

I am giving 1 star because 0 is not an option. DO NOT order express delivery. They take your money, email you that your order is being delayed and then nothing. 2 hours after my delivery time and 5 phone calls later I was finally able to speak to someone only to find out my order has been cancelled and it will take at least 7 business days to refund my money. Save yourself the stress and DO NOT use this service!!!

It was good. The staff at this location are always very friendly and helpful. I always find what I need and don't have a long checkout time at all. Oh! And they always have more then 1 register running, unlike Memphis where I'm from. As well as all the self checkouts working properly. 5*s all day long!!!

Just did a pick-up for a black Friday deal. The wait time was pretty much nonexistent (less than 3 min.) The male sales associate who's name I failed to get, was the most polite and respectful I have dealt with for a pick-up order. I could definitely tell he was tired yet kept a smile on his face and didn't complain about my large items. I truly wish I had gotten his name, with no doubt he deserves a raise! Nice to have finally had true customer service!

This is a small store compared to most. Not always stocked well and messy aisles. The staff is very nice and helpful. Not impressed with a few checkers when I have a large cart of items. Self check out is not always a good option.

Went to Covington Walmart. Shelves were empty, dairy was sparse, but the back room was full and boxes were scattered all over the floor, and the store was dirty. Associates were standing around talking. Only a few were working. Left and went to Ripley. There it was clean, well stocked employees were actually working and more registers were open.

I had 5 items to get, and 3 were out of stock. I despise going to a store and them not having as many of my items as they do have. I will just shop elsewhere. The prices on the shelves were not always what rang up, also. Watch out for that if you are shopping at a Walmart.

They are completely understaffed. I stood at the paint counter waiting on an associate to come or pass by for 15 min. Finally 1 passed by. I asked for help. No one ever came. I then started calling the store to get some assistance. That was an epic fail, because no one ever answered the phone. I called for over 20 minutes. I then walked up to the front of the store to get help. I asked a guy to get us some help & he went to customer service. Still no one showed up. On the way back to the paint dept I saw a lead person & I explained to her what was going on. She informed me there was no operator to answer the phones anymore & not enough workers. After another 10 minutes of waiting I saw an associate & asked her if she could get a manager & explained why. He came & I explained to him what was going on & that we had been waiting an extended period of time. He didn't know why no one ever answered the phones & he was really nonchalant to the whole ordeal. He mixed the paint & we continued our shopping. While we were waiting there was another couple who had been waiting longer than us in the furniture dept. We were hoping to get our shopping in early to avoid the crowd & that was an epic fail.

Nothing in stock, empty shelves, hired help was inexperienced and the rest were unsupportive and not interested in asking customers if they need help. I refuse to go back and I am considering moving to Oklahoma. Besides I did not fill safe and I was not carrying my side arm for protection. There was alot of thief going on and no employees were doing anything as if it is expected.

Had to ask for assistance in locating items that had been moved they were very helpfulCustomers need to remember workers don't make the rules they only obey them, they aren't the bottom line as to what what or how much is ordered for their store.Remember they have to work for a living & don't need customer abuse from us believe me they receive enough from higher up sometimes.It's a shame 😔the turn Walmart has taken since Mr Sam died & his family soldout his legacy 😢.Just to bad the higher up personnel have forgotten we the customer keep them in business & with jobs & should also be treated as if we mattered

Before COVID hit I would've said absolutely. But ever since the workers and I mean ALMOST ALL Walmart workers seem to be the worst. As if the 45 minute countdown over the store intercom in which they tell us to start wrapping up our final selections and head up front for purchase and get out isn't bad enough? And believe me, it's highly annoying and just flat out rude 15 out of the 20 times they hit the mic. But they follow everyone around as if every customer is a thief. I mean literally walk through an hour till close, you'll have an entire baseball team following you non stop. It's insulting, especially considering my husband and I like to go each day, we usually need something or another, but we also like to goof off and pick each other's brains on ideas since we're remodeling our own home. I've designed most and help him build what I can. But he's definitely the bronze and the brains. Long story short, of you wanna feel like a criminal without doing anything wrong?? Well then by all means, visit any Walmart in West TN north of Memphis. Oh and yes they just as rude during the day, and they will come up and accuse you of not paying for something after WATCHING you ring up your full biggy. YEA, They'll actually accuse you of stealing. And all the while they were grabbing with 1-3 other workers about how ready they are to be gone already. I mean honestly, the stockers are the only ones doing anything 90% of the time. Not sure why they even have cashier's anymore? Everyone checks themselves out now, we do their jobs, get treated like garbage, and they have the nerve to be complaining at 9-10pm about 11o'clock???OKAY, SORRY, Rant Over!! #goback24hrsLater Google
