How are customers supposed to get down the aisles when they are clogged up with carts upon carts of product?… lazy workers.A good portion of the store was congested with product like this today. Not an individual insight working on any of it.Corporate needs to do something about this particular store… They have lazy inept employees, the store is a complete disaster, too many shelves are empty, and they’re always pestering the customers to donate candy bars to the nursing home across the street.

Friendly oh, they are so nice and so kind such sweet ladies, they are great, there is a huge issue here with ordering and stocking however. There are rows of items that are just not there because they were not ordered and then there are other items that are overflowing their area, and some of the area near them because too much of it was ordered. I've been waiting for them to order salted caramel monsters now for 3 weeks, this store is a mess!!!Edit ** the store is cleaner now, and the stock is actually being put away

The service is good, the people working are very friendly. But the store has went down so bad since October 2021. They have been closing the store early almost every day since before Christmas.There is never any merchandise on the shelves. It sits in boxes crowding the isles for weeks before it gets put out. The last 2 times I've been in there, there hasn't even been a buggy to use. They are all gone except for about 3 or 4 that also stays sitting in the isles full of merchandise. It is the only store we have in Ridgely, but its still more convenient to go to dyersburg where you know for sure they will have the items you need and also a buggy to use. It is such a shame we can't keep all the money we can in our little town by using this Family Dollar Store, but when the management is so bad, you know what it's going to be like, most people would rather avoid the whole headache of it all. Again it's very sad because our little town really needs a good store. Revenue would be off the charts if they could get better management. The city is going to build a Dollar General starting this spring. That store will put the Dollar Store out of business at this rate.

Went in for a bag of sugar on 7/3 no sugar on shelves but 3 full pallets of stock. I asked if they had any sugar and was told they didn't. On 7/5 still no sugar, I asked again and was told "probably some on the pallets" isn't that part of working there,.. TRAINING AND DISCIPLINE they are oblivious about their job descriptions, this is the evening shift, they act as if stocking is 1st shifts job.... Manager check your tapes and you will understand...

Very seldom use this store unless absolutely necessary.Although convenient, the store is often crowded with loud mouthed, inconsiderate, and socially inept-teenagers congregating by the front entrance and registers.Management will have to address this issue before I will spend my money with them in the future.I’ll happily drive to Dollar General, or Fred’s Discount store in Tiptonville.

Compared the dollar store in Tiptonville this place is amazing! The store is full everything is stocked. Will probably be driving here instead of using the Tiptonville store
