It might be in the company's best interest to properly train the cashiers how to help customers with the Western Union kiosk. Every customer that I help complains that either the computer is down or the cashier isn't informed enough on how to use the system. Walgreens is an agent for Western Union and everyone should be trained and give a willingness and positive attitude to help customers. Also, one or two of the ladies seem to be in a very bad mood in the pharmacy area. It could just be her face, but the customer service is always poor and I never feel like anyone is happy to be at work, however the 2 men that I've seen there are always in great spirits.

The pharmacist have always been top notch, the older lady with long orangish hair every time I’ve been there has been very rude from the time I pull and she asks can I help you. I’ll be sure to say no next time I would rather be helped by someone else because she looks at you like she is better than you are. Some people need medicine and the type prescribed shouldn’t give her an ounce of judgement or attitude even if it is with her facial expressions. The other assistants are great and always help with a smile. Next time I’ll grab her name other than that I would recommend this pharmacy at 5 stars but she depreciates the customer experience. Hope she finds a happy place cause she is one unhappy person.

Poor customer service from the Pharmacist to the tech. They come off very rude and somehow never have your prescription but when the Dr. office calls they magically find it. I love when I pull up to the window and they slowly walk to the phone, pick it up and continue their conversation with whomever before saying can I help you.

Wal mart pharmacy runs circles around wal greens pharmacy.Ive tried twice to deal with the wal greens pharmacy,they treat you like your a dopehead or beneath them,rude,unprofessional, the doctor determines when you fill the date on your prescriptions not the narcissist pharmacist. Proud veteran Will not be back!!!!

This is a busy location, and the employees work hard to help the customer. Keep up the hard work, and Walgreens give them all a pay raise!!

I recently underwent major shoulder surgery. On November 20, 2018, I got a prescription filled for norco 5 mg, 30 pills, labeled take 1 to 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours as needed for pain. Today, December 19, 2018, I took in a new prescription for Norco 5 mg, 30 pills, as you can tell, I don’t take pain meds unless completely necessary, I was told I could not fill the prescription until tomorrow because the other prescription was filled on November 20, 2018, this is not a monthly prescription. We live 30 minutes out, I still don’t have complete use if my right arm and my husband just got out of the hospital Friday, December 14, 2018, with double pneumonia and we have to drive back into Pulaski tomorrow when it is not necessary. My prescriptions will be transferred. I would give them a -5 if possible. Train your staff!!!!

For three months now i have had nothing but problems with getting my medicine ,not the first time i have been there and gotten all my meds on the day im suppose to.i have been over on numerous meds and when you sumit your insurance they want to take your 5 and give you the cheapest ones so you are forced to pay for the exspensive ones im definitly going to change and you would think they could get it right after being told every month but instead its only how and what they want to do.....they have some of the rudest people that i have ever dealt with in my life.if you dont want to do your job stay home and let somebody else that cares about people to do it.....

The pharmacy never gets my meds right, or leave some out. I have to go back several times, and the people in the pharmacy are the rudest people I have ever had wait on me, anywhere. After today ill never even be in to shop or fill my medications again.
