The new manager was only walking around on her phone, bashing the employees and asked me to leave because I spent to long looking for the right notebook. As an author I am notably more picky about notebooks. But the manager definitely made it a environment not conducive to a good shopping experience and I feel the work environment will also suffer given my experience as a paying customer.I have ever had any issue previously with this store and its employees or managers.

MY REVIEW IS FOR STORE # 17418 on Highway 31 in Columbia TN. The store was nice but neither cashier was the first bit helpful!!I went to take back to shirts I bought at full price. The girl behind the counter rung my return up as 50% off and was only going to give me that. And I HAD MY RECEIPT from two weeks prior when the shirts weren’t on the TWO DAY SALE. I had to KEEP ON INSISTING that was wrong and didn’t go along with the stores return policy.. so after at least 5 LONG MINUTES OF ARGUING THAT, she then calls her manager who tells her to refund it at FULL PRICE. Then I was going to use the return cash to pay on my new bill of some extras I purchased and then put the rest on my debit card.. but she said I had to pay with debit first which I’ve never had to do but I didn’t keep persisting cuz it was obvious she didn’t know what she was doing and the whole time another girl working beside her, never ONCE STEPPED in in the case maybe she knew what she was doing.. BUT THEN WHEN I SEEN THE OPTION FOR CASH BACK, I remembered my next stop was gonna be the bank.. so I then decided I’d get the cash back of $80, but she told me I couldn’t even tho the pc screen said I could. Her reasoning was that she “DID NOT HAVE THE MONEY IN HER DRAWER”. Now keep in mind the other girl was right beside her and NEVER SPOKE UP ONCE. So after CONCLUDING MY PURCHASES, I LOOKED AT THE CASHIER AND SAID “COULDN’T You HAVE GOT THE CHANGE FROM THE CASHIER NEXT TO You?” So then in a sarcastic tone she asked the other cashier which REPLIED “YES I HAVE IT”. So there it was. IT WAS NOT THAT THE CASHIER WHO WAITED ON ME WAD IGNORANT OR UNEXPERIENCED BUT RATHER WAS JUST PLAIN OLE LAZY AND BUCKED THE IDEA OF HAVING TO DO ONE DARN THING EXTRA.. in addition to being LAZY, SHE WAS CONDESCENDING AND RUDE!

Clean store, plenty of choices in merchandise, & a very friendly staff especially the manager Heather, she went out of her way to assist in locating an item that was featured in the Thanksgiving ad. Thank you again Heather!!!

This store is very friendly, they greet you as soon as you walk in very polite, I just really like this store. And before you leave they tell you to have a good day

As for some selections, they are better than Walmart! Their checkout folks are so nice and fast. Makes it a pleasure to shop there.

The bathroom didn't have a baby changing area. The light in the bathroom was not working right either. The cashier didn't tell me until I told her the light was out in there.

What can I say about Dollar Store I only go in there once in a great while they are not a dollar store anymore they are a lot more than a dollar store slow Never Enough help always a big line have to stand and wait in line reminds me of the lines at Walmart

They don't do what they say. Sale signs are higher than regular prices another thing get to cash register to pay for sale price product you get charged full price were they haven't took price tag down.

The best service, although shorthanded sometimes so it might be a bit of a wait but it's not their fault and they're just so dang awesome it more than makes up for it

Seemingly goid prices but you got to watch expiration dates on food and the price tag is deceptive. The quanity does not match the prices.
