Take my girls here very often and I am always very pleased with the service I get. Sonda is very patient and loving with my dogs and Addie doesn’t mind going now that Sonda is grooming her. Before she would be shaking all over and afraid.

Wonderful experience. Did a excellent job on my Scottish Terrier Wallace. Prompt quick service, listenend to what my wife wanted, and I like that we didn't have to have the dog there all day.

Didn't cut my dogs nails, and as the customer when I brought this to her attention.....she rather argue then just cut them. It was very evident the nails were not cut. We were never told we would be charged for a missed appointment, which is fine....I get the charge; however there should be a disclaimer. On the same note perhaps she should take into account when she needed to move our appointment last minute, and we rushed over to accommodate her schedule issues. Very unkind lady, not consistent I'm her work.

SO happy I found this place! Sonda and the team are absolutely wonderful. They make it easy to schedule an appointment, they start on time, and finish on time! And they're super affordable. Every other groomer I've used would take 7-9 hours to groom our toy poodle. Not here! She was done in one hour. 😍 I had a wonderful first experience and can't see myself using any other groomer again. I highly recommend!

I absolutely love this groomer!! They're quick, nice, detailed & they go out of their way to accommodate your schedule. I've taken 2 spoiled unruly dogs there, which neither of them will sit still when cutting their nails & somehow they did it with no problem!!

Made an appointment via Facebook messenger. I showed up for my appointment the owner stated that I didn't confirm my appointment and stated that she was closing after she was done with the dogs on her table .
