The New Powell Pet Food and Supply owner is simply amazing.Today I went into shop for a dog that was in kidney failure.She went above and beyond to get the right treats for her medical needs.I had to go a special food order, the owner ordered exactly what I needed.If you’ve never shopped here, I highly recommend it.

Love this place! Prices are great and Vicki is a sweetheart! Her dogs also greet you! She is very knowledgeable and has saved me money and time with her suggestions for my beagle bassetts allergies! Just can't say enough about Vicki!!

This is a great place to get pet supplies. The prices are better than most and they have a good selection but the very best thing is the fantastic customer service. She remembers what you get and need and orders for you to have what you need in stock. Great service from the owner. **** new addition, the new owners that took over are fantastic. They too know just what our dogs eat and order it for us and have it ready when we need it. They ae local community members too and care about the community and us and our dogs. They had big shoes to fill when Vicky left and have done so beautifully. "Where everybody knows your name" is where I shop and save money doing it. Stop in and check out the cookies/bakery items. This place has the best selection of food and supplies with really good prices. My dog cannot have grain and her food is hard to find. Ms. Pam and her daughter, Kenzie, not only had the food I needed but they now order the smaller bags to meet my needs. Not only that but the store is so cute! Great stuff for your pets that you can’t find everywhere else. If you like a small business that knows your name and your pet and treats you like family. This is the place for you!

The lady (forgot her name but she had a blonde pony tail)..was so helpful and friendly! I was on a tight budget that day and she didn’t push me to overspend. Love all their little treats! And some were only 35 cents for little baked goods! She even gave me two sample puppy foods for my pup to try. We are going back this morning and bring our puppy with us 🐶❤️

Seriously Barbara Sellers (aka Karen) ? Who goes to Taco Bell and orders a cheese burger? This is a pet store for dogs, cats, and small MAMMALS. Not once does this place advertise selling for birds. The owner and daughter of this establishment has always been nothing but respectful to me, to my pets, and to this community in general. Not sure what climbed up "Karen's" rear end today, but this is a business that has a new owner with a new and hopeful outlook on how to help our pets. Shaming a business and giving bad reviews when you have never stepped into the building, does nothing but hurt good people. You catch more flies with honey, Darlin. Being a witch gets you nowhere in life. Just sayin.

Miss Vickie at Powell Pets is the best. She really cares about my pets and always has suggestions about will work for my dogs. Prices are great and easy parking and entry to the building. I wouldn't go anywhere else. She is happy to take a check or cash, no cards.

The lady who owns this place is great. Went in just looking around and it was getting ready to storm. She asked if my dogs were scared of storms and I said terrified. And she offered me this product " Quiet Moments" and it has done wonders :) Thank you so much !
