Came here this afternoon in hopes to see what a small weber grill looked like in person. I also figured I'd end up buying it online because normally it's cheaper. We were greeted by an associate that showed us the grills and went through the differences. The price was only $5 more in-store and the service we got was well worth that $5 great folks at this store and grey prices too. BTW weber is the only way to go for grilling

I hate to see businesses closing down. I know I went to that location about 15 yrs ago..they were hiring and I got the job but at the last minute the gentleman ask me if I smoked and I told him yes...his reply...forget it then. You can't work here. I never went back.

I LOVE the customer service at this location! Prices are great and plants are very well take care of and full. I believe the gentleman who helped me was David and he was great! He was so patient and very helpful considering I knew nothing about gardening. He helped me choose several different flowers to plant and advised me how to care for them. I would definitely recommend beginners to start here!

Nice local garden shop with a great selection. Some of the furniture prices can be a bit nuts but the people are nice and they carry a lot of good supplies. Great place for grill accessories our grills in general. Costco has better prices on their hardwood charcoal though.

I went the two days after Christmas to get Christmas items on clearance and the employees were great! My order ended up taking a while but they were so friendly and patient with me. They even helped me carry my items to the car, and showed me a coupon I can use in the spring time. Thanks so much!

This is an awesome place if you enjoy gardening! Their plans are well taken care of and very healthy I am picky about what I bring into my garden I find some of the big box stores have plants oftentimes or diseased from lack of proper care either over watering or underwatering I will not bring disease plants into my garden. You don't have to worry about this with mayo! I find the prices very fair for the quality of product which you receive. I have been able to find worm castings here when no one else had it. They have very good quality garden tools that you won't find other places in the area now quality is not cheap but males pricing is very fair because they do not sell junk. The people are always friendly their knowledgeable and very helpful meios is a credit to themselves and Knoxville Tennessee is lucky to have this company!

Great service at first, bought four Crete Myrtle bushes late in the season last year and was told they are guaranteed. Today after making sure two of my bushes weren't actually coming back late I asked how their guarantee worked and was told by the lady at the front desk they give you a discount if you by another plant but they don't guarantee anything because they don't know what you did to them when you get home.That is fine, I will take all my plant and Bush service needs to Lowe's where they always guarantee their perennial plants for a year, unconditionally.

They were truly very nice and very helpful The manager even helped load it. We bought a concrete picnic table and they loaded it for us.. Seemed really concerned when they found out my husband and I were going to have to unload it by our selves. FYI We did unloaded by ourselves and put it up We had muscles we didnt know we had LOL Thank You again for all your help it was worth coming to you all from Harriman to get this Outstanding service

This was my first visit to Mayo, and they have so many wonderful items for sale! I was very delighted to see not just many plants but outdoor furniture and yard work equipment !! I will definitely be back to do more shopping!

They close at 6, so weeknight trips are out of the question. The staff isn't very helpful and the prices are on the high side. They do have a nice selection of garden and outdoor accessories, but I'll stick to getting my plants at Stanley's

Not safe for anyone! Me and my very young children had to leave because they were starting law mowers and running them inside and the whole place was filled with gas! 0 stars!!!! I will not come here again!

Terrible service, we waited 20 minutes to buy a bale of straw. One employee had no mask. No offer to open a second register. Lady in front of us waited >30 minutes. Not a good experience- trying to support local businesses, buuuut

The most over priced store ever!!!! Go to Walmart dont waste your time. I got a 30$ umbrella for my table a big one and they tried to charge me 80 for the same thing at Mayo. Booooo to mayo!!!!

Worst place ever!!!!!!!!!! Don’t go here they started lawn mowers while people were shopping. I had to run my 1 year old out the door because the CO2 was so bad you could barely breathe. No consideration for customers and I was profiled three times!!!

I love Mayo's anyway but they always seem to have what I consider, "hard to find", plants. This particular location has the most helpful and friendly staff.
