LOVE this Kroger. Wide isles and ample space to shop. Great Starbucks and food court area if you need to grab a quick snack. Appropriate number of registers open. Have used the pharmacy as well as the clinic - pleased with both.

This place has disgusting bathrooms. Why? They force women to use the same facilities as men. Men who pee on the seat, leave the seat up, toss toilet paper all over. " There is no such thing as a unisex changing room. There is no such thing as unisex or gender neutral toilets. If women and girls are forced to use the same facilities as men, then they are basically using male facilities, because men own any space they are in." Shame on you Kroger.

The lady in the floral department this morning was rude, loud and very off putting. I don’t want to hear about the internal problems you guys have. Griping and complaining about needing a raise and pay being unfair is so unprofessional. I don’t care if she’s a manager - I’d fire attitudes like that in a heartbeat. Such a damper on my morning.

Went to that Kroger for the first time yesterday. They only had one checker and she was really rude. Her name was Rebecca and asked us to go to the self check out. I refused. Looked like she didn’t want to be there and we were bothering by being there. Also overpriced items like precooked bacon. They wanted over $13 for 10 slices of hormel precooked bacon. You can get 50 slices at Costco for the same price. I won’t be back. Hateful service and overpriced groceries. No thanks.

I was shopping at Emory rd location yesterday Ranee Ward went out of her way to assist me with a crab boil dinner for 20 people I was cooking, Renee was absolutely wonderful and her assistance was very much appreciated!!

I was just robbed from Kroger. When I rang up these Hefty garage bags they rang up at $9.29 and NOT $8.29 and after asking the very rude old man at the shelf checkout why he said I needed to by 5 more items to get the $8.29 price. This is a marketing SCAM!! Would look at this sign and think, oh I need to buy 5 of these to get the $1 off! No one! After then speaking with the young assistant manager asking for my $1 he said that is impossible and either I can buy 5 more items or return the bags! Never shop there again, Scammers!

Just once, I would like my cold items to make it in the cooler bag that I bought from you. Please teach your baggers how to bag groceries. Chemicals don't go with food items. This is a food safety hazard since those bottles often leak. The cashier was very pleasant but the bagger was miserable and would not speak to us when we thanked her and told her to have a great day. I always sort my groceries to make it easier. First world problems really, I got a chuckle out of it today since it's cooler out but during the summer it's super annoying.

We’ve only been to a couple of groceries around town since we’ve moved here, but this is by far the best! It’s so clean and always well stocked. The associates are friendly and helpful!

Let's start off by saying this is a Kroger. It's a bigger version so it has stuff like clothing toys and other stuff but most of the stuff it has is alittle more pricey than some other places. The selection they have does make up for the price differences compared to other places and most of the times the workers and management are willing to talk to you and try to find a solution to your problems or at least help you find a middle ground to meet on to make the shopping experience better.

I'm a constant shopper there am there multiple times a week. I love their fresh produce and prices aren't bad. But . When I call my meds in 4 days prior and NONE of them are done AFTER i got a text saying they was done . So I went to shop while I had to WAIT for my meds to be filled. During this time. I notice 2 of the insta carts blocking the main isle and 2 people trying to shop around them. And the CUSTOMER apologizing to them for her being in the way???? Wow . Not acceptable. So after that lovely experience I go back to pic my meds up and STILL one won't be there till tomorrow I'm beyond done with this place. Nothing is marked right! The only good thing I can say is their produce is fresh.

I shop at this location a lot. I have never had a bad experience or have gotten any bad products there. I would recommend this Kroger location to anybody. I will continue shopping there. They have a lot of excellent deals and they are not only a grocery store but they carry clothing appliances for the kitchen area of your home and a lot of other things. They are kind of like a One-Stop shopping experience.

Workers are always polite on phone. And when bringing out groceries. Very good at small talk and providing the correct information needed as far as substitute. Food is always correct, bread never smooched , produce in good condition and never up charged for substitutions. Always do my ordering at Kroger. Never disappointed.
