first time there and will be last my little 2 year old maltiz poodle mix is no longer with me because of a staff member not listing , was told not to have him around a open door unless on lesh that he was a runner, went to pick him up they brought him out without a leash ,put him in the floor and opened the front door to out and my kona run out the door on to hwy 52 and was hit and killed by a van that didnt stop

My aunt's dog is dead after the staff brought him out unleashed after we had already warned them prior to be careful because he would run out of open doors. he was able to run out the front door of the business into the highway then was struck by a van. Fencing needs to be installed in the front and employees need to learn to listen to warnings or at least make sure to leash the animals.

My boy is a hefty basset hound, and he loves it here. I love it too. Very nice folks. Very reasonable prices. And you don't need an appointment to come in and get your pup's nails clipped and filed. Mine usually needs some work in his ears too. Not a problem for these folks. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, personable, and they treated the dogs great; I highly recommend this service store located by the First Care medical facility, conveniently situated in Portland, TN. It is also very inexpensive, with very knowledgeable staff and owner. I plan on taking any future animals to this place for their outstanding service and excellent grooming skills. The animals were noticeably happy upon receiving them back and looked great, ready for a dog show to win first prize!!!!

Absolutely love this place. Very friendly knowledgeable professional and caring. Only groomer my aussie mix Pippin feels safe with and comfortable. And I feel same about leaving her in their care. Lots of products for sale and services to choose from plus she gets to see other dogs and walk around in the yard before and after her appointment. Very worth the drive. Also helps us work on our separation anxiety together. Wish I could do 10 stars. Your babies will look and feel amazing. They are also the only ones she let's do her toe beans etc. Give them a try, you'll be back.

I reached out on Monday to see if they had any availability and they were able to get me in on Wednesday the same week. I took my 9 yr old cocker spaniel in to be groomed. He got a bath, cut and nails grinded. We like to do the clean feet as he licks and chews a lot.The ladies were super sweet, and Jax immediately went up to one of the ladies and was in love! Got all the pets. I dropped him off at about 8:50 am and he was ready to go at 3 pm. He looks great! We do an all over one length cut including the eats, everything was blended nicely. Nails and feet also look awesome as well. We will definitely be taking Jax back to these awesome ladies!
