Purchased some items for our baby goats and didn't use one of the milk bags. Took into the store this morning unopened and she said I couldn't return it. I asked to speak to manager and she said "I am the manager". Gallatin location was nice enough to allow me to return it. It only takes a little kindness. You lost my business Portland.

I love going here for my Duck feed and pretty much anything I need for gardening, fencing, livestock. They staff are always nice and very helpful.

Love this place!! It’s so clean, and I love all of the aisle displays they have. The staff is really nice! I get my cat litter here because it’s only 10 cents or so more expensive than Walmart. Super convenient!!

I came to pick up a Kayak after work on August 30th , I really want to recognize an associate who went far and beyond with customer service ! Mr. Terry!!! He was absolutely amazing and one of the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time ! I really hope this message gets to him, he also wanted me to call the store to let him know I made it home safely due to driving from Portland to Lebanon to pick up the kayak I always wanted to get myself, unfortunately the lebanon store didn’t have this kayak in store so I drove to the closest Tractor Supply that did, and I’m honestly glad I came to this one. Also Nikki was really good with her customer service as well. Please let them both know I appreciate them both so much!!!

My first trip in today and I was amazed at the difference than the other location I always frequent! Positively hands down an amazing experience. Super friendly and helpful staff (Bryan), lots of sale stuff of my kind. I even had to go out and get more $ due to the awesome bargains I found! I'll def be back since this is now my Tractor Supply!!!
