Went in to order my meal and there was kids that was employees like 6 just walked around didn't say hi or we will be right with you I guess they was hoping I walked out and not be served, it took 6mins until I got a female to take my order and when I asked her was they going to close she said the inside didn't close till 10pm so I was afraid to take my order because the employees they had was going to mess it up on purpose so I walked out and left to another McDonald's. So if anybody stops there be careful on getting your food there

It was really busy the drive-thru was backed up almost to the entrance as soon as you pull in so I went in to get me and my daughter something to eat and there was more than enough employees working behind the counter I don't know why they chose to help everyone through the drive through first before anybody in the lobby was was taking care of and I still there for about 20-30 minutes before anyone behind the counter even acknowledged I was standing there then but I can't say this a meal that should have cost about $30 I was discounted for my weight and was only charged $16 and some change and that was actually a big blessing.

I’ve been to this McDonald’s many times, usually because the vote of the party is to go there for lunch rather than another fast food place. However, I still want to eat, so I order some cheeseburgers most of the time. This would be fine, if not for the fact that nearly every single time I go here my order is not at all how I requested it. They get my drink right, sometimes... I ask for no ice and they have still put ice in it. The fries are -usually- good, but it’s unpredictable. I would not recommend. The only reason it is not a one star is for the speed of service and because the frappe’s are pretty decent.

I walked in to pick up an online order after it was supposed to be ready. It hadn't been started yet and it was complete chaos behind the counter. It appeared very poorly managed to me. It seemed like there were people everywhere and several of them had no idea what they were supposed to be doing and were just standing/walking around until they were told to do something specific and then they went back to standing around again. I waited a total of 30 minutes for my meal after placing the order. There were 8 people waiting on orders in the dining room. And people stood around waiting for their order to be taken as well. At least they got my order right in all the chaos and it was hot because it was freshly made, but it was a hot mess in there.

Went through the drive thru and ordered the Mcrib combo and the mc double value meal. No fries on my value meal.Terrible food and my mc rib had 2 regular hamburger buns instead of the hoagie style bun. Terrible communication and the food was cold. Called in to voice my complaints and I was quickly dismissed... terrible customer service and hateful employees.... stay away from the Portland McDonald's...

The food wasn't for me. And I did not want to be there. I try not to eat fast food. It doesn't seem natural and looks fake. I know awhile back alot of people were fighting obesity and diabetes even their children were getting grossly overweight. The chicken nuggets were and might still be from mechanically separated chicken. Which means they took live chickens from a farm (TYSON FOODS) and put them on a hanger by there neck (still alive) the first process is a steamer. Scalding hot water sprayed these helpless animals until there feathers fell off there skin. I've never heard a chicken scream. But, If they do. Im sure this is the place any one could hear those unanswered screams. Still alive and traumatized would then have there feet removed next still hanging by there necks not allowed to die because it keeps the meat fresher longer. Then a machine would position them and mechanically removed selected parts from them and yes "still alive". Until these helpless poor animals would die from the blood loss or shock and trauma. The amount of Greed of Tyson foods and McDonald's corp. and the endless torture and continued abuse on these helpless small animals that had no idea what was happening to them and denied any kind of compassion or mercy. Makes me absolutely sick to the pit of my stomach and just disgusted at how people could be so full of Greed and Glutinous behavior to just be completely oblivious and just not care and willing to accept the lies they were told so they could continue to shovel the Corporate Feed Machine straight down there gullets and there naive childerns while washing it back with an endless array and buckets full of diabetec stricken sugar water. And a life destend to endless health problems and social and mental issues. That therapy or bottles of pills would never be able to help. And a darkness that would be forever cast overtop these places of funny characters and torture and death. everytime i would drive by one of these places. Knowing, I would never be able to bring myself to Drive Thru and hear those macabre words from that small little speaker box saying "Pull around" So, no I will never eat at McDonald's, Burger King Wendy's or any place that was built on Hapless Greed and the endless deaths and a mercy that would never come to any of these helpless and innocent animals and the outright absolute refusal to help any one them!Next time you get a hunger pain and you don't know how to control the basic cognitive functions of your own body when you ate at the same time the day before and you've never taken a moment to actually stop yourself and control your body instead of letting it control you. I want you to think about where you are standing. Right there in a place that was built on death, torture and corporate Greed. And all those people before you stood there grossly overweight. Not thinking for one moment. What's really been given to us and what are they doing to feed all these people that show up shoving dollar after dollar through through that little window and Happily taking whatever is thrown at them in a gressy paper bag. To shove down there nasty gelatinous throats to feed that hunger pain that won't ever stop. Now ask yourself. Am I any better than that?"Order up"Enjoy!

This place is horrendous, the food is never good, there is this one girl that never working she is always on her phone and she is so annoying she cant be quiet for a minute and she judges want you order i think her name is izzy but idk and she is so rude and she was also really disrespectful to this older couple and it really pissed me off

Really???? This McDonald's is a disgrace! ........one Star is more than they deserve!!! Extremely poor customer service! They are illiterate morans !Screw walking in and eating inside....the people that do have a few brains are more concerned about the drive thru....it was a embarrassment to take my grandson in there!Had to wait forever for a chicken macnugget happy mealAnd they get paid how much???.13 an hour!Portland doesn't have many places here to go in and eat .......Can they at least make the places they do have nice???????And who's idea was it to turn evey McDonald's look like a freaking institution...jail ??? Well went to mvdonalds here n scottsville and anymore here lately anymore tje food has gotten way worse tjan it ever has 2wks ago went and got sme food bout an hour or so later i got my food out and i kept hearing a buzzing noise i noticed it was comin from my food i set it on the table and picked one of my burgers up it wS quiet picked tje othwr one up and the buzzing wS coming feom it i unwrapped it and there it was a damn fly alive in my food i took the burger apart and there was another one cooked with the burger i took pics and called didnt do any good and then tonite i was eating a big mac and got dwn to the last bite picked it up and there it was a long dark hair in the burger i pulled it out of my tjroat and mouth and bout got sick i called dwn there and guess wht i told them and they hung up on me,wow wht a business here i am outta money no food just one big loss once again ill not go bck and wht i want to knw i ZZZ why does this happen every darn time.well ill no longer go bck there thts for sure this was in scottsville ky

The truth is I have had very bad experiences, they always take time, I asked them for two orders and some apple pie they told me if I could wait about 11 to 13 minutes I told them ok, wait 20 minutes and I went down to tell them the lady said you said I was going to wait, but they told me 11 or 13 minutes, well I left with my order, they gave me everything cold and my drink instead of sprite was pure water.

My order consisted of a Fish sandwich and medium fry/drink combo. On my fish sandwich I ordered Cheese & Tomato Only. Upon arriving home approx 5-7 minutes later, I take my food out of the bag ready to enjoy. I discover that my sandwich has a badly melted small slice of cheese which is on the bottom of the bun instead of on top of the fish patty, No tomato at all and 3 very small crumbled pieces of bacon. This is a pathetic looking fish sandwich thrown together with no pride or concern for the consumer. Not only was my sandwich a mess, my medium fry had not one grain of salt on them. NO Salt at all! My medium drink order was a Sweet Tea. I received what seems to taste like a Diet Coke although I don't drink soda products. This meal was not worth the money I paid. Someone needs to address these issues with the staff at this McDonald's location. I doubt I'll be going back anytime soon. 4 out 5 times my order has been somewhat wrong in the past at this location however I've tried to overlook it until now.

Ok, so tried eating her e again after a few months, this time I ordered quarter pounders and the meat was raw. First bite and the meat was almost red. Please be careful eating here people! Took food back and the response I got was like that wasn't the first time it had happened. Employees were hollering and cussing in the store. Not a kid friendly environment.

My husband and I brought my grandchildren in on Saturday for supper.It took 3 people to take my order and get the order in the system correctly.It took about ten minutes to get our food.They didnt give me one of the combos.I went to the counter to ask for my other combo and was totally ignored for 10 min. When I was finally asked what I needed, I then waited another 15 minutes to actually get the food.This place had plenty of employees, but they were not working together. However, they were laughing, telling jokes and answering their cell phone calls. It was ridiculous and so disappointing.When we tries to throw away our trash, the trash cans were so full that trash was falling in the floor.Never again....

This is the worst and slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced in my life. A half dozen employees just standing around. The drive through takes FOREVER at all times, day or night, even when they’re not busy. You stand at front counter and get looked at by 6 employees but not helped or order taken for 5-10 min. You wait just as long for the simplest of orders also. Badly managed.

Every time I come here you end up having to wait around 20 mins for your food through the drive-thru. The food when you get it is always cold and thrown together. I haven’t visited here in the past year that I haven’t gotten told to go wait in a parking spot. The people that work there are very rude as well when I was asked to donate to the charity that they push I said no and the girl over the head set said “thanks for nothing” This is by far the worst McDonald’s location there is.

Bathrooms nasty. Kiosks not working, then when they did employees left our food just sitting. Play place disgusting. No clean tables. None. 55 employees walking around doing nothing. Play place door won’t close which is huge safety issue. Somebody opened the door for my wife though.

Sent my husband to pick up some breakfast this morning, he ordered two meals but only received one after being told to park at a waiting spot. I called and spoke with a woman manager who was very polite (wish I caught her name) - anyway, she apologized and explained that they are short staffed - which seems to be the case at most places these days...so I drove back to pick up the rest of the order and she even threw in something extra. I just wanted to say thank you to her and all the staff, I know they don't have it easy with the high demand of customers and not enough people willing to work. So thank you to the ones who are willing to work, and thank you to the manager for making things right!

Now hear me out I’m not really the one picking up the food, but my man usually gets it, and he’s a hard worker and works 10 hours daily and just wants to get food and come home sometimes cause he’s tired. This is twice this week. In storms and in traffic through the store we NEVER get the right thing. This is due to poor management and poor training of staff. When my man has got to drive back and forth 3 TIMES for us to get what we ordered this is unacceptable. Someone fix this now or this store needs to have a staff clean out or just be shut down

Haha this has to be a prank! There's 11 cars in "wait" mode and an employee walking to every single car asking "what did you order". B.S. that's what this sign is covered in along with whatever you call this "service" you provide.
