Me and my husband went here like we have for the past 4 years and all the managers are so rude they only care about stocking there shelves and not looking out for customers trying to get items or walk by at the least. The front end manager on duty seen me and my husband with a full basket of food because our house was empty. We went to the wine isle next to the exit with a basket of food and they thought we were about to leave with a basket of food so the manager made sure to make it very obvious that he followed us the rest of the way to our checkout line. Where we gladly paid for our 300$ worth off food like we planned to when we walked in. Then when we went to checkout the employees have clearly been talking about us having a basket full of food. Because the cashier didn’t say a word to me or my husband and made the long 300$ checkout very awkward for all of us. I used to stand by this store but after going there for 4 years and seeing the same people and we just had the worst grocery experience of our life and from now on we will make the 20 minute drive to Kroger instead of 5 to food lion.

The chicken wings at lunch time are great! Produce is fresh, meats look great. I buy bone-in skin-on chicken breasts here for Buttermilk airfried chicken. Prices better than Kroger and they have their own Food Lion brands too. New LED lighting brightened the store immensely!

If I could leave zero stars I would! I have never ever had a problem before when going to grocery shop at this location until tonight. The front end manager that was working (her name was Amber) was literally at a register ringing up customers until me, my disabled mother, & my nephew walked up to a self scan & she proceeded to leave customers that were in line at her register and shut her line down to grab her hand held thing to watch what I was ringing up and then stood behind me as I rang up our items. She not only stood behind me but then LITERALLY walked in circles ONLY around our self scan register. My mother then proceeded to look at me and say aloud “ I don’t know why but that lady is staring us down and pacing around us” so I then said, “ that’s fine bc we are doing nothing wrong and if she’s harassing us then she’s leaving everyone else alone & misery loves company so just ignore her and let’s just go” as I said this she starts to reach inside of my buggy and go thru my bags and go down the list of items I rang up on her hand held thing as she sees them in my bag and then looks up at me and says “your right this is just how miserable I am” I am definitely NOT one to play a pity party or a race card but we gave her absolutely no reason to act this way and she smiled at me as I walked up until she seen my mother walk up behind me with my biracial nephew in the front of the buggy and that’s when she started this. Again, I’m not one to play that card but what other reason would she have to act like that?! Btw, as she went thru my things she seen I rang up EVERY item and at that point I told her to get her hands off my stuff I just paid for and asked her for her name and she told me it was none of my business and I had to ask another employee for her name. I am calling corporate and I’m completely disgusted with her ignorance and backwoods way of acting and handling her self as a manager. She’s supposed to represent the store and all she did was make the store look HORRIBLE!!!

Great place to buy your groceries! The staff are friendly and everything is clean and organized. They even had some stuff that I’ve been looking for in other stores like Kroger’s, Walmart, and Cashsaver that I haven’t been able to find now for a month or two. They have a great selection of meats and you could walk in once a day every day for a month and get a different meal every time.

Hot wing bar has really gone down hill. It’s rarely maintained(utensils, sauces. Napkins, trays or food for that matter). I truly feel better attention should be paid to this as it could be a lucrative opportunity if taken care of. I’m going to give it one more try after today(9/7/23)(noon)

The homeless population is a huge problem here. The homeless use the store bathroom. They use the outlets to charge their phones. They lay around outside of the store in the early morning against the store front. This is VERY intimidating when you're there to shop and someone approaches you in the parking lot for money. Its very intimidating when someone walks by yelling obscenities. I feel so sorry for the people who work at the store. No one should have to work under these circumstances. I've called and complained and nothing is being done about it. Beware when you shop early in the morning. I haven't been there at night, so I can't speak for what happens there after 9 PM. I can't imagine it's good. I will drive to another city and shop at Kroger from now on.

I did grocery pickup. The shopping experience was great. The shopper messaged me when items were not available and made sure the replacements were ok before checking out. Excellent service!I've had many great experiences with this location. The only recommendation I would make is the bagging of the items. The brown paper bags were crammed FULL !! $180 bucks worth in 4 bags, of which I had 30 lbs of fresh chicken, about 8 pounds of pork chops, and 3 pork tenderloins. Please make it easier for your customers to make it in their home without bags busting and then having to case items everywhere!Other than the bagging issues, which as been this way for well over a year now, I'd recommend this Food Lion location!

I love my local food lion. They're open 24 hours now, when I remember as a child them closing at probably 10pm? Never worked there, but it's a good litte grocery store and very convenient when needing any food supplies.

Most of the staff are very unfriendly and rude. Most groceries I buy are spoiled even though they are still within expiration date....and more expensive than anyone else. They used to be really good, but declined during the past 2 years gradually

I want to say food lion and there employees are the most respectful caring people. I went there to shop today and when I got up to the check out of it wasn't for the cashier's I would have passed out. That's the second time I've been in distress and been helped by there employees.

I am so impressed with everything Foodlion has done with our town grocery store! The staff is so much friendlier. The store looks great and the selection and quality is so much better. And I am absolutely in love with the To-Go option. I placed an order at 11:45am and picked it up around 2pm. WoW! So happy 😊

Great staff, well stocked, nearly always open. Great sales! The savings really add up. Store brand products are great quality. They are open 24/7 just like the Mapco across the street on 52 &109in Portland TN. They have attended self checkout and one full service, making life easier.

Couldn't ask for a better grocery store! Remodel looks amazing, super friendly staff, always clean and well stocked!! Has a new self checkout area which is very convenient, as well as normal checkouts. Can't say enough great things about our local store!

Food Lion had everything I was looking for and the prices were lower than the average stores in my town. The employees were very friendly and the store was clean. I didn't rate with 5 stars bc the deli dept didn't have prepared sandwiches ready for purchase yet but I did buy some slices of fried turkey and the quality of the meat was remarkably good. Great job Food Lion, keep up the good work.

After the renovation it’s taken a little time to figure out where some things have been moved to. The people working there a helpful though so just ask. The updated deli is nice with some good added features and products. You can tell they’re trying to compete with the larger chain grocery stores. Store itself seems brighter, kept very clean, and planned out.**STAY CLEAR of the “Chinese” food bar. I gave it a try expecting something at least decent—it’s honestly terrible and over priced per pound.

This is the only store in town, some nice workers here but the meat dept, beware they open meat packages with dirty box cutters.. seen it with my own two eyes..
