This Dollar Tree is bigger than the ones I remember. They have a lot of stuff and it's neat and clean. The girl at the check out was busy but very friendly. I'll definitely go back!

I love the Dollar tree in Lebanon because a lady named Shirley is a cashier she is the sweetest lady. The one in Portland has more product I forgot to get coffee filter so I went to the one and gordonsville today the staff there was very friendly

This particular dollar tree is in Portland, tennessee. I was amazed at how neat the entire store was which made it very easy and quick to find what I was looking for. When I entered the store there was only one check out lane open and there were about 10 people in line. Within a minute there were 2 check out lanes open and they were able to quickly take care of all the customers that were ready to check out and leave. When I got to the check out lanes they still had 2 open and only 3 people total in both lanes combined. I was able to pay and leave very quickly. The guy that rang my goodies up was extremely nice and talkative, which I like.Bottom line: if you are near Portland and need to or want to go to a dollar tree I would highly recommend going to this one. It is so much better than the one in Gallatin and it appeared to me to be the same size store.

My daughter and I stopped here yesterday and she was ahead of me in line and she paid with cash and the cashier told her he didn't have any change would that be ok and she said I guess. I asked when it was my turn if he had change and he said no. This is not good business, it's like cheating your customers.

We came into dollar tree on 8.7.22 to get a few snack items and other things. The cashier Caleb, had a horrible arrogant attitude. He called my husband fat saying "he doesnt need anymore snacks does he?" It took me by suprise and I just wanted to get out of there. He was talking all about himself and was very condescending. The only positive I could say about this, is that he was at least talking and trying to make conversation, but he did it in a horrible way. I understand you are short staffed at the moment, really see if he needs to be apart of the team.

This is a decent place to get a lot of essentials- cleaning supplies, party decorations, gift bags, bathroom tissue, etc. They also have a good sized selection of snacks and frozen food.The snacks and frozen food are on par with - and sometimes even is - name brand. However, occasionally you do have to pay attention to packaging. One example is the frozen meatballs. Check the package for the flavor description. They carry one that is Indian curry flavored and not Italian. Don't get surprised and think that they've gone bad or something.Also be aware that a few weeks ago before I wrote this (on April 20, 2022,) They raised the prices in the store from $1 to $1.25.

It’s a small store, but they stock everything you’d find in a larger one. I get tons of decorations and gift bags here. They have really fun glassware for all the holidays. Employees are usually pretty cheerful, which is nice because we all know that retail is a hard job.

Huge selection of almost anything you need for a dollar. I would give 5 stars but they only had one person working the register and the line to checkout was long. And on a Thursday! They should hire more help.

I posted a scathing review last week. Turns out that the employee that told me he was the manager was not. I spoke with the District Manager who assured me he would handle the problem. He assured me that customers were a priority and that no customer should be exposed to the treatment I received. Thank goodness. I sure hated not going to Dollar Tree. I am checking back with District Manager next week to see outcome. Will keep you posted. Looking forward to changing this rating to 5 stars!

Around 4:00 on 2/15/20 - I was going a to buyf sticker books but when the Clerk rang them up, he said the rang up do not sale, then the manager took them to the office. Why would they put stuff out they are not suppose to sale? The Manager was rude and said she had to send them back. That was a lie, then the Clerk asked me where to buy stickers for books. Ugh. I have contacted Dollar Tree Corporate Office and to the Manufacturer but haven't back yet. 🤔🤦

Quaint place with little jems on every visit. Very nice to bring kids to for an afternoon of fun for five bucks. Love getting little snacks or useful things here. Ended up leaving with everything on the back of the mind, ranging from basic hardware stuff to kitchen supplies and decorations to food.

In the Portland TN store, there were only eight carts and all being used. Several people left without one. Not overly helpful there on the weekends, staff during the day are very nice and helpful.

The Franklin, KY location looks like it might be closing. Not very well stocked like it used to be. I'll continue to visit the Portland, TN location. So much better there.

It's a Dollar Tree. Pretty simple. Decent stuff for the price, and the cleanest Dollar Tree I've ever been to (some are crazy messy). Checkout occasionally takes a while, but not too bad.

I am an assistant manager at a store in Indianapolis Indiana who just last year was complaining about Portland not having a Dollar Tree because i wanted to transfer my job cause my Pepaw was ill and i wanted to be there for him. Although i wasnt able to get word out in time..... Im so glad yall still got a store intown now and ya aint gotta drive 45 mins away either. All you Portland Panthers keep this store in mind when u want to chose a career path!!!!! This company love employees who want to grow!!!!

It dollar tree, nuff said. Every Dollar Tree, Dollar General, are always dirty, under staffed, your always going to walking around stock on carts in isles, cause of staffing. But if I need a gallon of milk, or loaf of bread. They are at the end of my street.

Every product in this store is $1. However, this also means that every product in this store is terribly made. Everything is poor quality. The only thing this store is good for is candy and gift supplies.
