I had this blizzard for 2 mins. It came out to me melted and they didn't even try to turn it upside down. This is not the first time they have failed to do the one thing are supposed to do rightI appreciate you reaching out to me, but this is not the first time that service as been subpar at this location. I will not be returning to this location. It is a shame that they just could not do the simple things.

Always hot and quick. They have some good chicken tenders. Their standard burgers are just about the best out of all the fast food joints I can think of that I've been to (and I eat at restaurants frequently). They still hold that blizzard upside-down before handing it to you, I always find that novel. This final detail may be inconsequential to others, however I deem it important so I will point out that they have never been out of stock for anything I have ever ordered. They have never said "sorry our machines are down, we can't serve that currently". They must really have the magic touch over there.

Absolutely the worst, Dairy Queen I've ever been to! No star rating at all for service!!!!Took my mother-in-law for a snack and ice cream inside. Girl at the counter had about as much gumption as a sloth! As we were trying to order, she was taping her fingers on the register like we were a nuisance. She kept ignoring what we were trying to order because a police officer pulled someone over in their parking lot. After we finally got the order in, a 2 for $5, (2 chicken stripes and fry), that took almost 20 minutes to receive, and I had to go up to the counter to request it!!! The other order, a burger and fry, were sitting on the window under a heat lamp the whole time... fry was cold, so I had them remake the fry... unbelievable!

The lady at the dive through window today 07/11/23 at 11:30. I just want to complement on her. She was the nicest lady and she was a pleasure taking my order and paying.This literally made my day. I hope she knows she is the best and I will be there at lunch every day. This place has went down hell since it has opened I will not get anything else to eat from there. Went through the drive thru and and had to pull up to wait for food and I don't for 20min then went in for it and the cashier for front counter act like she was scared to say anything then she didn't want to check my food she made me check it. That was the poorest service I have had I'll never go back the food wasn't like it should be it looked like a kids meal

Went for ice cream with the hubby and kids. They brought my daughters blizzard. Waited 10 minutes until they brought my son's blizzard (which was the same kind my daughter got) They brought the hubby's about 5 minutes later and mine 5 or 6 minutes after that. Daughter was finished with hers before I ever got mine! Just a heads up, the ice cream was great, but be prepared to wait a while.

use to be such a fun environment when they first opened. the last time I went in there was a totally different experience. the black manager who works there needs an attitude adjustment because the staff looked so over her. she was not only rude to the crew but seems super bothered by customers. she also didn't pack my door dash correctly at all & before I could say anything (I was gonna ask for stickers to close everything like it's supposed to be) she ran off. definitely won't pick up there again and will be reporting to DD.So sad, use to be the beat place

Gave me the same wrong order 2x (royal cheesecake w... oreo????I just had to leave bc the bw manager was rude and repeated the same things over and over. Like arguing with a brick wall. NO ONE ordered oreo *w* cheesecake. And we didn't do it TWICE either.Just rude and trying to get rid of people with no regard. Awful, slow service. Melted Blizzards. Hire more or shut down.

The French fries were raw which I wouldn't have complained about but the chicken strip were raw. After a 10 minute wait for fresh to be cooked. Then the manager was acting like I was lying because I took it home to eat. I will never go back to that Dairy Queen.

The food is usually good you have to wait for a long time to get your food and the people don't greet you or acknowledge you at the window they aren't rude just kind of cold shouldered and don't care. Had to pull up to wait for food along with 2 other cars and this was on a Tuesday night. Could've been worse but for $22 for two burgers and 2 fries I'd expect a little friendlier attitude

Not the smartest people work there 1st thing i said was it was to go order. We ordered 1 chicken sandwich 1 banana split 1 dilly bar to go they set dilly on counter then made banana split handed to us we ask for a bag she got the smallest one wouldn't fit in bag so got a bigger one it barely fit so they gave us ice cream 1st we stood there 12 minutes waiting on chicken sandwich the ice cream was melting then he tryed handing me the sandwich ask for bag he was going to put on top of ice cream what the hell not very bright...

Waited in drive through line for over 20 minutes - only 2 cars ahead of us. Ordered pineapple milkshake and vanilla milkshake. Employee that handed them out said "I don't know which is which, you're just gonna have to sniff". 🤦‍♀️

I ordered my meal and a heath blizzard. I received my blizzard first and tried it and it tasted different and I guess I had a funny look on my face and the girl asked if something was wrong and I told her it was more chocolate than I remembered, I don't like chocolate, she said she could remake it without the fudge. She did and it was great.

Customer service isn't great. Most employees here are simply... Well, I'll put it this way- it's obvious they don't want to be there dealing with customers. However, you just can't hardly beat dairy queens frozen treats. ALWAYS go here when I have a sweet tooth and some cash on hand. But beware, it isn't cheap!

The staff here are so friendly and make sure things are just right. The food is good too!Their $5 and $6 meals are good portions - I never leave hungry! They come with entree, fries, drink and sundae. Some of them change regularly - sometimes, there is the KC BBQ burger, in addition to the regular burger selection or chicken. The chicken strip deal seems to swap with the chicken sandwich as well.

Had the bacon cheeseburger combo and it was very good. Hot, juicy burger and hot, seasoned fries. (Always important for the fries to be hot!)I always use the drive thru, so I can't tell you about the dining room, so that's why my review is only 4 stars. Very friendly cashier.

The store is kept clean, they definitely follow all the COVID-19 sanitary guidelines. The drive-thru is normally quick, unless you ask for something to be cooked super fresh. Thats understandable, gotta make sure its cooked! The chicken basket is my favorite, and they have a 6$ meal deal where you can get chicken, fries, a small sundae and a medium drink for about 6.56 after tax. I highly recommend coming here, its my favorite fast food restaurant in the area!

People were waiting 15 minutes for ice cream which would be understandable if ice cream wasn't the reason for DQs existence. It seemed to be a lack of adult supervision over teenage workers. Take your highest customer volume and make sure you have enough machines to produce that amount of ice cream simultaneously because, you know, ice cream is your thing...

Best milk shake and MooLatté we have had from a Dairy Queen, in a long time. We don't normally visit this one because it's not the closest but will definitely stop at this one again, when we're back in the area.
