air conditioner did not work great. Room was fine and clean. There was no elevator in the building and the stairs were very dirty and carpet very worn out. No vending machines. The only place to get water was one old water faucet and didn't work great. Nearly impossible to fill up a personal water bottle. We did love eating at Sweezey's for dinner. Great food

I was stuck there for several days during the January snow storm and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, breakfast selection was better than average. The air quality in the room was good which is appreciated by those with allergies and sensitivities. Everything worked. Oh and no stinky fragrance in the hallways or in the linens, thank you for that!

The hotel was old but remodeled. Very clean. Rooms had microwave and fridge. Front staff was very friendly. Gas station next door, easy safe walk for snack or drinks. Would stay again. I had they prettiest view out back window of field of wild flowers.Nearby activities: NoneSafety: Very safe but across street is truck stop. So I would not go walking at night but otherwise, small country town.Food & drinks: Gas station and truck stop next door. Snacks and drinks also available for charge at front desk

We stayed here on 6/21/23 and just needed a place to rest for a night while on a road trip. It's conveniently close to the interstate but I didn't hear road noise.We arrived pretty late but Ashton took great care of us. He was super polite and helpful. For some reason our credit card flagged our online reservation as fraud and our reservation got cancelled but when we arrived in person Ashton took care of us and got everything sorted. Our credit card worked fine in person so I don't know what happened (clarification, credit card issue, not Quality Inn's issue).The room was clean. Bathroom was very clean. The hotel was quiet despite being pretty full.The bed was comfortable and had great pillows. I slept great. Nice hot shower in the morning.Reservation came with breakfast. Continental breakfast. Had eggs, sausage, a variety of bagels, bread, pastries, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, juice, and milk.My only complaint, a minor one, was that Fox News was blaring in the breakfast room (couldn't find a volume button). Maybe leave it on mute and turn on captions or something less political like The Weather Channel.Overall, I would definitely stay here again. It's a convenient location, the price is low, it's quiet, everything was clean, and the bed was comfortable. What else do you really need?Big thanks to Ashton! Keep up the good work!

Was a late night to get in and didn’t have time to look. Found bedbugs the next morning when my family and I was going to leave. The staff was nice while we was ther then it turned bad after we left. Showed the the bedbugs and bedbug eggs. After we left they said they didn’t see anything and that we lied. I have been in pest control for 6 year I know what bed bugs are and the eggs look like. Worse people to deal with every. Would never recommend staying there.

Me and wife checked in. I laid on the bed and my wife yelled to get up. There was pee on the bed. I took the blankets off and got LITERAL poop on my hands as there was poop under the blankets. They did not refund my money and there was no manager there. I did not get another room and me and wife were almost homeless that night. Still haven’t gotten my money back. This was very traumatic. Please don’t go here.

Our first time staying at a Quality Inn and I have to say I was impressed. The bed was comfortable, linens were soft. The room was clean and the bathroom too. Soft towels, quite hallways all night. Great location. We didn't care for the eggs and sausage but the coffee, bagels, danish, etc were all good. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

I'm truly not a complainer or really all that picky, but our room was just not clean. Bedspread was stained and dirty, we removed it only to find fresh stains everywhere on the comforter and sheets. Bathroom had hair everywhere and had been obviously spot cleaned. Even the furniture was gross. Honestly would have just stayed somewhere else had we not paid $150 for the room!

We stayed at quality inn for 5 days.First the breakfast was free and it was just that cold powder eggs cold sausage and bread nothing special.Second the bathroom has something growing on the wall I am surprised they don't do something about it.Third the cleaning maid did the bare minimum. The 3rd day I asked my room to be cleaned and it wasn't. I had to ask for clean towels. I got an attitude about wanting something. They documented everything I asked for so better not be charged for the towels that were never replaced. Then they came into our room with the do not disturb sign they just took the towels and didn't take the trash or replace the soap. We had to asked a couple of times for toilet paper.The staff here act like we are bothering them and how dare they go out of there way to do there job. I was just disappointed in the attitude and lack of care

We saw other reviews for this place and were worried about the one that said “big infestation” until we realized the month that one was left and from the pictures…those look like Boxelder Bugs. There isn’t anything anyone can do about those types of Fall bugs! So we took a chance and had a very nice front desk experience, a clean room with nice bedding and pillows. Breakfast was actually very tasty as we stay in hotels a lot and we’re happy with the eggs and sausage. We are not very high maintenance people, but I’d recommend this place as a good option for a good nights sleep.

The staff was friendly, but the room was not comfortable. The bathroom door did not close all the way and there were only2 towels and the box of tissues in the bathroom was empty and there was hardly any toilet paper and no extra roll. And they promote the gym as an amenity, but when you actually use it, it’s situated next to a guest room, so when you actually use the machines in the gym, it disturbs the people in the room that is unfortunately located NEXT DOOR! Very poor planning!The breakfast was ok.

So, I’ve stayed here several times, first couple of times were fine, staff is friendly. But then I got charged 2 authorization fees. That still have not been refunded to me. I called one time, one of the employees told me to call back in the morning, called back in the morning, it said the line has been disconnected, tried to call several times that day… the next morning I tried to call and the line would pick up then hang up.. I finally had to call choice hotels my self to file a complaint and try to get my money back! Not to mention there was a roach in one of our rooms and they tried to tell me it was an ‘Asian beetle’! Probably won’t be staying there again.

One of the Great Quality inn I have stayed at. Its about 1 year old property. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Fresh smelling, clean room, fairly quite rooms as well. The hair dryer had a built in night light in the bathroom as well. Few things to note on the downside - It's two story building with no elevator. The heat did not work properly in our room even when it was set at 80 degrees and it was a cold cold night. Overall great place, will recommend and stay here again. Thanks

I saw a lot of one star reviews before booking so I wanted to leave five because I personally have had a wonderful experience. The staff has been super sweet, and my room was nice and well kept especially for the price. I would certainly recommend this place.

Woman named Dana keep answering the phone saying what and hanging up and is very very very rude a long with disrespect my boyfriend too when calling and looking for someone she has no respected at all what so ever I have contacted corpret as well and there not to happy nether manager will be the next I talk to !!!!!!!!!!!!!! The manager is not accommodating, our company has stayed at this hotel multiple times for business. Highway 24 was shut down and we could not get to the hotel due to the fact that the highway literally was closed going into Nashville because of a oil tanker had turned over and spilled. Contacted the hotel to change arrival date to the next day, the manager would not accommodate us and refused to change to the next night…and made us pay for the night that we had booked . Again let me be perfectly clear we were asking for a refund the highway was shut down and we could not get to the hotel location until the next day, so we were only asking for the manager to change the arrival date due to the circumstances ….the manager refused to work with us even under the circumstances, hope this allows people to understand the character of the manager of the hotel ….our company will not be using this particular location any further. Maybe the manager could use some training on how to handle good paying clients. Poor management avoid the location…. Front desk clerks are great God bless them for having to work under a manager like this one.

This was a really nice hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. The Continental breakfast included multiple hot and cold items. I thought the eggs were particularly delicious! But what astounded me most was the service. We came in late on the 4th of July and had spilled a shake in the center console of our car. I asked the desk clerk for a rag we could wet to help get rid of the stickiness. The clerk went to her car and gave us an old shirt to use. Despite my objections, she insisted that it was okay to use it. We were very grateful for her considerate help!

Rude front desk staff. No pleasantries offered not even a hello or thank you. When I asked why they are charging 129 dollars for a basic room in the middle of no where the lady at the front desk rudely informed me that she don't set the prices. Got to the room and it seemed ok at first glance but ended up having a bug problem and the sheets smelled of dust. Every other hotel i stay at the sheets smell of laundry detergent. The cleaning staff were not bringing sheets out of the rooms. They are unkept almost unhygienic and they do not inspire confidence... There are other hotels in the area that charge a lesser fee and don't treat you like trash and the sheets are washed.

I loved the staff. Fast and friendly check. Very helpful. Rooms were very covid clean. Nice towels plenty of hot water. Nice bathrooms but I sawr mold under the trim of the tubs. The beds are company and have 4 pillows. Room was 150ish tax included. I thought abit much. But I was tired from the 12 drive. What ya gonna do. Great place. Need to lower the rates abit.
