The people that work the gate are friendly but don't seem very organized. My load wasn't ready when I got there so I asked if I could pick up in the morning when I got hours back and they said yes. They neglected to inform me they open at 0800. I showed up at 0500 and the gate house lights were on. I hit the call button and someone turned the lights out without telling me they were closed. Thats pretty rude. The lot is nice and easy to park on but they could stand to become better organized.

Apt time for a LIVE UNLOAD @ 10am , was there by 9:30am , was not busy at all , you will need to slide your tandems all the way back before going thru the gates , guard checks seal with you , you are able to drop your trailer in a designated spot get un-attached and wait for your trailer to be UNLOADEDsuper clean & efficient

Had a live unload appointment. Checked in, slid tandems at the gate. They break the seal to check freight then reseal. I dropped my trailer in a designated spot and parked in the bobtail section. Once my trailer was empty it was brought over to me. Reconnected and left. Was on site around 1.5 hrs.

Been working at this Lowe's DFC the last 3 months. So, far this week I have really been happy with my decision to come here. Decent place to work. Wages are equal across the board for team members. So if your a licensed equipment operator you are paid the same as someone simply putting a box together.Coaches are paid well, approximately 3x what a team member is paid annually.Lowe's needs to bridge the salary gap between TMs and tier 1 coaches. TMs are what keeps the wheels turning not the coaches staring at a computer...Environment was great with management for the first year, but since new management taking hold its went down hill from what it was.

I had a interview but I couldn’t make it do to my grandmama being diagnosed with colon cancer and I wanted to not start a new career at the time because I knew I wouldn’t be able to have my most productive work ethics...well now I can’t get hired but I contacted HR and let my situation be known...well that was September I got the offer my grandmama ended up passing and I’ve tried very hard to still become a team member since no luck..I’d just like to thank you for my opportunity!!

Simple drop n hook...only that I had to wait for day shift to arrive @ 6 or 7 am to allow me to take an empty...advice for drivers is to not drop outside of 8am to 5 pm
