This store has a lot of local and unique items you can't get at any other markets around. It's also very clean and well stocked. Taking off one star because the regular market items are priced much higher than other stores around.

Best deli staff! Always friendly and they check to make sure everything is correct. For the size of the store they have a good variety. Even carry some local wines and beer. Have a unique selection of hot sauce that I can't find anywhere else. Staff all around is helpful and friendly. The store is always clean and things are organized. The hot foods on the deli are outstanding!!

As a truck driver I live on a budget on the road and shop grocery stores for best prices. This a great store with good prices. Eating healthy on the road is hard so when you find good stores with good selections it's great. Clean store and courteous workers. Keep up the good work

I've shopped at HG Hills all my life. I once worked for them when Mr. Hill was still alive. Today I was in for some milk from G&G Family Dairy. Yes, you pay a bit more for their milk, but once you taste it you'll understand why. Hats off to HG Hills for carrying this high quality product I've come to love! One more thing, the staff at the PV location is awesome. Another reason to shop here as well.

My typical trip to H.G.Hill is prefaced by the thought "I really don't want to go all the way to Walmart, but I do need some things." However, they also consistently carry brands I can never find at Walmart, so there are some things I will specifically come here to buy. Store is clean, workers are friendly, all that good stuff too.

Friendly people, excellent customer service. Love the newly updated deli area. Their lunchtime heated food selection is good… mostly fried foods (this is the South, y’all!)… and the fried fish & fried okra definitely deserve special mention for being consistently perfectly crispy & yummy without being greasy. Recently found a nice selection of delicious assorted treats in the bakery section to take to a small gathering for the holidays. Everyone raved over the peppermint & white chocolate popcorn.Last but not least.. the beer selection is just WOW! I don’t drink. But if I were someone who appreciated craft beer, I think this little grocery would be my go-to.

Preface: I would not do my normal grocery shop here. It's local, so more expensive, and less choice.Now, with that out of the way. The deli is awesome. They also have a great wine and beer selection. Their meat department knows what it's doing. You find some random good things their, like osso bucco from time to time. You won't find flank, skirt, or flat iron steak, though. While they may lack variety on everyday items, you will find random gems you'd never get anywhere else in the area.

It's a small store, but there are lots of specialty items that you don't get at most places. They have a delicious deli and a fairly decent selection of wine and beer. Their dairy selection of JD Farms is the best milk I've ever tasted. If you get a chance to peruse this store give it a go.

Stopped here to grab a few things before heading to my cousins house in Chapmansboro. Large selection of everything which I appreciate! The store was clean and stocked well. This HG Hills reminded me of the one were I grew up in East Nashville off Dickerson Road back in the 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s. Good home town feel and staff seemed helpful!

This place is fantastic. For how small it is, there is a lot of variety as far as food and stuff goes. Also, they have a pretty good alcohol selection as well. I've found several varieties of wine that are not available in my area, so sometimes we stop by just for that when we're in the area. Every time I've come here, the staff has been really friendly.

They need to get things figured out at customer service I have been getting money orders there for awhile and only paid 99 cents for it using my card today they charged me 99 cents and 2.00 for using my card I will never go back

This company has been in business for more than 100 years in the Nashville metropolitan area. They are, nevertheless, thoroughly up to date. Recently they added "electronic" coupons and they have within the past few days opened self-checkouts. The people who work there are our friends and neighbors. If there is an item they don't have, they will order it. Very accommodating. Recently renovated the interior. No grocery store is better.

Nice little grocery store. Has what I need. Very clean and well lighted. Big aisles aid in multiple shoppers passing one another. Associates friendly and helpful. I'm from out of town and shop there once a year during a local archery shoot. One Very important thing ( to me at least) is parking space recognition for veterans. I'm appreciative. Not even Louisville has that.

The most underwhelming grocery store I’ve seen. For how well branded it is from the outside the inside produces fairly low quality selections for the area I had higher expectations. Staff is also mildly checked out. Not a good experience. I much rather shop at the DG down the way or my preference is doing bulk of my shopping in Ashland City, Nashville or Clarksville.

LOVE this store! They almost always have what we need. Their grocery pick up is super convenient and the staff is so nice! I just recently had an awesome experience with the team at the deli as well! My family planned a last minute Mother's Day gathering and I called the Pleasant View HG Hill on Saturday to place a fairly large order for chicken and sides. Not only did they take my last minute order but they were so kind about it! The food was hot and ready at pick up time and it was sooo good! We were so impressed by the quality and taste of the food, especially with less than a 24 hour advance notice! As a very large family, that gets together quite often, I can assure we will call on Hills again to cater our meals! Excellent service from the staff! And my props to the chef!

This place HG Hills in Pleasant View TN are scammers charging a lot more for food than any body around ,, They charge 26.00 per pound for Ribeye steaks as an example ,,if you're looking for anything resembling a decent price don't go there .

I consistently patron this place because they have the gnarliest selection of craft beers I literally can't find anywhere else. It's crazy. They rate higher in my book than most of the liquor stores in downtown Nashville. They also have amazing steaks. Their beef selection is top notch and from time to time, they get in some artisan foods and I love going to their new displays and grabbing something fun.
