“I DON’T CARE”I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the lack of assistance I received for my Prime Parking reservation at Pilot Travel Center 1577 in Pioneer, TN, during my recent visit on 03/28/2024.Paying for parking is an inconvenience that many truck drivers face, and personally, I opt for Prime Parking to alleviate the stress of finding a suitable spot upon arrival. However, upon my arrival at the front desk to check in and request assistance from Elijah an employee at your establishment, I was met with resistance and refusal to assist with my Prime Parking reservation, even with a verbal response that “I don’t care where you can park, I don’t make enough money to go outside”.Despite having paid in advance for this service, Elijah informed me that he was unable to accommodate my request due to it being dark and his previous obligations. This lack of necessary customer service support from Elijah was extremely frustrating and disappointing.It is my understanding that providing assistance with Prime Parking reservations falls within the responsibilities of employees at the travel center. Therefore, I expected Elijah to fulfill this aspect of his job description with professionalism and courtesy. Unfortunately, his refusal to assist has left a negative impression on me and tarnished my experience with Pilot Travel Center 1577.I kindly request that appropriate action be taken to address this matter and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Additionally, I would appreciate a refund for the Prime Parking reservation that I was unable to utilize.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to resolve this issue promptly.Sincerely,Cesar Narvaez

The travel center itself is fine for random items, fuel, showers, and parking. I would just avoid the subway at all costs. Always out of something or understaffed with people who can't do basic math if you pay in cash or have an attitude like you're bothering them because you want a sandwich.

Very big outside with good parking in both Pilots. There one in front of the other. So you can see that one of them is brand new. Very friendly staff with a clean environment. Theirs a Subway inside to have a quick bite to eat. Not many variety inside kitten eat has a regular hot dog and coffee stand. Overall good place for a quick stop.

Be aware, especially on weekends I'm guessing, that the parking lot is used by locals to offload their 4weelers and go mudding and ride the trails nearby. I believe there is a trail guide and 4weeler rental nearby. They stay late and arrive early make tons of noise and playing their music way loud!! Can't get much sleep with those guys around. Really is a problem!!!! Don't park near the steer, park in back, should be OK. I don't know how they get away with this....

Credit card got scammed. Tried to buy gas but card was immediately charged $150. Canceled our card and informed cashier, but they weren't concerned. Beware.

Great place. If u park across the street park in the front next to the road. If u park in the back u might get stuck getting out early morning. Trucks might park in front of u at night and it will get crazy getting out.

Good spot to stop for snacks and fuel. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The showers are a small stall, but big room. The water runs all together so when someone else flushes you get scalded.

Subway was closed didn't have any grab and go subs like the other subway and the store itself didn't have any good food to choose from after driving I stop here to break and eat didn't happen

If I'm parked, overlapping the edge trucks as you pull in and wait in line why would any trucker? Especially if I have my turn signal on to the left try to pull around me makes no sense. I am totally lost. Wait your turn wait your turn I repeat, wait your turn mother ever.

Small location, with a Subway. Parking lot is across the street. But they do have showers and laundry facilities. (Don't see laundry listed in the app) Note, there are 2 washers, 4 dryers. A different review said there was 3 of each, but check my photo. It looks like you can use cash, card, or an app to use the machines.

We stopped on Monday with our truck and 5th wheel, great stop and we could pay at the pump. Outstanding, after what we went through with Loves Pilot flying J has a new customer!

Recent visit March 2022 so have to bring this from a 5 star review to a 3 star, the credit card machine at the gas pump didn't work so that's a pain as traveling to go in then back out, the check out counter both people were very friendly so that's the only reason this ain't a 1 starQuick off/on i75... Friendly service... Clean bathrooms... Tons of food and drink options

Great gas station, very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. Didn’t know about the Off-roading area nearby and the cashier was very excited to tell me more about it. Will definitely be checking into the off-road area nearby so I might be stopping by again.

I travel from SC to IL quite a bit and throughout the entire drive, this is the BEST place to stop. It’s busy, especially on the weekends, but the restrooms are so clean and the staff is always so kind.

This is my second time mentioning to staff that I and another guest is waiting on showers after a 20 minute wait. There are shower’s available because I walked to the back and there’s 3 doors open but not cleaned but yet there’s 5 staff members standing behind the cash register talking

Stopped to buy snacks, drink and use the bathroom. They were out of paper towels, but had left a roll of toilet paper to dry your hands with. The candy bar I purchased had expired 10/2018. The Fountain drink (Dr Pepper) tastes disgusting! The correct lids for the drinks were gone..I had to use coffee lids. If I could give them a zero stars i would. By pass this gas station.
