Worst hotel I've ever stayed in across the entire planet.The, soft night manager boy is incompetent, literally a child at 17, with no customer service ability.Just an moody teenager taking every opportunity to feel offened. He doesn't take responsibility for his mistakes and pouts when anyone expects professionalism from him.This child manager tried using his age as justification as to why he can't be held accountable for this own mistakes or unprofessionalism.After driving 12+ hours to get to this hotel, I got:1. dead animal smelling room,2. walking in on another guest's room3. Blamed for not knocking on a door I was given a key for.4. fielded an an emo teenagers ego5. Forced to the point I had to ask, "pretty please give me a new room with no dead animals or other people, please 👉👈"After concerns about our own safety. Like being walked into our 2nd room and vandalism to my vehicle, we decided to leave and drive 20 minutes to a Holiday Express in KY for $50 cheaper, and it was way better!This single person has turned me off from Choice Hotels forever. I WILL NEVER STAY WITH THIS CHAIN OF HOTELS AGAIN.Rooms: Room 133, dingy and damp smelling with paint peeling off the ceiling. Looks and felt like a dilapidated barracks room from the 80's.A dead animal smell from under the bed made us sick to the stomach so much we asked for a different room.Safety: Do you want random people walking into your room?After our first room smelt like a dead animal, I asked to be moved to a different room.Night manager on Saturday, March 9th, gave me a room key to 209. I went up to check it out, and another person was already in there using the bathroom!I apologized and quickly left.I took the key back to the desk and told him the room was occupied. He said, "These things happen."Then he told me I should have knocked before opening the door, and it was my fault.He escalated the situation by whispering passive-aggressive things under his breath. When asked to clarify why those remarks were made, he began acting like I was being overly rude. He exaggerated how I returned the occupied room key and took it too "disrespectful " to do his job. Crossing his arms and demanding, "Ask nicer."I understand 17 year olds are highly sensitive and need to be constantly coddled to ensure they are never offended, even when no offense is even meant.Noteworthy details: Night manager is incompetent, literally a child at 17, with no customer service ability.Just an moody teenager taking every opportunity to feel offened. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean as well as the rooms. They have a good selection for breakfast and location was convenient for riding at royal blue. My only complaint is they did not clean our room or provide fresh linens. I had to go to the front desk and request new towels, which they gladly gave me. All in all very happy with our stay. Friendly staff!

The place looks like they haven’t updated anything in forty years. Everything was gross and I couldn’t get comfortable. Worn out and not cared for is the vibe. I skipped showering altogether. The mattress was in horrible condition. The one nice thing was the continental breakfast. Clean and had an attendant keeping it nice. I will not stay here again. Our total for the one night was $148. It was worth about $40. For $60 more we stayed at the Garden Hilton our second night. It was worth every penny.

Easy online reservation, speedy check in. Clean rooms . Overall great stop for the night. We just started using choice hotels after too many bad experiences with Wyndham. So far no complaints.

Ok, first I booked this room with 2 months in advance. When we arrived, my husband and I he said my room was not available si hee give me another room with 2 full beds. Wen I said this is NOT the room I book the manager said oh this is is the the only we have for you... WHATTT paid 800 dollars for 4 days with my husband traveling from Florida to there, and this is the only room available. Anyway the manager in charge was very rude she said "So do whatever you want "Wen I said I'm about to call customer service support. These people need to be training with customer service issues. If you paid for a KING size bed, why did you change my reservation and put a two full size bed. NEVER GO AGAIN EVEN THEY GIVEME 2 NIGHTS FREE (customer service). Bath tub HORRIBLE water never drained, toilet same , the only person i remove is the lady for the breakfast room, she is very nice and always have smile. The next the after check out manager of the property send me a nasty email OMG very toxic manager avoid that placeRooms: Smell like a animal deadFood & drinks: Was ok

States on their website pets allowed! I call to ask for availability because my truck broke down, and they can't make any exceptions!And I have stayed in Comfort Inns across the country, and everyone of them except pets, BUT THIS ONE! If you are a pet owner, keep scrolling!

Southern hospitality at its finest😊 I had to unexpectedly travel and still had to take a meeting while on the road. Stopping off the exit, I found that my computer battery was dead. Asked the manager Tracy if I could perhaps plug in briefly and take my meeting in the breakfast room and she graciously agreed. It was an absolute lifesaver!!! Will definitely make this a stop if I ever need to stay in the area.

We stopped with no reservation and were able to get a room.Room was comfortable, good for what we required and the front desk was good.Breakfast was good and kept stocked and cleaned constantly.Overall no complaints.Nearby activities: Hotel had a lot of people staying while ATVing in the mountains. Looked like it could be fun (but cold this time of year)Dress appropriately.

I stayed here twice on trips between Georgia and Ohio. There are not enough pleasant words to offer about my stay. The staff was very pleasant and professional. My rooms were accessible, clean, and fresh smelling both times. I was happy with the location of the hotel, as it is not highway adjacent and you do not hear highway noises at night. The TV worked; the bathrooms were clean; and it was a pleasant experience. If I am ever in the area again, I will stop here first.

Based on location to trails alone, I'd give 5 stars. It is conveniently located right off a trailhead, there are multiple gas stations and food options. The parking for trucks with trailers is large and easy to maneuver in. If you are staying here ONLY for the proximity to ride great trails and don't care about the room, this is the best place to stay.HOWEVER, if you aren't here for the trails and/or like a clean room to relax in, get a restful sleep and feel comfortable in, you will not like this hotel. I picked this hotel location based on the location for riding trails, we live several hours away. My husband and are accustomed to clean rooms, even if we are getting muddy on the trails, we are careful not to dirty up the room or hotel hallways. The entire room smelled so strongly of urine that it was gagging, this didn't go away at all. The AC unit was so loud and clunky that it woke me up every cycle it ran. The vent fan in the bathroom didn't work, the toilet seat was a disgusting grimy mess, very low water pressure in the shower and there was a dead cockroach in the corner of the bathroom floor. The window blinds let in a ton of light because they didn't close all the way and with so many people sitting outside with their rides, I felt like they could probably see in (I was on the first floor).There was just so much that I found too unpleasant to be worth here staying again, especially at the rate they charge. Yes, I was there to ride trails, not stay in the room all day, but I expect it to NOT smell like urine (or anything really!) and feel comfortable when I am in the room. Based on all this, I would give the room itself a 1 star, but combining the easy access to the trails that I was really there for with the repulsiveness of the room, I give a happy medium of 3 stars.

Our latest stay was on Good Friday. The place seemed pretty busy. The 2 young men at the check-in desk were awesome. They were very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms were nice sized and slept well. The heater sounded like a jet plane everytime it started up. I ended up getting up in the middle of the night to turn it off, it was so loud. The second night we had no TV because someone outside hit the satellite dish. I would have thought that would have been guarded.

Booked a room one month in advance for May 19 through 22 2022. My fiance called to confirm the reservations he spoke with Tosha she said she could not find our reservation So my fiance booked another room for that weekend. On the 22nd of May 20, 2022 they charge my credit card $550 for the room they said they could not find. We gave them fiancee's credit card when we arrived so they charged us double for that room for that weekend. I called talk to the manager they were very rude and said that it just showed up as a no show that they could not help us. I told him I was gonna write a review he said "do what you need to do I don't care." Be careful this is a scam they will tell you they cannot find your reservations only to bill you twice.The room smelled like mildew. I would not even give one star if I didn't have to write this review it was a horrible stay. I called in advance they said they had a swimming pool when we got there they said A-line was broken that they probably wouldn't have it up and going for a year. After we got there we saw that there was other really nice hotels really close by.

We we're traveling from Ohio back to Florida. He stopped here late at night. The .people behind the desk were great! The rooms were very clean and the beds were really comfortable. They also have a full hot breakfast from 7 to 9. Price for 4 adults was $169.00 It was the most expensive hotel we stayed at along the way, but there was 4 adults so it was ok

If I could I would give this hotel 0 stars. They charged my card 150 dollars for what they called a deep clean even though all they had to do was vacuum and change sheets, like they would have done anyway. The breakfast was the same stuff you get from a gas station. The back hallway was mud covered and the stairs were covered in mud. Very poor hotel, they will not get any more business from me.

Great place with even better staff. The whole hotel is spotless and the rooms are well maintained. AC and fridge worked great and were quiet. Internet was fast and reliable and breakfast was on point. Water pressure and temp was amazing.Shout out to Smoking Butts BBQ and El Ray Azteca for delivering and being delicious.Last but not least Semi Truck Parking in the dirt lot on the side of the hotel.

Stay at the Comfort Inn, Pioneer TN. Advertise the pool and when we checked in the front desk wrote on our key folder the times of the free breakfast. Morning comes and the breakfast are is closed. The front desk person DID NOT mention it was closed. Why tell us the times if they are closed. We should have been informed of that and that the pool was closed before we booked this room. And I thought the House Keeping came in and cleaned your room and gave you fresh towels everyday. That didnt happen either. I had to go to the from desk and ask your clean towels.

I could give ZERO stars I would. We’ve had stayed here many many times spent a lot of money at this hotel as well as our friends. This time was very disappointing. I booked online like normal two weeks prior to our stay. Choice hotel was offering a discount for essential workers as a thank you for our service. Verified that myself and husband were both covered for this discount and booked the room total for two nights paid online $219.27 checked in everything was fine. Sunday morning woke up to an invoice under the door stating the total was $303.80. Called the front desk the employee said the GM changed the rate because we weren’t essential workers or we didn’t meet the guidelines. NEVER have I heard of a hotel changing the rate after booking and then NOT even telling you! We provided identification they we were in fact covered under the rate choice hotels was offering. We called the choice hotels customer service and they agreed that the rate should be honored. This hotel is independently owned and they REFUSED to refund the difference that they took that was UNAUTHORIZED! I will be 100% sure to spread the word to all of the off road community that stays and rides here that this hotel is crooked!!!! There are far much better choices for lodging avoid this place at all costs! UNETHICAL practices!

We booked a room this morning for 3 nights starting tomorrow. Our trip got cancelled and we called 4 hours later and I’m still being charged $130 for a nights stay. The guy on the phone explained the cancellation policy was free for 48hrs before checking in. I just feel like that’s a lot and I tried to ask if there was anything we could do for less and he said no. I understand this is how businesses run however why accept new reservations earlier than 48hrs?

The service was awesome and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The only bummer was at the toilet ran all night. I mentioned it to the staff this morning and they said they would take care of it right away. The staff was very polite and professional and my wife and I look forward to returning. Thanks again for a very clean and comfortable room.

Was very clean minus the mud everywhere from the 4wheelers but rooms were very clean. Except my sisters wedding dress got soaked bcuz the air conditioner was leaking. Our personal pillows n blankets soaked was a disaster to wake up too.. Employees were very kind.
