I shop Dollar General Stores all over West TN and this is hands down the best store around. The store is always clean, organized and well stocked. The manager and staff is top notch. They are friendly and helpful and it shows how much they care about their jobs and customers.

I don't want to be a Karen but this store is a mess. Dirty rags everywhere, empty energy drinks, stolen goods, piles of dirt swept into piles then just left, etc. The cashier seemed mad at everything. And I get it people have bad days but don't be rude to customers. I hope this gets fixed. Please just clean the mess.

Update... changing to 2 stars their bathrooms are the most disgusting I have seen in a long long time. You can obviously tell they never clean the bathroom much less follow CDC guidelines about sanitizing etc. Trash over flowing into floor, no hand soap, no paper towels, urine all over the toilet and floor etc. I can really tell the DM never checks on her stores. Cannot believe company allowed her to come back to DG after she abandoned the company for Kmart until they shutdown lol..3 stars because this is the nicest dollar general I have been to in a long time which is not saying much. Would get 5 but the cashiers just sit in a chair playing on their phones while shelves are empty. They should be helping to get the store stocked and its mid Sept why are the holiday gondolas not full of Halloween decor!?

Manager at this DG is a true professional and just simply put a genuine good guy. I stop by on the way home from work a lot and his crew there always is in a good mood and are very helpful. I truly love shopping at this DG for so many reasons reason. Good job guys, im glad to have yall so close to home

They are the best dollar store I think in Madison county. Cleanest store ever, the manages Is a best and strives for a extremely well kept store. They are friendly, and very helpful!!!! I would go to work there!!!!

Awesome manager, great staff, a great location, and of course awesome dollar store prices. I haven't only visited, but a couple members of the staff are people i've known for a long time. Just a great place for a dollar store!

If anybody happen to read a review the past week about this store it was a mistake. I'll eat rhat review it was for another establishment. In reality I had an excellent experience at this location and you know I love me a good dolla dolla general y'all. Thumbs up.

Melanie at DG went way out if her way to help me when I couldn't get a prepaid Visa card to activate. She went far beyond her duties to help me. I hope that the company realizes the jewel they have in her working for your company! She was AMAZING! That is why people keep coming back to the pinson TN DG in our small town.

The one in Henderson is awful, they are rude, non- helpful at all, an i know for a fact one of them is racist. This isnt a one time experience i use to go alot, now i go to the one in Finger, now that DS is excellent!!

There was one register open it was very near closing there was a lady using coupons with a large order, .they should have had the other register open for other people in line and they were a few of us .I had to leave without my purchase.
