My wife and I love Walgreens. We sometimes just stop in to wander around and see what's new. Prices on items can be a bit higher than ordering online, but sometimes you pay for convenience. We have had no issues with this Walgreens location. It's convenient to our home and other businesses we frequent. I have no problem recommending this Walgreens location as a great place to shop.

I have to give the 2 stars for the store and front clerks. They are kind and friendly and truly make you feel welcomed. The pharmacy I would give a -10 bc they are rude, un professional and don't care that they insult patients on MAT or a CHRONIC PAIN PATIENT! I got the pleasure of watching & listening to the Pharmacist Emily P. & 1 of her pharmacy techs who was suppose to be handling the drive-thru window make unprofessional comments about a Dr. And the patient. The laughing and snarky remarks were jaw dropping to say the least! I would have thought by now these ppl would be educated on MAT PROGRAMS & ADDICTION / CHRONIC PAIN PATIENTS literally at any given moment 1 of them can be in the shoes of 1 of these groups. I'm thankful it was just me there hearing this, had this been a new patient they would have left w/out their life saving medication and either went back to the streets to die / gone home and taken their own life! Trust me NOBODY jus wakes up an decides " I'm going to become an addict today/chronic pain patient" NO ONE! So, I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS PHARMACY AT ALL! Which is sad , bc the store clerks now get to carry the black mark and the store itself! @WaLGreens pls get educated and learn how unprofessional it is to carry such degrading talk in front of your patients! Everyone deserves respect at the end of the day.

Horrible pharmacy, I been going to Walgreens for years and every time I have my prescription sent to the one in Piney Flats it's always a problem and the people that work in the pharmacy department most definitely need to be replaced. I reported it to corporate so hopefully they will hire new employees & fix the problem and the employeess there are the most rude and disrespectful people I have ever seen at a business. Walgreens is a great pharmacy but not the one in Piney Flats! Horrible is a understatement.

Very rude. Wouldn’t even acknowledge me. In the store. Won’t answer phone. Despite repeated calls. Hangs up. Surprised Walgreens accepts this type of service. And less than 5 yrs ago excellent service.

Awesome employees in the store & pharmacy! Always ready to assist the customers often knowing them by name, as in the case if my family! Also has a wonderful rewards program that gives points fir,your everyday shopping & those points add up to getting free merchandise at different levels. Also has clean restrooms!

Out of every pharmacy I have ever been to, I am the most disgusted by Walgreens and their so-called "excellent" customer service.My daughter takes medicine for her heart. This is medicine that she needs in order to make living easier on her. Each time we went to get her perscription filled, they would only give us one or two pills at a time (with the usual amount being approximately 30 pills per refill).I would also go through the drive-thru part of the pharmacy in order to get the medicine. The last straw for me was when the pharmacists looked me directly in the eyes as they pretended like I didn't exist. This was before closing time.I tried getting her medicine on another day and they had the AUDACITY to make me pay $25 for her medicine that was supposed to be $2 with the insurance card.If you want satisfactory customer service, go anywhere else. I went to another local pharmacy that got her medicine filled and in my hands in two minutes flat.

I never write bad reviews but I'm tired of this happening. Everytime I need a prescription filled, there's an issue. Problem always being the staff not doing their job. Then when I call and have to ask what's going on, they immediately blame someone else then get on it. EVERY SINGLE TIME! Hire more motivated staff.

Very disappointed in their pharmacists. They really let me down. My medicare got messed up and wouldn't go through. Medicare told me to tell Walgreens to use their NPI# to verify my prescription verbally. Either they didn't know how to do it or they just didn't want to. Anyway, I had to go to Walmart to get it filled. What a let down!

I had sit in the line for over 45 mins I was in line well before 7 got to the front and exactly at 7 they put a sign up and left that was so messed up really all of us cars were done in line before closing time was not our fault

Terrible customer service, from the pharmacist as well as the technicians. They act inconvenienced & bothered every time me or my husband pick up our daughter's prescription. She has been on an antibiotic for 6 months & everytime it's like they can't find her in the system & there is always some sort of issue. We will be switching to a different pharmacy company asap.

Store manager Larry is so kind and attentive to every person who comes in. He has never once been working and walked by without asking how he could help. I think the pharmacy does the good also.

Don’t bother to schedule an appointment. It seems to be its first come first serve and with a line. Then they tells us “as you can see there is only 3 people working.” Then don’t have the service on your Website to make an appointment. So unacceptable!
