I don't know the new management ladies yet, but Gary and Brandon the maintenance guys are super amazing! They are very helpful and kind! Our experience here has been a good one! Though security cameras would be a good idea as nobody picks up their dog poop and someone lets their dogs poop on the children's playground. But the neighborhood is peaceful for the most part and our neighbors are fantastic!

This place is a joke and honestly don't waste your time. They will only fix what they think needs to be done which leaves leaking doors and grounds looking like crap. They have no video cameras up but will try to violate you on your lease without evidence other than neighbors word of mouth. The management has had the worst turn over the three years we have been here and we have made good friends with neighbors who are also unhappy with how things are being cared for around here. Playground is filled with dog crap most of the time, no one cleans up after pets. Grass is never cleaned after cutting. Speeding is horrible and our child has almost been hit while getting out of the car. Neighbors are very nosey and break rules while reporting you on yours. Stay away from this place. Rent will go up every year just because they can without economic reason but yet nothing getting fixed in units or on the grounds. Nothing but a money pit and joke. Management turn over says it all. 4 different property managers in 3 years. Go some place else!

We enjoy living here but there is no communication from anyone one what’s going on. Trying to run it like an HOA and it’s not. They nitpick everything and like to say “it’s a lease violation”. There’s no security cameras anywhere in this place other than the office. Neighbors are nice and leave everyone alone for the most part. It’s a quiet community.

If we had known you would have charged us for cleaning when we slaved away to clean, charged for this, that and the other we wouldn’t have done a thing! Worst apartment complex ever. Thugs that will take every dime from you and then threaten with sending it to collectors, you just love stealing from working class families right? You’re part of a bigger problem nation wide issue with landlords and housing. Nobody clean your apartment when you move out cause they will charge regardless! You stole our deposit and still charged us 500 dollars! You’re pathetic thieves! Do not waste your money here! Buy a house. You somehow found it in your power to take from us and want some more! I wonder how much money the owner of the complex has and how much you all make! You’re not getting anything else from us!

My Wife and I moved here from the Chicago area and we could not be more pleased! We move into a 2 bedroom town home with a garage. The home is practically brand new with all updated stainless steel appliances. The layout is great for working from home as well as roomy, and we NEVER hear our neighbors, so this leads me to believe the walls are well insulated. Its also really great to have a garage space that could easily be converted into a wood shop or storage space. The grounds are well kept and I even spotted pest control spraying the entire property one morning.Stephanie, the property manager, has been responsive and kind at every interaction. Maintenance is professional and knowledgeable, and all my neighbors have been friendly and welcoming.My wife and I plan on staying here until we buy and with how happy we are with Pickens's Bridge Village, we're in no hurry.

These are nicer townhomes and apartments for the area. The rent seems reasonable and the property is well-maintained. The kitchens are beautiful and the bedrooms are huge. However, I will mention that I think the main bathroom in our 2 bedroom 1.5 bath unit is fairly small and somewhat poorly designed (ie: no counterspace, just an oversized sink basin).Also to note, the AC unit does not cool the top floor very efficiently (we actually bought a portable AC unit last summer because there was about a 4-5 degree temperature difference between floors).The property manager is very courteous and understanding, and was kind enough to waive a fee incurred when we forgot to change the auto draft amount to the new rental rate after a lease renewal.The maintenance staff was quick to respond to the request I put in for a leaky faucet and was very knowledgeable and friendly -- which bodes well for any future requests I may have.The property has a lot of convenience with nearby grocery store, car wash, liquor store, and fast food/to-go options. The neighbors all seem friendly and I haven't had any issues renting here since moving in a year and a half ago.

Place used to be well kept and attentive to tenant needs, now they seldolmy communicate with tenants which lead to frustrations such as coming home to your water being shut off because they have an ongoing water issue or allowing dirt bikes and four wheelers to drive around the complex. Another major safety concern is the lack of security cameras, the bare minimum that someone will pay to live here is $680 and there are no security cameras to be found on the property.

I have greatly enjoyed my time here at Pickens Bridge! The management has been pleasant to work with and I love the interaction with the maintenance men. They always come as soon as possible to address any issues! We had a plumbing issue once and someone came immediately, even after hours. I highly recommend this community! It is also pretty quiet.

On the outside they look nice. Foundation problem ruined my things in garage and damaged my car (water). They said it was construction and they couldn’t do anything about it. Dishwasher has been broken entire lease, multiple visits can’t get it working but won’t replace it. Construction crew didn’t even put all the screws into the doors so the doorknobs have fallen off a couple times. They use email as a way to get around sending you important paperwork saying it must be on my end even though I’ve had the same email for years. No one else at my business has any problems with it. I had a newborn, and was forced to move when he was two weeks old when they lied about contacting me to renew lease. I tried to do this for months but was told they would get in touch with me, what do you know that when my lease ended someone was trying to move in the same day. I was never informed or even emailed despite going to the office in person and asking. Awful management and they have shady practices.

My fiancé and I lived here for a little over a year and we absolutely loved it. We never had any issues and everyone was always so friendly. We decided to move a little closer to our family but we sure do miss it at Pickens. Great people and area.

I have lived here 7 months and so far no issues. If I call for a repair it is taken care of in a timely manner. The green space is well maintained. The staff is curious and helpful.

The internet was not installed correctly according to Spectrum. You cannot play video games/stream because of the packet loss. If you use VOIP it will constantly cut out and is unusable. These people will also come into your home 8 times a year to snoop around, which is more times in 1 year than all of the other apartments that I’ve lived in combined (18 years). The parking is an absolute joke. The materials that were used in construction are the cheapest possible. My wall has formed a 2 foot crack under a window due to what I believe is the foundation sinking. People also drive up and down the parking lot with four wheelers and dirt bikes like it’s some redneck trailer park. $680 for the smallest one bedroom they have with one parking space is a joke.

We sent Jessica a lot of pics an maint orders in emails, calls During the year lease An yet never repaired leak in garage ,rotted floor kitchen door ,sheet rock dust come in vents causing breathing problems .she was rude an poorly ran the place after katie left ,rent went up $80 An yet never repaired floor or garage water leaking down walls nothing was done so we moved !wasn’t worth price they increased it to or the management you had to deal with her smart mouth constantly when trying to get maintenance out .patio wood not connected An was unsafe to use . An yet all she cared about was a written 30 day notice an rent money but not the condition of the unit you pay for ! I wouldn’t recommend this particular UDC property to anyone!!
