Pardners is a fantastic BBQ restaurant in our opinion. Three times in a row now, we’ve had a great meal served by friendly and helpful staff. The BBQ pork appears mostly sliced with a some pulled as well, with virtually no fat. Usually in other restaurants I order it dry so I can control the sauce, but not here, it’s always perfect for my tastes. A game changer for me at Pardners is that they take the time to serve hand cut French fries which is huge for me, they are fantastic, and I’d go just for them. My wife and me will continue to be regular customers at Pardners.

Literally walked in to the restaurant and was greeted and asked by the woman if I would be eating in tonight. I replied saying I wanted to order to go. Thinking this would be easier on them since they would be closing in 20 minutes. She then told me" we can't do that because we close in 10 minutes". First of all, two seconds ago you were okay with me eating inside the restaurant. Secondly, you actually close in 20 minutes. This is horrible service and I will never come back here. Someone please make this make sense to me?? I literally only wanted onion rings and corn nuggets. Here's a tip, how about if you were going to refuse to serve customers as they walk into the building while you are still OPEN then MAYBE just MAYBE TURN OFF YOU OPEN SIGN AND CLOSE!!!

This is one of the best BBQ restaurants in the area. You really get your money's worth. I've been here many times and have never been disappointed in anything. The service is as always outstanding. The brisket is one of my favorites.I've never had to wait a long time for anything. Don't ever remember having an empty cup( that means a lot to me). Everyone I've ever encountered has been very friendly. Easy to find parking, never overly busy. I highly recommend giving their BBQ a try.

If you want Great Bbq this is your place to go. I do not eat pork so i had a beef bbq sandwich and it was amazing it touched each taste bud and got me even more excited to be there. This is my second time going to this place and just as last they got a 5 star review now back to why we are here the food, the staff, the atmosphere oyea and again the food lol. The staff is amazing and helpful they make you feel wanted in the place and the atmosphere does the same, the food as you done read about the sandwich is amazing and im gonna share something with you that is not on the menu but i highly Highly recommend its the BBq fries i order so its fries with cheese and beef BBq on them then i add both the orginal and spicy bbq to them and wow these things are blasting off, each bite touches your tastebuds and makes your stomach smile with the thought of why did you take so long to give me this AMAZING FOOD! When its over you find your self at home or at the store weeks later still thinking of these Fries reminiscing as it was a trip you took at one time and it gave you so many loving memories and you dream of the day your going back. O my lovely fry friend we will meet again.

I walked in thinking this was going to be like another BBQ joint. I WAS WRONG. I walk in and get seated quickly. I though hmm they are just trying to make this place look country. I thought to my self this is probably just an attempt to make it look like a good country BBQ restaurant. I WAS WRONG. Not only was this a great country BBQ place but the waitress was country as a cowboy out on the range. But not just my waitress both that were they that day were. I immediately knew this was a good place to eat. Upon getting my GIANT plate of BBQ tatertots and mac and cheese.( It didnt take very long at all ) It smelled so good and looked so good as well as tasted so good i didnt think i would need a box. I WAS WRONG. I did infact need a box. The price was only around $16.00 I was shocked.I WILL be going back quite a bit!10/10🤙

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had at a restaurant. Was told they were out of silverware, was brought to-go plastic forks. Waited forever for the food, almost gave up and left before it was brought to the table and when it came out still had to wait longer for the fries. Went to check out and had to wait 20 min to be checked out and was told by another employee someone would be there in a few minutes. I know ownership has changed hands several times over the years but this by far is NOT the same Pardner's Bar B Que that we all know and loved. I will not pay the prices for that kind of service again.

The waitress did well to manage our large party and 4 of us had never eaten here. We found delicious and would make a stop here again. The fried green tomatoes and original bbq sauce were just okay. But the sweet bbq sauce, the pulled pork sandwich, and the sweet corn nuggets were top notch! We highly recommend trying these southern delights.

Worst restaurant experience in a very long time. Went in at 1:30 for a all you can eat lunch buffet that ended at 3. At 2, was told very rudely by someone who didn't identify herself that there was no more food for the buffet and what was out was all there was. No apologies, no discount, paid full price. This was hamburger steak and gravy, cabbage rolls,vegetables, rolls, and a salad bar. Did not get all I could eat, was treated poorly, and if you pay the waitress, be sure to count your change because they assume they get a tip no matter how bad the experience. The fly that haunted our table seemed to enjoy it. Will NOT go back.

Friendly people and nice location, vinegar based BBQ souce. Food was slow and not fresh after the wait. French fries cold and stale. Salad had fresh lettuce and tomatoes. The grilled chicken was off.. it didn't smell like chicken or taste like it. BBQ sandwich might be a better choice. Can't Recommend at this point

We were there on Saturday night, not very busy. Our server was very nice. Our BBQ was great, however the FF were TERRIBLE! We had a total of 3 orders. I sent one back b/c it had a fry on the top of the stack that was totally raw. The other orders were greasy & not very warm. They were not cooked enough. I mentioned it to our server at the end of our meal & she apologized, but didn't offer to give us any compensation. I handed her the plate & showed her how greasy. We did take one order with us to cook at home. The rest were left. Our only problem were the fries. There were 8 people in our party. We spend $87 & we also tipped her graciously.Parking: Parking lot was empty.

I’ve ate here many times over the Decades! Don’t confuse them with the Historic Ridgewood BBQ that’s nearby!Anyway this place does have great servers and Huge proportions on a pulled pork platter it will feed a 3 people!Depending on when you come Can be hit or miss with quality but they do have some good BBQ and Ribs also serve beer and have homemade deserts! Also Blue Cheese Dip is pretty good!Definitely worth a try around lunch time is the best and freshest time to get in there! They also have a Buffet as well!

Delicious food, top tier and friendly service, a clean restaurant, and all around amazing people. Will definitely be visiting again next time I’m in the area.Kid-friendliness: We came in with a very loud, very moody baby. They were supplied with high-chairs and were incredibly patient with us. They even gave the child a lollipop and soothed him until he stopped crying and they never made us feel bad about it.

Tonight was the worst dining experience I’ve had at any restaurant in my life. FIRST, I’D LIKE TO POINT OUT THAT IS IS NONE OF THE STAFFS FAULT, THEY ALL WORKED AS HARD AS THEY COULD TO MAKE EVERYONES EXPERIENCE BETTER. After being seated, we waited nearly 35 minutes before anyone addressed our table. I had to flag down a server to get our drink orders in. We went ahead and ordered our food, since we had half an hour or so to take a look at the menu, which took another 45 minutes to receive the main part of the entree. The sides finally came to the table an hour and a half in. After receiving our food, I walked the floors to empty tables (which there were very few of since the place was hopping) looking for bottles of salt and pepper shakers that didn’t look like the one shown in the photos below, with no luck. I received undercook and inedible hushpuppies with my meal (which are pictured below). It’s fairly clear that the owner of this establishment is concerned more with lining their pockets with the money of customers who expect decent service and a good meal, by overworking their already understaffed servers, and capitalizing on their hard work to sit in a comfy chair somewhere other than their establishment that pays their bills. This was absolutely pathetic. I can’t believe that they charge money to locals and visitors alike for such poor service and disgusting conditions. My following review will be Facebook, and then the Sullivan County Health Department on Monday morning. Save yourself the time and don’t eat here. For any of the employees that need better conditions, find me on Facebook, and ask me about a job with better pay, and better working conditions.Update: I also spoke with the wonderful manager, who discounted our meal, and ensured that the owner was not there. On the busiest night of the week. In an understaffed restaurant. This truly shows where the owners priorities lie. Pathetic leadership.

We came to have the all you can eat fish. I had the biggest baked potato I have ever seen in my life. Our waitress was wonderful, she never let our drinks go dry and she kept us supplied in fish. She was great to cut up with as well. I will definitely make sure she is my waitress every time I come here. I added a picture of the potato, it fills the entire bowl.

We typically order to go… something has been missing from our order the last few times we’ve ordered. This time: macaroni salad, slaw, ranch (with the fried pickles) and no bbq sauce. I know places are short staffed and we are understanding of that but it just takes a few seconds to make sure someone’s order is ready/complete before giving it to them…Adding: pickles weren’t done and we paid $3 for an order of tater tots that were barely a child’s serving.

Should of just kept on going definitely a huge disappointment every single bit of food was absolutely cold took literally 1 hour to get cold food once I placed some cold BBQ in my servers hand she took food back that we had already touched put back in fryer and brought it right back NEVER will we go back definitely gonna be sticking to Ridgewood BBQ from here on our

The restaurant was nice and clean. The waitress was friendly and made sure our tea didn't get empty. The food was very tasty and the the portions were generous. The only bad thing with the meal was a couple of pieces of gristle in the BBQ. Normally that would have made their rating a three but it uncommon to get gristle with Pardners. If you like BBQ you may want to give them a try.
