I went through the drive-through on April 16, 2024. The time was 5:34 pm. I ordered 2 chili dog meals combos. The clerk at the window gave me the 2 drinks & straws I’d ordered. She then told me to pull into a parking space to the right of the building because just pulling forward wasn’t an option. That space was already taken. There were already 2 other vehicles waiting. At 5:54 pm the clerk at the window brought my food to the car. I asked why it had taken 20 minutes to get my order. She said there were only 2 employees working in the entire store. She said they were understaffed. But, she said, my food would be really fresh (the fries were cold & old).The next morning I called them & spoke with Randy who told me he was one of the managers. I explained the situation to him. He told me that they are only allowed 2 employees on that shift. He said I must have come at a busy time, therefore I had to wait. I asked who the owner of this franchise was & at first he said he didn’t know. He put me on hold & came back & said the owner was named “Buddy.” I told him I wanted to speak to someone else about this matter. He took my name & phone number & said “when he had time” he’d have his district mgr, Lisa Lloyd, call me. I’ve never received her call. He told me to come in & he’d replace the meal. I’m not sure I want to go back. Randy was rude & never said “thank you,” & just hung up the phone.

Went thru drive-thru this morning. Noticed bag of food handed to car in front of me and it immediately went back inside the window. I pull up and I questioned employee if they gave my food to the car in front of me? No! I said if you did I don't want it. He told me they are remaking it. (Why if you didn't give it to someone else?) Employees need to learn serve safe practices. You can not give food to another customer and then take it back and then offer it to the correct customer. We have no clue if that person is sick with flu, covid or anything else that could be contracted from touching surfaces.I did see the guy take the bag back to the counter and say something to another worker. (Still don't know if it was really remade or just rebagged) Food was cold!Also, when he handed me my food, I had to remind him he still had my card (for payment).Very unpleasant service.

Ordered the blt ranch 🐔 combo and blt 🐔sandwich 7/11/21. Asked for fresh chicken and wasn't even hot or warm.The manager said its always Served with some brown lettuce. (Gross) Fries was fresh. The manager was on duty was only one really working. I just asked for a refund. Have also had previously experience about month ago when on lunch break from work Ordered charbroiled chicken club sandwich , hot dog the chilli was not fresh tasting. I have worked at hardees know how the procedures are done in the restaurant business and this is not it.🖕🖕

I paid extra for chili cheese fries but there was less than a teaspoon of chili. I know they didn't forget because I can see where there is a tiny amount but these aren't chili cheese fries. I waited to long for my food. The staff was moving as slow as possible. They were very nice and the food was fresh, though, so they get 3 stars.

I went here during breakfast hours and there was a long line in the drive-thru yet the line moved quickly and it wasn't a long wait considering the size of the line. My order was fully correct with no mistakes and the food was extremely fresh and very tasty.Parking: This establishment is located within a shopping center so there is plenty of parking.

I have gone to this Hardee's location nearly every day for breakfast for the last 5 years The last couple week s nearly every day they have gotten my order wrong there's too much fighting and arguing going on in there no coordination and the worst atmosphere I have ever seen in a fast food restaurant. I ordered a sausage egg biscuit with well done sausage My sausage was half cooked and the way the atmosphere was it makes me feel like it was deliberately done. I called to let them know and the one I talked to claimed to be a manager but that wasn't her store refused to give me any information that I asked for and could care less about the situation. This is the absolute worst service I have ever gotten anywhere and after this day I will no longer be a Hardee's customer you have solely lost my business for good. I will be taking this up with the corporate contact. But I would not recommend so much as the animal shelter take their dogs to this location. Not to mention yesterday I got someone else's order. Twice..

This is the best place that I have worked at! I love how the whole team works together! Day shift helps night shift and night shift helps day shift! The best store manager, general manager, and district manager that I have ever had the privilege of working for/with! My coworkers are the best also! A great group of people! Come out and get something to eat at the Hardee's in Piney Flats we would be have to serve you!

the lobby was very clean and the staff was friendly. The service was a little slow but i think that's pretty typical for Hardee's in general. Our food was fresh and hot. It was definitely one of my better Hardee's experiences. We'll be back, for sure

They are struggling, like a lot of fast food places in this day and age, sadly. I don’t think they have enough people working (the few there seemed overwhelmed) and the quality of the food itself has gone down. Got chicken tenders and they were soft and “wet” on the inside. I think they need to do a good thorough cleaning and maybe replace the oil that they use to deep-fry foods in. That, and get some more people hired to help with the workload.

Great breakfast! Their gravy and biscuits are the best in the business.A little slow during the mornings and could use a bit more staff to keep up with the flow of customers. But, it's fast food, what can you expect?Clean and friendly restaurant. It's definitely a decent place to get breakfast.

Hardee's in Piney Flats has the most biggest and delicious Frisco burger!!! The mater taste home grown and so juicy. Tastes like a burger you make at home. Mmm yummy!!!

I ordered a #7 Mushroom and Swiss burger meal, it was a decent sized burger and great cheese but 2....yes 2...TINY mushrooms way in the middle of the entire burger! The Dr. Pepper was flat and nasty. It took 10 minutes to get our food, and they weren't even busy. We ordered 2 large meals and the 2nd fry was a small and not a large. Asked for BBQ sauce with the chicken tenders and got nothing. Also got the monster roast beef sandwich and it barely had cheese on it, bacon was perfect though.

Staff is very friendly and efficient. It is so good to see restaurant Hospitality workers still being happy and friendly especially after Covid and quarantine. As someone whom has been a server for over 15 years, it is so hard to be nice to rude and miserable people. Thanks for the hospitality and great food

Was good but i got a western bacon cheeseburger and we'll too begin with just a combo was right at $9.. Plus the onion rings on it was old af, like super hard and dry. Just was not pleased to have spent almost $10 on just a burger, fry and drink.
