This food city is always clean and the people that take care of you in the front are so nice too us. It makes you feel like you are family not just a customer. The other food stores need too learn from them here.

I have to say that this food city is the best. The employees and managers are amazing. Tonight I went to get a grinch toy for my grandson who was with me. The manager even though he was off did not hesitate to help me get it hide it and take it to the office until I went through checkout. Thank you so much food city for having such an amazing and caring staff. Merry Christmas!

Their produce is limited (no red, yellow or orange bell peppers last time) and not great quality. Most of the time, I have to search through the cucumbers to find a firm one. They do have pretty good prices, but I just don't see how they are so popular.

I'm getting tired of being taken . These advertisements they put out are miss leading. I'm not the only one. Several people think they're getting the sale price .when in reality they getting dooped into paying the regular price. Food City needs to stop this. If you're going to put something on sale .....don't make people have to buy 2-3 or more to get the sale price.

Very hard to get through the store Friday evening or Saturday because of the influx of the older folks you like to talk but the other days is fine prices are normal

Food City is a little pricey, but has fresh produce, for the most part, and a nice salad bar. The toiletries section is small, and does not carry the L'oreal hairspray that I use.

I'm from Texas and would compare this store to the smaller HEB's. They share some of the small town heart. Not only do you get the normal grocery store stuff but they also have a fantastic deli that has make your own salad - antipasto - soup - taco bar and a couple other things.The store itself is very clean and well organized. Every single team member of the store was very nice courteous and helpful. If we lived here this would definitely be our go-to for groceries! Well done and keep up the great work.

Piney flats Tennessee location sucks it's the worst I just left there and I'm very angry sign says you open at 6,00 Am the lady with the dark hair in the deli says they get there at 5,00Am so like most mornings I go get at least coffee and breakfast and it was 6,19 and still nothing was ready no breakfast except bacon and sausage they didn't even have cream and sugar put out I ask the lady to get me some and she said yea the ladies that do that aren't here yet I'm sorry but that was rude you work back there but you can't put cream and sugar out for customers when after you saw me over by the coffee section trying to get me some coffee I had to go all the way to the front of the store to get a manager but my luck there wasn't one in but another nice lady helped me she went all the way to the deli section to help me , I will call the Corp. Office today and complain people are just lazy anymore no one goes beyond there job duties much less wants to really do there job it's rude and plan unacceptable Tennessee would be the last place I would expect people to act when I moved here I was told I would love it people told me Tennessee has warm kind hearted family oriented people because where I came from up northern Virginia up next to Washington D.C that's how people act it's sad really sad makes me want to do my shopping some place else . I just think if you open at 6.00am every thing should be ready for the customers when you open

Don't go shop here they support nascar but don't give a hoot about their customers. Tried to ask the manager wher baby wipes and fruit snacks was cause I don't know where stuff is in the atire and he looked at me and flat ignored me and walked away went and moved a table walked back by me and looked at me and kept going you too good to take 2 seconds to tell me where something is? Wow terrible I'll never shop food city again and I'll be sure to tell every at the camp grounds not to shop there either dame on you!!!

Good place to shop for things when it’s too late to go to Kroger…. Lol nah Food City has its deals too, but food city is generally more expensive than other Kroger. But their soup,salad, and potato bars are the best. Olive buffet is interesting with upwards of three dozen different types of olives to choose from. 11-7p is the hours for the buffet and deli. They got the lunch buffet and salad bar game in a choke hold rn!

Being from South MS, we don't have Food City in our area. Love the selections, layout and overall shopping experience of this grocery store. Will definitely be back!

Food City in Ppiney Flats, TN. Just remodeled their store and it looks wonderful. I like all the people there from Deli/ Bakery to stock men and women. They have some of the sweetest cashiers there and the ladies in the flower / floral department are so lovely and kind, they will tell you everything you need to know about that plant your buying. The store is always clean.They keep their buggies in and ready to go for the next shopper. They still offer cleaning clothes and antibacteral to clean your buggy and hands. The managers are kind and always out on the floor ready to jump in where they are needed to help. You can tell they work as a team. Which is very important with any business.

Usually by 5:30 the food has been removed. Usually will tell you they either have no cook or it is too late to make more. So good luck all that's left with me a salad if you're lucky

The fresh meat and fish 🐠 is awesome. The have a lot of ready to go meals also. This store is BIG.Just need to make sure you get there app to get the discounts.

This is the only food City I shop at in blvt or in piney flats tn and never have trouble finding anything I need!!! And over Christmas they had great toys and prices for the children

My wife and I really like our Piney Flats Food City. This store has recently been remodeled and now includes a Starbucks and other amenities. The Deli is a big plus for this store. They often have pre-made salads that are very fresh, which is convenient to pick up after work. One of the Managers, Tim, is always very friendly and helpful and more than willing to make things right if there is ever an issue with a product or purchase. Tim really understands how to provide a great Customer Experience.

I got trespassed from Food city for telling the manager (Jacob Ratliff ) that I have moldy dust coming from the air vents over the food and he got hostile with me . Now they are having a lawsuit coming for them . I got pictures and I’m on my way to the hospital because I cannot breathe. Other than that, everyone else is great. Good luck not getting sick from the food

I've shopped, for many years, at the Piney Flats Food City. It's very rare that I ever ask anyone for help but, last night, I found myself in a position to ask. I purchased two packs of 36 count bottled waters. A very nice shopper helped me get them on my cart. When checking out, I asked for help in getting them in my car. The young man, that had rung me up, told me "we're shorthanded. There's no one to help you". I'm getting to the point that I can't do my own shopping, without some (very little) assistance. Although I'm only in my 50's, I do have abdominal cancer and am unable to lift those heavy bottles. It's upsetting that someone couldn't take 3 minutes to load two packs into my car. 30 years ago, I worked as a cashier for a supermarket and we always found time to help the public in need.

Worst experience ever and I was only on the phone. My husband stopped here to use restroom and possibly get food. It is food city after all. Restroom was filthy air vent had dust and mold falling from it. When manager was informed, Jacob Ratliff, he acted as it was no big deal at all and got hostile with my husband as I was still on FaceTime with him!!!!! Nasty Nasty Nasty!!!! When mold is falling down on the little boys head that had walked it was a problem.
