Love it here! I was helped by Cindy and she was absolutely fantastic. She pulled out several disposable vapes and told me what they do and how much they were. She was just super nice and lovely! As for the product itself, I would also highly recommend. I used to go to another store and their stuff has been leaking and lacking quite frankly, so I'm glad I found this gem closer to me!

Ive been a regular at quite a few shops over the years. All business need customers to keep the doors open. It's a change to not feel rushed or viewed as a dollar sign. I believe this place makes a customer feel more like a friend/family than any other I've been to. The industry started off being a close group and even strangers would talk to each other. Good to see the concept still lives on.

Not only that but they will make sure you completely understand about how to use your device properly and safely. Lastly the customer service it phenomenal like i was saying above. Very nice & helpful! Yesterday was my first visit, although I didn’t like the juice I bought. It’s my fault I was able to try it (for free) before I purchased it. They had another one I really liked that I should’ve gotten. The guy was VERY nice & didn’t get aggravated with me after trying so many. I WILL be back!! Best prices on my coils as well. I’ve only shopped two other vape shops in our area, but this place was hands down the best experience overall I’ve ever had!

This vape store is my absolute favorite, and I’ve been to every one of them from Johnson City to Bristol.Both Cindy and Rachel are super friendly and their selection of products is far superior than any other store around: disposables of all kinds, juices, CBD, and delta 8 products. Vapor 42 recently opened down the street but don’t waste your time there (good selection but had one previously bad experience with a very rude staff member).Make this your go to vape stop if you’re in piney and when you’re going to Bristol from JC or vice-versa make sure you stop in!! Can’t recommend this place enough 😎

Friendly shop that is constantly harassed by a man that is more interested in large LED signs and your heinous salt nicotine addiction.I won’t go into financial details, but Mr. Grady Mask of Vapor 42 took no mercy on his ex-business partner that put in the actual financial equity while Mr. Mask made off with the original Cold Smoke Vapor Works location for nothing but sweat equity and manipulation, though I imagine it’s hard to sweat sitting in a $500 gaming chair while micromanaging staff from more cameras than a bank. He has a security system to monitor his staff in his kitchen, seriously. The Lyons family is far better off without Grady and the ever submissive and equally manipulative Kristy Tuggle.I’ll never forget watching a man burn his “friend” so he could fund his $10,000 Windows based home network entertainment system (true story.) and build a series of shops that look like clones of one another; a business of hubris and deceit (and margins that would make your eyes bleed with misery), when all he has to do is check out DIY E-Juice forums for recipes and play Rust in his underwear while he pays his employees wages of sheer desperation; never appreciation.East TN Vapors is a family owned and operated vape shop seeking to cater to their community and establish relationships with their customers, as opposed to seeing them as walking dollar signs.Despite my misdirected and Grady Mask-manufactured history with Rick and his family, we have since reconciled and I’ve learned a lesson or twelve about who to trust in life and general employment.Pick your shop wisely. Do you want to support your neighbors or those that look down upon from RGB lit ivory towers of “premium” house juice that Mr. Mask himself doesn’t even vape.Also, ETNV doesn’t employee minors to tell fellow “minors” of under 21 they need to get out now. Always helpful and a genuine southern hospitality in an amazing vape shop!When we first went there we were told that we could get free Birthday juice!And trust me, you will absolutely love this juice!Both my husband and I try every time we are in Piney Flats to stop by and grab some yummy vape juice and coils. And they always have the two kinds of coils that my husband and I use on our mods. :)I would highly recommend that you stop by and see the great juices and if you can't find the coil you need then most definitely stop by!You will be greeted warmly and by the time you leave, you will feel like a part of the family!! :)
