Every time I come here or place an order it's always a terrible experience. They give me a hard time using coupons in store so I started doing online and pickup. Everytime I place an order, right before my pickup time it notifies me it's delayed and then hours later my order gets cancelled. I don't understand the problems (shopping in store or ordering) but this place is hopeless.

Most of the time at this location the cashier's and employee's working aren't very friendly. Especially if it's getting near closing time. I can say that the store has always been clean and well organized every time I have been in there.

Help is rude, since getting self check out you can't find anyone in store to help, workers are huddled up talking and they won't answer phone

I've never had any issues with this store particularly. The ladies that work there are awesome I love them to death. I know it's a dollar store but they know how to make you feel at home

It was my first time in the store. The lady at the cash register was very nice and welcomed me to the area. I picked up a beautiful flag for my planter, a really nice size for only $2.

Clean Store but the worst customer service ever on the evening shift. Some people really do not need to work with the public if they hate it that bad. could not get any help or check out was told to leave the store right at closing because emoloyee stated had worked all day and wanted to go home. I worked all day too and needed to buy a few items. I would NEVER treat my customers at my job like that. They are the reason we get PAID.

Went try get my multi pack of tampax & swap out the ones my roommate went and picked out but their the BIGGEST one's I've ever seen....So take those back and I be dern if theyz out of the multi pack smaller sizes like "light, regular and super...Barely can use the supers"let along those other monsters

Worst experience ever! Just looking for plastic totes. No one would help. Then when wanted to purchase cigarettes. Was told could not sell after their count. Which they make marks on every pack to keep count. Learned how they use a sharpie and write every number on all cigarette pack.

Been there several times, I wouldn't say that they are really enthusiastic people or anything. Helpful yes. Knowledgeable maybe, depending on what tour asking.

Poor customer service! If I could give a negative I would. Diane and Judy were rude to my child who needed to use the restroom stating they had already cleaned and closed them. When I mentioned they did not close until 9pm they stated they dollar general did not have to provide public restrooms. I would never turn away a paying customer to use a restroom. I will take my money elsewhere. I will also contact corporate and BBB.

It's the dollar store. There is one everywhere, they are handy. Have pretty much whatever you need. If they were open 24/7 it would be great. Its a mini, cheaper Wal-Mart.

All the stock that needs to be put away, on shelves, are sitting on large carts, in middle of aisle. No room for your carts or more than one person. Ridiculous
