I was in the area last week for a race and needed a couple of things for my RV. So, why not go to Ace? My home store has always been super helpful, so I wanted to support local. I couldn't get any help. Everyone was too busy looking at their phones to even notice I was there. Needless to say, I left without making a purchase.

The store employees provide great assistance. It's more friendly than the big box stores. Definitely cheaper than home Depot.

Great place. Good prices on a lot of stuff. They need someone to be cashier. I stood at the check out for 5 min and I could see 3 employee and not one came until I ask for someone

Came here looking for a special stainless screw and found what I was looking for. The people here are friendly and helpful. They have a complete line of tools, parts and other common household items that you may need. They are closer to us in Bluff City than Lowe’s or Home Depot which is convenient when you need something quick. Prices may be a little higher but I can get the exact quantity I need without extras. They also have a rewards program you may want to checkout to see if it is something if interest to you.

Was shopping for 2 smokers for the Grand kids for Christmas 🎄 my wife asked if that had a restroom 🚻 she could use was told they didn't have a Public restroom probably lost a good paying customer over this. So I feel customer service was terrible

Curt's Ace Hardware reminds me of the all encompassing old town hardware stores. Only rebooted. Which is I'm sure what they were going for.

Amazing hardware store. From what I gather, there are more than 25,000 items in the store, with many more online. You would be hard pressed not to find what you need. Great folks who really want to help you with your hardware needs. If you spend more than $50.00, they will deliver to your home for free! Incredible.

Outstanding hardware store with plenty of products for any job, hobby, or emergency. It reminds me of the old hardware stores where they meet you at the door with a hearty, “hello, how can I help you” Any tool you need, they’ll probably have it! Even if you’re not needing anything specific, it’s a great place to drop in and browse. I always loved ACE hardware, and now I’ve got one in my own neighborhood!!

I was so disappointed when the Ace Hardware closed in Jonesborough since that store was my go-to for everything. I was equally excited when I saw the new Ace stores popping up all around town. It didn't take long for me to have a reason to stop in - I needed a copy of my house key. The woman working at the counter was friendly & welcoming. I requested a Florida Gators key blank. She explained they do not have any decorated key blanks - only basic metal-finished keys. I had purchased numerous decorated keys at the Jonesborough location & asked if they would be getting some in. She was familiar with the Jonesborough Ace Hardware & the decorative key blanks & inquired of another employee. He stated he was not aware of any decorative key blanks they would be receiving. I went ahead & had the key copied, but I'm not very happy since ALL the keys to my house until this were the same & easy to recognize & this key is NOT!

Great customer service however do not buy refill propane tanks. Traded 3, 2 of which were expired and painted over rust which is illegal

They had much more merchandise than I expected. Prices were a little high, but at least the shelves weren’t bare like at Walmart, etc.

Can’t get key blanks for a specialty application yet won’t cut the blanks I had to special order for a 78 jeep cj and have in hand even after I offered to pay extra. Waste of time.Colonial Heights hardware is worth the extra time and mileage as they offered a solution rather than quote store policy.
