Its a good place for a quick stop for a drink & snack or as well as a Weekly grocery shopping trip. Also a good place to find good deals on everyday products ( especially their $1 Section ) as well as kids toy's, Make-up Ect. Overall it's a good store

I live 5 minutes from this store and shop there several times a week to do my shopping.. I bake cakes. I purchase 15 dozen of eggs every 2 weeks on Thursdays besides the other shopping that I do in the store during the week there is an older woman that works that is very rude and has no personality that had an issue with me buying the eggs keep in mind they get 90 dozen of eggs in every Thursday.. I told her not to worry if they don't want my money that's fine. I will not be back to this Dollar store ever again you lost a customer but not that you care.

I'm grateful that we have this store on the mountain but for the past 6+ months, nothing is ever stocked. Which is kinda crazy since there is stock items piled on pallet carts at the end of pretty much every aisle to the point it's hard to maneuver a buggy through it all. It's extremely frustrating but the people that work there are great and always very nice. It's really not their fault, dollar general corporate is trying to get by with as little people employed as possible and there's just not enough time for them to run the store and put up stock. It's an unfair expectation.

This store seems to have higher standards of organization and cleanliness than some others I have visited. People are friendly and store is usually well stocked.

It was ok. Love having a dollar general so close to home now. My only complaint is the cashier answered her personal cell phone while checking us out. Now normally I wouldn't say anything except for she wasn't listening when we asked her questions or when we told her we didn't need bags for our milk and stuff. It also didn't sound like an emergency call which I would also have not been upset if she needed to take an emergency call for a sick child or something.

Very cluttered and no one on the floor to ask where things were located. Not my favorite place to shop but if your going in for a quick trip like cigarettes, milk, ice cream, etc, it's okay to shop at this Dollar General. But beware of the prices! Some prices may be higher than Walmart or other discount stores.

Okay prices, should price-check before going to this Dollar General location. I found a lot of items cheaper at Wal-Mart, even when shopping online! However, if you're hard up for a ride Dollar General is the place to go. It's close for just about everyone who lives on the Plato of Pikeville. I'd advise anyone to go there. Just watch the food prices?!?!!

Great new store up on Dayton Mountain. This will certainly minimize my trips all the way down the mountain. Great little grocery, cold drinks and frozen food sections.

Mountain location easy to maneuver and found everything on my list easily and quickly. Little bit of a wait at checkout, but overall, a good shopping experience.

No mask by employees had 6 foot lines at registers only but squeezed other customers next to you to show them where products were located instead of walking around. No safety procautions in place.
