I called before heading over to see if they sold a specific item. I was hung up on by what sounded like a middle aged woman when I asked if they had this item. I get there and the item isn't there. They looked busy so I was never asked if I needed help so I left. I understand if you're busy you may not have time to look for an item but I'd rather be told that then hung up on.

Terrible customer service. Needed a prescription filled and called to see if they had the medication in stock and the pharmacist said they did. Went to pick it up and then said they didn’t have it and the pharmacist assumed they had it in stock and never checked while speaking with her on the phone. Called again a few days later and was told by the pharmacy tech that they had the same medication from a different manufacturer. I don’t feel comfortable using a different manufacturer as I didn’t want to risk my body reacting negatively to it. I tried to explain this to the pharmacy tech over the phone and she responded by saying “did you not hear what I said?! It’s the same thing!” She was extremely rude and sounded as if she did not like her job and didn’t want to talk to anyone. Also did not understand that different manufacturers have different ways of processing their medication. She seems like she didn’t pay attention in pharmacy school. Overall pharmacy staff seems poorly trained and lack of knowledge and customer service/ phone etiquette. I look forward to never coming here again.

Decent Walgreens with the Kroger grocery section as well. No complaints, but there is that weird downed power line outside I noticed while in the parking lot. Not sure what the story is with this (see image), but I called about it and it's apparently a known issue.

Great experience with the pharmacy the pharmacist and the assistant with glasses are both phenomenal! They looked at my son’s wound and gave advice. They were very professional and filled his prescription in a timely manner.

Fantastic experience with this Walgreens. While on vacation we needed to have some prescription medicine called into this Walgreens & they went above & beyond to help us. Saved us hundreds of dollars & saved our vacation trip. Best Walgreens I've ever been to but the pharmacist & techs are what made it even better! Thank you for the help!

WORST pharmacist ever. My husband has been in to ask questions 2x bc I’m pregnant and although we both know she can’t “recommend” anything for a pregnant woman to take(I have an approved list with me). We simply wanted to know which one may work best for a head cold/allergies as she is supposed to be a medical “professional.” Mind you, I have already been to the walk in doctor prior thinking it was strep and we are out of town currently. She is anything but professional. She is rude and condescending. Folks, don’t waste your breath asking anything.

I usually stop after work. I work second shift. The store it's self isn't that busy by the time I get there. But the pharmacy can be sometimes there's only one person working the late night shift. I tried to ask her some questions the other day and she kind of kept me short. Which I can kind of understand cuz she was busy but maybe they should think about putting more than one person in the pharmacy on night shift. Other than that the employees are always friendly the stores clean.

Would not accept my Kroger card at checkout. So what part of this is Kroger? It’s really just a pharmacy with a slightly expanded grocery section. Also the employee at the checkout was incredibly slow. I wished they had a self checkout because I would’ve been done 3 times faster. Won’t go back

We are from out of town and had meds called in for my son. They were out of the meds he needed which is fine, so I asked if they could tell me if another Walgreens had it and she said *I* would have to call around and ask. I asked if they could look in their system to see if another Walgreens had it in stock like Publix or other pharmacies can do and she said “No you will have to, we are not that high class.”Her tone and mannerism was just snotty and rude and not a great representation of Walgreens.

The employees at this Walgreens are always extremely helpful when we are in the area. We have had multiple prescriptions transferred here and they handle it without any issue. The cashiers are very kind and courteous as well. Highly recommend if you need a pharmacy while in the area.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to catch the name of the 2 employees that I encountered. They were both very sweet and helpful. One (Older man) asked me if I needed a basket as he was stalking shelves and coolers, and the lady working the cash register this morning. I went in for nail polish remover, and ended up grabbing a bunch of extra stuff lol. I had just gotten off of work and really appreciated the help and the kindness from the staff at 7:30 in the morning.

We are going on a cruise Monday and had to get tested for Covid within 48 hours of sailing and were having an AWFUL time finding anywhere that had the rapid tests available (most places we tried had them on backorder and the other tests wouldn't give us the results in time for sailing.) I was in a panic because we are leaving in the morning and HAD to be tested so I saw that Walgreens showed they had the tests available so quickly made appointments for the 3 of us (only to realize when we got there that I made them for the next day-not today!) I apologized to the employee for making the mistake and told her our situation so she talked to the manager and they tested all 3 of us right then and there! I was SO happy and relieved because this whole cruise experience has been a nightmare and now the problem of not being able to find a rapid testing site came up but they went above and beyond helping us out that way and I can't even begin to tell them how much we appreciate what they did for us! Now, if the typo on our marriage certificate and the fact that we can't print out 2 of our boarding passes don't keep us from boarding the ship, I think we'll be on our way to a fun first cruise!:)

Wow!! What FRIENDLY Customer Service!! The entire staff is always so pleasant that I drive out of my way to shop this Walgreens. The lady, Pat, who works in cosmetics really seems to care about the kind of day her customers are having and offers great words of encouragement. She is a JEWEL and I hope corporate at Walgreens is aware of her EXCELLENCE!

Came in to this Walgreens location for the very first time since moving to Pigeon Forge from Knoxville. All I wanted to do was print a picture off my phone. I went to the computer to do so and was looking around for the usb cord to hook up my phone. A male employee who I didn't catch the name of asked what I needed and I said I was looking for the cord to plug my phone in and he said oh you didnt bring your cord? Um, no and it clearly says on the screen ask attendant if cord is not here which leads me to believe they supply that for you. Well, he gets me a cord and hands it to me so I said thank you and he said nothing back and just walked away and went back to stocking. No you're welcome or hey holler at me if you need help with anything. This isn't the only Walgreens in the area I have issues with. Will never come back here nor give them a dime of my money. Lacking southern hospitality is an understatement. And I never did get my picture, the cord he gave me did not work.

Staff not wearing masks during the current mask mandate.I've been in this store twice this week, earlier in the week the person behind the other (photo/printing) counter was not wearing a mask at all, I put that down to the fact that she was social distancing even though this is a 'public place'.I walked in today, as soon as I got through the door a member of staff was stood talking to another member of staff loudly (therefore potentially releasing droplets into the air) without a mask, not even one round her chin, she was talking loudly about 'belching' so I turned on my heel and walked straight out, I didn't feel safe.I expect better from Walgreens, the Management are failing to ensure their staff are wearing masks in accordance with the current mask mandate.Customers are expected to wear masks so why aren't all Walgreens staff wearing masks?Not to mention the subject matter of their loud conversation, I expect a better standard of conduct and decorum from Walgreens.Pigeon Forge is a busy tourist destination with many people visiting from outside areas, the daily numbers of Covid cases are increasing in Sevier County, it's important that none of us let our guard down yet and continue to wear masks as required by the mandate.I'd appreciate a response from Walgreens to let me know what steps they're taking to ensure their staff will all wear masks/face coverings otherwise I'm not confident that it's safe to visit this store again, which is a shame because it's actually a good 5* convenience store.

Being in Pigeon Forge, they are usually busy, but the employees go out of their way to help and to answer questions. This is the Walgreens I visit most often, and the workers know our family. Greg is by far the most helpful of the employees!

Very caring pharmacy staff. Helped my husband when he got dizzy. The pharmacists went out of their way to make sure he was OK. They notified his doctor and myself, (his wife). I highly recommend Walgreens in Pigeon Forge. Even asked me to let them know how he was doing. Thank you Walgreens.

Sarah Stallings is the most professional, sweetest and just plain awesome person I’ve met! I went to Walgreens to look for a pair of fake eyelashes to dress up for an old time photo. She ended up doing full makeup and putting on fake eyelashes I purchashed at your store. She is a true asset to your company! I just want to say thank you Sarah for making me feel beautiful for my pictures ❤️

Another poor experience with the pharmacy. I travel for work. Can only get a 30 day supply of a sleeping med. pharmacy fills rx on 6th of month and I don’t pick up until the 13th. Because I am out of town working. Then when I refill they go by pickup date not fill date. Will be out of town again so will not be able to pick up on the sixth. Pharmacy tec instructs pickup date one day. Pharmacy manager then changed to next day. I have been given wrong meds at this pharmacy. I have been given meds I am allergic to. I have written to Walgreens. Spoken to store manager. This place is dangerous. And also I am a physician! What are they doing to regular patients? When I complain I am told by pharmacy manager to take my rx elsewhere! Someone needs to fix this pharmacy before they really hurt someone.
