A pretty nice little stop if you like bird and souvenirs or novelty items with birds. They have baby exotic birds for sale that you can interact with. They offer a photo shoot as well for individuals or families, which allows you to hold several birds and purchase packages with the photes at a very fast turnaround. Nothing compares to the main Parrot Mountain, but this a nice stop.

We visited the official Parrot Mountain location a few years back and were blown away by it and this store was that experience but smaller. We loved being able to walk up and have some of the birds chill out on our shoulders and having the opportunity to get a quick photo op was the icing on the cake. Great place!

We absolutely loved taking pictures with the birdies. Super cute. Very kid friendly (obviously make super your kids are being bird friendly) . Alittle pricey but worth it for adorable pictures and to help feed the birds they take care of.

I had a issue with a worker named Anthony who was taking the pictures. We came in the gift shop and I stood in one spot near the birdcage to send a important text message. My friend wanted to get a photo done so when he went to take the picture I hear him start yelling at me. I didn’t understand what he said so I asked him to repeat himself and he was very rude and nasty yelling at me to not take pictures. 1) to assume I’m taking a picture when he could clearly see my fingers moving and my phone pointed downwards was his first mistake 2) he could have politely stated no pictures ( if that was the case) and I would have understood. We left with nothing because he ruined the whole mood. I should be able to step away and send a message while the rest of my party enjoys themselves without him loosing his mind. Very sad and disappointing. Someone needs to have a conversation with him about manners and customer service.

This was my favorite part of pigeon forge! Friendly staff and food to pet birds was only one quarter. I would recommend only buying the food from the machines when you go inside and not the nectar they sell to you when you buy your tickets. It is a lot cheaper and goes a longer way!
