This is a super cool store. They have everything moon pie you could think of.They have mini and regular moon pies. Kevin was real nice and helpful. They have a public restroom and the other half of the store is a book store. They had lots of old timey items like lip gloss and cinnamon tooth picks. They even had moon pie chapstick. Somethings were a little over priced but a cool shop. Ten out of ten totally recommend checking this store out.

Very large store.with two levels. Stock up on anything Moon pie's. Get a free small moom pie. Watch a video on the history of Moon Pies and see how they are made. Big book selection on one side and down stairs. Game, toys and collectables all around. A great place to stop and spend some time. Friendly staff.

This place has so much to look at... Who knew there were so many ways to put Moon Pies on swag. It was great, but it's also a general store and a big bookstore is attached, too. You just have to check it out.

We saw this Moon Pie store and had to stop and take a look. They have a lot of nostalgic Moon Pie merchandise and a bunch of other things too. We were surprised at big the store was, and then we noticed there were stairs going down to another level. They have a sign saying “Prices so low, we keep them in the basement”. I enjoyed looking through their Christian section.

Nice store. Very friendly staff. Way more than Moonpies. This place has an amazing collection of unique gifts, snacks, and, of course, books. Definitely plan on spending a little time here if you're interested in looking at all the have to offer. At a minimum, you have to grab some Moonpies and check out their unique soda selection.

Okay, this store is one of the coolest tourist stores I’ve ever been to. Who would’ve thought that moon pies could be combined with a general store, and a Christian gifts and bookstore, to make such a cool tourist concept. Of course, there are more than only Christian books, and there are more than moon pie related items. This store has games, books, candy, souvenirs, and so many other things going for it.On the plus side, the owners were out and talking to people, being very friendly. The staff was very courteous, and you get a free miniature moon pie when you leave! My family and I purchased quite a number of things, and had a good time exploring this shop. I recommend that if you’re looking for a quirky little gift shop to explore, and you’re on vacation, check this place out!

Loved this place, they even let you sample all the different types of moon pies anywhere from salted caramel to chocolate chip mint, and strawberry. Even had PS for you lovers out there that can't get enough!!

Never had a moon pie in my life, but that all changed today. They have about 8 flavors and then double-decker variants of those. There is also a massive book store on the other side, not to mention the basement. It was so much to take in and such good prices that I forgot to take pictures. It's definitely a good visit, God bless!

You gotta stop here if you love moon pies! We found a coupon in the coupon book for a free box of 12 mini moon pies with a $20 purchase. They have so much awesome stuff and tons of books here. We love this store. We got an assortment of minis for free..loved it..will be back on our next trip! Stop in if you have a chance..there's a little or a lot of everything!

This is a neat store with a lot of options. It has all the flavors of the Moon pies. They also have all kinds of selections of soft drinks in glass bottles. They have unique signs and other things.

The best hospitality I've ever had in Pigeon Forge!We decided to visit on a whim, and I'm glad we did. They had lots of cool stuff, ranging from books, christian themed items, kids toys, a small play area, puzzles, and of course everything Moon Pie. While we were shopping our smallest one decided he had enough and passed out on us. Well one of the older persons working named Bob apparently also noticed. He went out of his way to grab a cart and bring it to my wife for our son to lay down so we wouldn't have to carry him. It was very generous and helpful and we very much appreciated it. We need more Bob's.Go to Moon Pie General Store and go see Bob. You can also shop while you're there.

Absolutely loved this store found an author that I've never heard of being from Georgia that is from here from Tennessee. That apparently has some best-selling novels so I bought the first one which is Cades Cove. Can't wait to read it. It's a great store all kinds of gift ideas my sister loved it too she picked up a couple of books.

This is just a fun stop to see all the stuff they have. The moon pie stuff is great. Found flavors we have never seen before. There is also a book store area that has a large variety to choose from. The staff is kind as well.

Omgoodness!! This store has it all, including the best staff. Everyone was so helpful and enjoyed talking to people. So much to choose from. We were so tired from shopping the whole day so we sat and played a game of checkers, which I highly suggest. Grab a mini moon pie when you come inside for free and take your time strolling through the store. It was a great way to end our week in Pigeon Forge.

I've been here several times. I used to absolutely love this store. It had a wide variety of older used books and that's why I enjoyed this location so much. There was a great variety of old books, new books, nostalgic collections and homey/country decor.... now they have mass quantities of the same book. I didn't see any of the older collections. It was like a books a million for selection. The other merchandise is still cute and the moonpie collection is great as well but I miss the old book selection that gave you a wide variety of older used books. As a huge book lover it's going to impact my visiting in the future. Not everyone is looking for the same as I am so if books aren't your priorities I'd definitely recommend this place but for me and what I want it's gone from a 5 star to 3 star. Personal opinion only.

Neat place. They moon pies of various kinds that you can purchase individually. I got Caramel, Strawberry and Chocolate Mint. I have never tried any of these. They also an assortment of hard to find candies and it is a book and Bible outlet. I plan on going back.

The store is in a very good location, It's easily accessible and has a lot of parking.The book shelves were a little bit confusing on how they were laid out other than the categories that they were in but we did figure it out.You can get a free mini moon pie for each person that goes there and they have all sorts of different options for flavors.They also offer a lot of christian-based gifts and books which is a good option for people that are looking for that.

I absolutely love this little store! I have been twice now and make it a regular stop when we go to Pigeon Forge. I also love that half of this store is also a bookstore. The people working there are also real friendly. It may be in an older building but it is definitely kept clean and tidy!

This place was mid. Not at all what we expected it to be. Very small section of moon pies and moon pie merch. The rest is random merch. Downstairs is what they called a “bargain area”. Cheap junk really and tons of books that didn’t make it. Kids enjoyed the free mini moon pie samples though. You won’t miss anything if you skip this one!

Good prices 👍 Nice people. Cool stuff like Bob Ross section, trendy board games, moon pie memorabilia, lots of books, etc. Great kids sections! Book selection isn't the best overall if you ask me. Lots of religious stuff, cookbooks, etc. Classics section is weak. No fantasy. If I lived here, I would shop here again.

I am not a moon pie fan, I have never been a marshmallow candy or cake fan, but I had seen moon pie coffee on a previous trip to the Smokies and I was hoping to find it here. I was not disappointed. They also have every flavor of moon pie, t shirts, rc cola, books and souvenirs. This is a great place to stop and shop and they have a place to take photos.

If you are in Pigeon Forge and want to take a stroll down memory lane, swing by the Moon Pie General Store. They have all varieties of Moon Pies, lots of classic beverages (RC, Stewarts, Ale-8, etc) and a great variety of other candies that will take you back to your childhood. They have a huge assortment of books, toys, board games, shirts, and souvenirs. The facility is clean and organized, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
