Went in there on my way to work 4/21/22 around 2:45pm to get a couple snacks. There was a older lady working at the front when I went in who was very nice and smiling saying Hello to customers coming in and asking them if they needed help with finding anything. I had went in to get pecan pinwheel cakes but they were out. When I went to check out there was a different lady (looked like she might be the manager) with purple hair name on my receipt said her name was Gail. Didn't even speak when I went to the register so I said "hey how are you doing?" And she said "fine" So just initiating a conversation I told her the one thing I came in for they were out of so I went with another option and she didn't say anything just told me my total. When she give me my change didn't say have a good day or anything so I figured I would be nice and said Have a good day and she just said uh huh and walked into her office. I'm sorry but I've worked retail for over 20yrs and have even been in management and no matter how bad of a day I'm having I always put on a smile and be nice to my customers and when they're gone or not around if I wanna be ill then so be it but being rude to a customer and not speaking and acting like you hate your job or it's a bother to wait on the customer is very UNPROFESSIONAL. If she hates her job that bad look for another one cause Lord knows there's plenty of them out there. I go in this location a good bit and she's the first one I've dealt with that wasn't nice. If I hadn't of had the bad encounter with the employee I would've given more stars cause the store is always well stocked and clean.

This establishment (Piegon Forge location) was very clean, well organized, and had a lot to offer. The customer service was great. They also showed excellent teamwork.

The sales associate Jessica was very rude. I said hello...nothing in return. I said thank you, have a good day...silence. It was different for the guy in front of me. I'm thinking my skin tone could've been an issue...idk

Clean and well organized (compared to other Dollar Tree I gone to) Definitely things were fully stock and they are $1.25 plus tax and a special section for $3-$5+tax items. Great job to the people keeping up the store that clean 👏 👌 👍🏼

The manager and staff is very rude. My children needed to use the bathroom and the management was extremely rude and disrespectful and would not let us come in. My little girl was 4 years old and she made us leave the store and go somewhere else. However, right in front of our faces one of the workers went right into the bathroom. Terrible staff. Selfish. Never will come back here again.

2 Thumbs up to this Dollar Tree location. I have been in probably 50 Dtrees in the last year and this has the nicest staff and the CLEANEST OF ANY IN FOUR STATES. I was in Retail management for 45 years and appearance and Staffing are everything

The White younger lady that checked me out today was very rude all because I asked her to double bag my stuff… it’s not like I asked her to do anything hard…& she sure doesn’t pay for the bags and they are so thin as it is….we live out of state and I didn’t want it falling out or ripping on me…She was the rudest person ever…

This place has everything you need for cleaning your home. I usually stop here about 2 weeks to get cleaning supplies and snacks of course. You just can’t go wrong with $1.25 per item.

I absolutely love this store!!! I just wish that I'd had more time on my hands to keep looking and shopping!!! Definitely has a ton of cool and fun things, and I was shocked at just how much you can get with $1!!! One of my new favorite places

The guy was so nice, and he tried to guide me where to find something I needed. The manager was also friendly, and told us to have a great night. Little gesture, but it was refreshing.

If there was much more to say I would certainly share but we all pretty much know what the Dollar Tree is like... What do you expect for a dollar, good selection and clean store. It was not the typical crowded aisles with cluttered shelves Dollar Tree everything was neat and clean.

There was a very long line. A guy called out and asked if they could open another line. The girl who opened the second line was rude. There was another woman there wearing a dollar tree shirt who I had to ask to move back because she was less than a foot away, when the 6 ft social distancing line was clearly marked on the floor. Usually, I have great service here. Today was abysmal. I thanked the girl for opening a second line and she ignored me and started talking to the other lady in line that was wearing a dollar tree shirt. I understand one guy was a jerk, but that didn't mean she had to have an attitude with me.

Bought some candles, votives and 3 balloons for my mothers birthday memorial yesterday. And just as I told the young man about the 3 balloons an employee named Debbie that I had a former interaction with asked him outloud if he rang them up, like I was going to try and get out the door without paying for them!! Seriously!! I spend too much money in that store to be insulted like that!🤬

Was on vacation and had to do paperwork for my home store and the assistant Mary made me feel welcomed to use their office to do my paperwork done . she was very aware on the policy and procedures she had to do to verify i was allowed to enter thier office and use their system.Iba

If i could give 0 stars or half one i would. I have worked 3 to 4 dollar trees and this one by far the worst. Hardly anything on the shelves and not much to choose from. Its ridiculous if they pay ppl more by the hour then they might can get some help cuz this store needs it.

Not sure if it's because I was an out of towner Hispanic but I entered this store and right away heard the cashier talking to everyone nicely from the start of my shopping to the end but once I was next to check out she was very quiet, i tried to be friendly and joke and she stayed serious. That only screamed 1 thing to me which I really don't care because I am from Chicago and that is pitty to me, I'm better .

Terrible company. This store's management is abysmal at best with only one exception. Most of the staff here is very rude and nasty. I would not recommend this store at all, though it is a better store than the Sevierville location. But I also wouldn't recommend the company as a whole.

I shop at the dollar tree often. This was the worst experience. One woman that worked there yelled at my kids for using their bathroom and proceeded to yell at me for letting them.... they are 6 and 7... and the bathroom was open... never will I attend this store again.

Employees not wearing mask. Was very rude. You don't need to work directly with the public if you cannot wear a mask do to "health". What ever happened to respecting others? Don't care if it's not a law.
