This place is great for a quick stop. Has the basic necessities. Most of the staff are very nice and helpful. Had a run in with a rude one, dark hair in a bun, older lady with a chip on her shoulder. It was over asking to have a bag double bagged because it was busting full. She said they only had one box of bags to last them two more days until their order came in. It's just the way she said it and acted towards me in front of other customers. I stayed away for over a year. She's probably still just as rude. Don't know if she still works here or not.

Stopped by at 9:45 am on a Friday. Store was closed. Manager finally showed up and still took another 20 minutes to let people in. There were about 15 people waiting at the door to go in. I left and went to Family Dollar across the street. Hours say 8 am -10 pm and no other signage was posted saying differently. I understand being short staffed but this has been going on for months. I love this store but management needs to do better.

The cleanest store I've visited.Employees were warm & enjoyable to talk to.This particular store add more items to offer dead most General dollar stores.The manager was very helpful.I found a large variety of crafts to choose from for my Sunday school class.I happened to stop there on my way home from Townsend. I had been visiting with Granny. I will be shopping here more often.

Always cluttered carts in the aisles. Seems like they need more staff. Not just this store seems typical of all the area stores. There are many visitors to the area that use your stores, maybe your staff would like to work some overtime if you won't be putting more people on. As it stands the stores look awful. Your folks are always busy, not just standing around. Overnight stockers perhaps.

I love dollar general. Its a great quick pick up store instead of having to go to the box stores. But the cashier at this location was the rudest lady I've dealt with in a long time. We all have bad days but I said hello and was ignored. I said thank you at the end of our transaction and her response was " here you go". I try and give people the benefit of the doubt. But even it's a bad day you can respond to a hello and say have a nice day.

Horrible service. Aisles were hard to get through. Cashier didnt help us or any of the customers there. Lady was hard to understand but nice when checking out. Women's public restroom was closed not sure if men's were closed. Didnt take the time to look for items in stock. And just mainly nice to return customers. Thank goodness I never have to return to this DG ever again! Definitely wont that's for sure

I worked at Dollar General for four years, most of the time as a store manager trainee floating from store to store, and NEVER was I allowed to slap a hand made sign on the door saying "I closed at 8:00" just because I felt like it. This is the 3rd time in the last week that I've tried to go there around 730-8PM and they've closed earlier than what they're supposed to. The first time I called they said if was because they had inventory the next day. Doesn't matter. Again, even if I was by myself until close for 6+ hours I was not allowed to close early. Its getting ridiculous and annoying.

The roast beef was awesome, but the rest (dessert) was mediocre. City BBQ has much better pack cobbler... why is that? I definately recommend the roast beef with mashed. I've never had better. But stop there. Service was ok, nothing exceptional.

I came in when they were closing the night before Thanksgiving and they let me pick up the couple things I needed and didn't sound frustrated that I was there at closing. Instead it was great customer service. Keep up the good work guys.

If your items are $3.21 u either pay exact change or pay $4.00 the lady was stalking by checkout and didn't care I wanted to check out, the lady at check out was too busy dancing and singing and talking to lady stalking. I don't mind fun, but a little respect

The manager at this location is short and rude with customers. I have experienced this on 3 separate occasions. The first 2 I honestly thought she was just having a bad day. After today's visit I realized "No not a bad day, just rude". I may need to switch back to family dollar.

The store was a mess. There was hardly anything in the shelves and a line all the way to the back wall. I felt bad for the guy at the register he was very nice even to the rude people in front of us.

Do not go to this store if you enjoy saving money. I love to coupon. Granted, I am not one of those who are an extreme couponer. Never has it been acceptable for a cashier to start grabbing things out of my buggy, and tell me that I can’t purchase these cause they’re 0.01 each. I even told her numerous times that I didn’t want the cash back. It was Lysol for heavens sake! I highly suggest that you choose a different store to go to if you have any coupons. You will get treated like dirt here.

My sister was sick she's in her 60's. She needed a bathroom immediately. There's was out of order. Where do they go to the bathroom or wash their hands? Is there only one bathroom in all of these Dollar General's? There is one being built everywhere. Perhaps they should have better bathroom facilities than a store 4 miles apart and in some places they're even closer. When we get older and I love Dollar General, we have issues with our bladder or colon. So the owners need to realize that one bathroom May have been out of service but the entire store was almost out of service. People with Chrons Disease or IBSD or dropped bladder can't always hold it for a couple miles. Depends are great but accidents happen. I promise with her stomach issues, your store may have been out of order for a couple of hours or days. Consider your public that helps keep you open. Ever where are more concerned of unisex bathroom. Look if you got to go you got to go. Whatever gender that uses it prior or after do not mean a hill of beans to a person that needs to use it.

My husband and I tried to go in this store 2 different times during our stay in Pigeon Forge around 8 pm both times and lights were on and neither time no one would come to door and doors were locked!!! Pathetic!

Understaffed typically, my car was hit by an 89 year old woman in the parking lot, and there were no cameras to capture what really happened, now I'm getting sued by her insurance company. Dollar general only sells garbage processed food. I'd rather shop at a bodega than these garbage stores.

Normally, Dollar Generals are all the same.... plain jane, oversaturatedIn the market etc... but this store was clean, customer service was awesome and it didn't feel like a normal dreadful trip to the Dollar Generals... thank goodness!

Very messy and hard to get around in. I live in Drummonds, TN and our stores are very neat, clean and organized. I stopped at this store expecting the same experience, but was very disappointed!

Younger lady cashier kind on heavy side who checked out items out was extremely rude should be a little more courteous considering lot of your business is travelers coming to stay in the cabin areas ....should be trying make folks have a wow experience little customer service goes longggggg way

Staff was nice and friendlyBut very difficult to get to or up and down isles. Stock was everywhere. Probably would have spent more time and money if I could've gotten to what I needed.Looked like they were short staff.

I went to return something here that had been bought at another Dollar General and the manager refused to take it, even though I had the receipt, bc she said it would be back stock and she didnt want to deal with it! Very unprofessional! We shop here often but never will again!

cashier checked out the customer ahead of me and just walked off. i placed my items on the checkout counter and still no cashier the customer behind me had to yell three times for the cashier before they finally came back and checked us out and they were slow as Christmas

I like that it's close to the house and very convenience. But there is this woman that works there that is always very hateful for some reason. And when you ask where something is she huffs and puffs the whole time.
