Was told this is the only Big Dog bricks and mortar location left in the country. One of my favorite, fun brands to shop. Huge selection of tshirts and various casual wear. Nice items on sale and staff was friendly and helpful. Get off the porch and go see them.

The last open Big Dog store I have seen. According to them, they are the only one, besides the online store. There are plenty of options and reasonable prices. It's worth a stop.

Always loved this brand as a bigger guy. It was great to see one last physical location. The lady at the counter was super nice and helpful. Great little shop, and if I pass by again, I will stop in again. They even had my email on file from my online orders. Great quality as always as well!

I was looking for dog clothes in the area and found this little shop. The prices are way too high. I believe this is the last location in the country. The business will probably go out of business soon since we were some of the only people in the store and it seemed like no one bought anything. We decided to leave but the workers were a nice and friendly.

This is the last physical store in the country, and it was really nice. They had a great selection of inventory and were able to ship items that were out of stock in certain sizes. I love this store!

I love BIG DOG T shirts but the regular price shirt I just can't afford. If I could I would buy a shirt in every design.. these shirts are the best quality I've ever seen.

Tha A.C. was broke but the sales (female) clerk was super nice!! We are from put of town and kept her busy with questions. The the internet (cash register) went out, but she 2as a pro!!She never lost her temper or got frustrated with us or her equipment!!Great Job!! Bought 4 shirts and my friend got 5 or 6.

Wonderful place to shop!! Would give 100 stars if I could. Have no complaints. Everything was clean and stocked neatly and in order by size. There's definitely something here for everyone. Staff was super friendly and very very helpful. Will definitely be here every time we visit pigeon forge. Amazing prices. Bought over 600 dollars retail and only spent 200 bucks!!

Usually I enjoy stopping here while on vacation. Today was a different story. You can't have a big dogs store if you don't have cloths that fit a big dog. I saw a lot of small medium and large sizes but nothing that would fit a normal human. Stock up for the big folks. I'll try you again next year.

Staff never greeted or asked if we needed any help,much less ever even cracked a smile.They seemed miserable to say the least.They spoke to the other people that came in and had a conversation with them. I guess that's because they were older and I was a mom with 2 teenage kids and a younger child.The couple never bought anything and I did.I didnt even get a Thank you,have a good night,or a did you find what you were looking for when she and her co worker finlay got done playing rock paper scissors I'm assuming to see who was gonna wait on us,cause they stood there a good few minutes before one came to the counter to check us out.I will order online next time and pay the shipping before I go back there!! I mean they could of had a bad day but treating customers like that they are gonna have many more if they continue like that cause they will have no sales and close shop.

Sizes fit bigger than labeled but great for a Big Dog Like me. Great selection awesome prices can't say enough good things bout it. If u are a 3x on up they have it for you.

We stopped in here for my dad to get some clothes as he shops alot here online etc. The women at the desk with a shorter hair had a terrible attitude. She was very unhelpful and gave off a prejudice vibe. They longer haired women was very kind and helpful and the only reasson we didn't leave. I think someone needs to address the women with the terrible attitude who frowns ,rolls her eyes while speaking to customers who spend their hard earned money. Thanks 😊

There used to be a bunch of these stores, but now only a few remain, as the company is mostly internet now. You will find good prices for big men's clothes, but sadly almost all the T-shirt have their designs on the BACK of the shirt, so if you like them on the front, you're screwed.

I love all the stuff here, but omg, the prices are astromical!! I realize that all their U.T merchandise are probably legitimate and official, but some things in my opinion are way too much on the pocket.
