Recently we attempted to add our 16 year old son to our former policy with another company (I’m sure you parents know this drill), and while we expected it to be a drastic increase, I was floored when our former company came back with a number around $435 a month. I immediately started calling around for better quotes. This State Farm location was actually the last one I called, and I received a return call from Ariel at this location within the hour. She was so kind and patient with me. She went over everything in great detail. After running all of the numbers and trying to find discounts, she came back to me with a monthly payment that was only $60 more per month than what we’d been paying for just my husband and I before, and this included insuring our teen son. She saved us about $180 per month than what our former company quoted us. She was able to also bring our homeowners insurance down slightly, BUT with better insurance. The relief was instant! I also love that she communicates some things via text too which is quick and easy. I much prefer text to email for the smaller things. Overall everything was quick, painless, and just a great experience! I highly recommend Ariel Kumpula from this State Farm location!

After a being a Progressive customer for years and going through a difficult time with my last claim, I was shopping for a new insurance carrier. You know how it goes when you submit requests for online quotes... the barrage of calls and emails ensues. But then, Ariel called me. She instantly put me at ease, no pressure, was able to answer all my questions within minutes, sent me a couple of versions of the coverage we had discussed (all accurately quoted), and followed-up when she said she would. The other thing that has been amazing is that she is incredibly responsive, be it email, a call or text. I have never experienced anything like it. I feel lucky to have found her and know that I can trust her to take care of me and my family. I have already referred friends to her, and will continue to do so. What a gem!!
