This has become one of the worse stores! The manager Jean is Rude and not very good at her job! Sleeps in her car while on shift!!

Mgr at KS location is a great guy, friendly, goes out of his way to help and the others I've personally dealt with are the same. They can't keep help it seems, which is a shame and most likely why my usual items are not on the shelves consistently, but they can only do so much and help customers too. Fortunately, that seems to be improving of late. The current workers are doing their best from what I can see, and are friendly & accommodating. Keep it up guys. Maybe some more good workers will be available sooner than later.

Dollar General. This is a typical Dollar General Store. Employees are usually friendly, and helpful. However, in my opinion Dollar stores are never, ever, what the name implies. With that being said, you can make your own assumptions, because I have and do. Now, in their defense, although I would rather go to another store, to get more value for my money. When there's no other place close by... Say within 10 or 15 miles. I will make the occasional stop at the Dollar General Store, and give them my hard - earned cash, because it's more convenient. I'm going to give them four stars, simply because employees are generally friendly and helpful. When it comes to Dollar General stores in general, "PUN intended", I give them three stars. Employee turnover is quite frequent. I could speculate more, on that subject, but that's what it would be.... Speculation, or hearsay. SORRY CAL TURNER & JR. ....Still love Green Pastures however. Beautiful place!

This place was awesome. The new manager is cool as hell. I just left from there. They're having a 90% off sale. Spent $93 and got probably $300 worth of stuff. Shaving cream lotion candles air fresheners old spice shampoo a lot of good items!

Good people, cheap stuff, clean store.I met my Tennessee twin here. One of the employees who was re stocking has my super power! He could place his cart exactly where I wanted to look next. I thought that only I had this ability. ;)

This dollar general is by far one of my favorites! They have a great selection of home items that look like they are from a higher end store but with dollar store price tags!! Staff is nice & helpful. They also have the option of cart checkout at the kiosk- my fave!!

Love going in this store!! What a nice group of workers there!! All willing to help a customer and so polite! Very impressed and will be most definitely will be a returning customer!!Thank you Dollar General staff in Pegram!All goes the same for the Dollar General on old hickory and Charlotte Pike!!! Store is a mess need workers very bad high turn over rate in there. Stock is everywhere. Would like to see the store look half way decision one day. Maybe Dollar general needs to pay there employees more money so they will stay there longer. I seen so many manger quit since I been there at least 5 so what does that say.

Love my hometown Dollar Stores. Pegram has been updated, working on updating the other ones. I chose not to wear a mask, and 7 days later feel fine. Just in case some may say how stupid, but no one new about H1N1 until it was too late, and we didn't wear masks. I'm not afraid to live my life!!

I love our Pegram Dollar Gen. The cashiers are always friendly. I like ours better than most because ours has better lighting. I don't like the cement floors in the others. To me they are not well lit and dreary.

Very nice and polite people could improve walking through the outhouse is it hard to get a buggy through there without bumping stuff and knocking it over but overall it is a good place to shop

Well stocked most of the time.Friendly employees.Ample handicapped & regular parking & wheelchair accessible.Lines can get long sometimes,but thats like most stores of this type.

The toy isle was sorted out with everything from guns to Legos! Baby dolls to playdough! Very easy to find great items for Christmas.

Never restocks items. I've been asking them to order the empty shelf of dogfood for a monthStill waiting. Along with half the store out of stock on essentials.

I have walked in that store five times now. And I walk out empty-handed every time. There is always eight or nine people standing in line, and there's just nothing in there that I'm willing to wait 20 minutes to check out.
