Bought a weed trimmer there. They helped register the product. Took it to the back started it. Made sure everything worked properly and interduced me to the service person, who will fix the product if anything may go wrong with it.Polite, helpful as always when I come into the store.

I went before a winter storm was expected to pick up a few things like propane,etc. They were busy of course but low on supplies but thats expected before storms hit. However,everytime i have been to this certain store, staff are not helpful or freindly.. at all.. so i dont go there very often..

The lady literally locked the door as my husband and I were walking in because it was snowing. Made eye contact and didn't even act like we were there whatsoever. NO common courtesy here. It was rude and we did not appreciate this at all.

I went to this store cause my 2 stores ace hardware and paramount in Lexington didn't have the 2 knobs. So my wife told me about this one and I found the 2 tub knobs that I needed.

The customer service I received today was absolutely 💯 percent. I shop at different places for my bargains, I have had good service. But a male employee at ace was the best. I gave him my chicken scratch list and not only could he read it, he went and got everything I needed. This employee deserves a raise.

The entire staff are detail oriented. This particular Ace Hardware's special sauce, in my opinion, is the fact a team member will walk you ti the item you are looking for, ask if they can help any further, an then check up in you in a salesman type way. They always know what you mean when describing a certain thing to them, if you don't know the term.

I thought the female the checked me out at your Parsons, TN. store was quite rude. She knew I was not real happy paying $24 for a hand full of fittings, but to top it off the patronizing way she said have a nice day really t topped it off. I will only buy things at your place if I have no other choice.

This is such a wonderful place to get most all your hardware and home project needs and household items as well!!They have an awesome variety of items in stock even things that are a blast from the past.You couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable staff,kind & very helpful. This place has the most friendly and helpful staff ever. They have a great selection and reasonably priced. We go here for several things we need and the staff is always asking if we need help and quick to give it if needed. They're very knowledgeable also. Thanks ya'll. Wish stayed open later though. Several times needed stuff but closed.

Went there looking for a screw for a cabinet knob and the guy that waited on me tried telling me that a screw close to what I needed would work. I told him it wouldn't because I had already tried one like that and he came back with "then why are you here wasting my time". I guess that was the last time I shop at an ace hardware store. Luckily there was a Tractor Supply across the street and they had exactly what I needed. I wish I would have got the guy's name but I didn't.

I love ACE Hardware. My grandparents always shopped ACE. Today ACE rocked my world. They sold me their last Ball Versatile Multi-Cooker. Have been looking for six months to purchase one. THANK YOU ACE HARDWARE. My Christmas present is awesome.

Their staff were completely rude and unwilling to help me with a giftcard issue even after ive called for a manager their attention was not of the helpful type or courteous bad employee customer service and even worse management... The issue was resolved after magagement worked a little harder but at the expense of a laugh on me overall I fell that it was a big joke
