Convenient and had all we needed for a quick weekend getaway in the area. Really like the fresh section with bananas, apples, lettuce, potatoes, etc. Kept us from having to go back into town for those things. Friendly staff too

Great location. Friendly staff in general. Clean store overall. They are extremely busy and the store isn't big enough for the stock that is required to keep up. That said they usually have what I need. Just trouble keeping up with stock. Has something to do with not being allowed to have staff to keep up.

My husband and I love the store brand bread. I went in to pick some up and there was none on the shelf so I grab a different brand. When I got to the counter I told the clerk I had come for their bread and was disappointed they were out. She asked me to wait and she would check the back. She came back with two loaves. I really appreciated that extra effort to check for me.Thank you.

We finished this stores reset/remodel today, so they opened back up for business this morning. Looks great! The ladies who work there are super sweet & were patient while myself & the team im with (National Reset & Remodel LLC) took over for the last 6 days to literally flip the store inside out. Go by check out the sales, new produce, new/clean interior, & more product on the shelves. Tell the cashier "Squirrel sent ya!"

Friendly cashier's but definitely over worked. Usually only one cashier and they are trying to do it all. I've left several times because there would be 10 or more people in line with only one cashier. All it takes is for 1 credit card to cause a problem for you to have to stand in line forever. But not the employees fault......

I love Dollar General the staff is nice but this place it just to crowded with stuff you cant get buggys down some isle. To the people who own these please open the isles you don't need so much stuff to have happy shoppers.

What a great idea....of you need to shop quickly...and don't want to have to walk a mile for a loaf of bread and a gallon of milk...this is the best place ever!!! They have brand name products...and you can get just about anything...you would need for a quick meal or even a sandwich!! They're great for a last minute birthday, Christmas or get well gift or card...they even have the bags, paper, bows..etc.....to wrap gifts in!!Love this place....fun decor for every holiday, fun foods, candy and games...as well!!Ned some socks, underwear...just about any item....they have it!!What a great idea!Now sometimes..they get too much stuff in the store aisle...and it get junky or trashy looking!!!! People who don't like that look will stop shopping there...so take some advice.....stop over filling with junky items...Keep the quality...and quantity...to the better items and you will always have nice..organized and clean looking stores!!

I go to the one on Cosby and I would give it no star if I could.The employees are rude and will not help you find anything at all and if you ask them where something is they say they don't have it when after I look myself they do! And they don't know what is on sale and they place items on sale shelves only to be told at the counter that it's not on sale and God forbid their family comes in because then you can't even get checked out! I go to Newport which is miles away just to get decent help. I would fire every one there if I was their boss.

Friendly employees... I wish they weren't short staffed most of the time. Can't visit this one too much because of the smokers near the front door. Second hand cigarette smoke trigger for migraines. More of that here than other dollar general stores I've been too.

The workers are always giving it their best working so hard moving those lines of people like a train passing and the workers still get under paid treated awful looked down at they are our neighbors and our friends working sweat and tears to make sure you dont have to wait no more than a single number of minutes.........Im not giving the 5 stars to the dollar general Im giving to the employees thank very much and this is not just one single store ive been all over Bybee Parrottsville Cosby Newport all them and the surrounding counties Morristown Sevierville Pigeon Forge all of them

Sadly, I will not be returning back to this Dollar General and I have been coming here faithfully since the day it opened. An employee here left a note on my windshield saying to “park in a different side of the parking lot because I was taking a spot from an employee.” It was signed “D.G. employee.” I wasn’t parked in a handicapped spot and there aren’t any signs for employee parking. Needless to say I’ll buy my stuff somewhere else from now on.

They have a little bit of everything , reasonably priced. I save so much money doing quick runs to Dollar General instead of having to go to the bigger stores all the time.

Can't ever get thru the isles because they're always full of stock needing to be put out. I'm disabled and I can only imagine what it's like for anyone in a wheelchair to try to get thru the store.
