Lowe's is one of my favorite places to go for any home improvement project. They always have what I need. Employees are friendly and have a smile. If you are there often they generally know you by name. They give a pleasant experience and easy experience purchasing everything you need for whatever it is you might be building or working on.

Wide variety of plants and flowers 🌺. Helpful staff very curtious. I'm handicapped so I require a rider and they had a very limited number of riders. Overall it was a good experience just pricey on the tomato 🍅 and pepper🌶️ plants.

Love Lowes and I'm sure it's only somewhat partially their fault but if I ever see a 10ft long 2x4 piece of regular wood cost over 20 bux I'm gonna go cut down my own trees build a mill and sell lumber

I want everyone to know about the two guys who delivered my new refrigerator yesterday. Batman and Robin were totally awesome! They carried that refrigerator down a long sidewalk, up the stairs, and through to my kitchen like it weighed nothing at all. They worked SO hard and were so cordial. I just wanted everybody to know. Thank you, Batman and Robin! You guys deserve a raise!

Do not recommend buying anything that you want delivered from the Lowe's in Paris. Bought a set of appliances 3 weeks ago and have had 3 different dates of delivery set with no call no shows. Never one call to say they won't be there that day.

Wednesday April 3rd,6:30pm.I entered store and went straight to the rolling tool box that I came to buy.After waiting 10 minutes for help I decided to go looking for an employee to help me with my purchase .I ended up at the front desk and asked for help and the young lady said she would find someone.10 minutes later no help.Finally a lady with an attitude came long story short over 30 minutes to buy a box.

Has most everything you need. Service is sometimes fast and real knowledgable and helpful. Other times no one shows up. But I was helped by a nice carpenter that was shoping for the same thing I was looking for.

(Update 8/22)I am dropping my review from a 3 star to 1 for a few reasons and my last visit has pretty much done it. At this point I greatly welcome a Home Depot to the area, however am not above traveling out of town to avoid this lowes if I have to. First let me start by saying the Lowes company has redone the military discount. It no longer includes appliances and some other items that are considered the more expensive. Call me what you may, I find that kind of jacked up. I went to purchase an appliance and the rudeness of the female worker was appalling. I was talking to a gentleman about a particular item I seen was in stock online and he was about to check if it was. She yells from her seated position we don't have any and won't until such and such time. The gentleman tried to intervene and say they do but she kept jumping into it. I walked away and talked with a front cashier who verified the item I wanted was in stock. So I went back to the original gentleman and delt with only him. He was very professional, understanding and even taken back by the other employees unprofessional behavior. This is not my first time observing her being in such a bad way, as well as being on the receiving end of her unprofessionalism. This lowes is steady going down with employee/customer engagement with a few good ones there that are doing a great job trying to outshine those that make everyone look bad.Typical home improvement store that has just about all you will need at decent prices. Delivery free within certain distance if you don't have truck. Some staff is knowledgeable, others not so much really. Staff can be rather slow in different departments and leave you hanging. Love the veteran parking spots. Small token goes a long way. I've knocked them down a star after my recent trip and thought about taking it down to one. Went to buy a grill. The newer guy who helped me I thought did a good job. I was walking out on two separate occasions when I was told were getting it now just, insert reason. The issue I believe is failure of leadership and a support chain. That's what I seen. Not once in the 2 hours I spent waiting for a grill did the manager come to speak with me or nothing. He left his team hanging. Complete failure on his part.

Possibly the rudest and laziest front of house stores I've ever been to. Jared the manager at the return counter refuses to help rectify problems. My specific problem was self checkout twords closing literally has staff all over the place and nobody will help you. Also tax exemption for agriculture was not on file. How many others were charged $$ for items state lat states is tax exempt?

My last purchase it was not a good experience, after paying I kept being pushed back to the back of the line and with no help load 30, 50 lbs bags of cement by my self wile a worker watch, and I asked twice for help

I am a vet. In the past you had to show your drivers license to get the discount now you have to take your license out and let them scan the back .I went in today no lanes open except seif check out,but you still have to get someone to check your drivers license.

The garden center man is a jerk and a manager couldn’t be bothered to talk to us. They’ve completely blocked off sections of the store from people purchasing products and don’t care at all. This is a glorified storage unit not a store for paying customers who drive 30+ mins to shop. Go somewhere else!

I love the place and have so much to look at but I have a very weak back and a replaced knee n other gone so getting around is a chore. They have handicap vehicles but I feel like that there is always someone else worse off than me and wouldn't want their experience there to make them have to leave. I will tuff it out, it hurts but I will have helped someone. But they always someone asking and offering to help. Love their lights.

Absolutely terrible experience multiple delivery issues and wrong parts delivered on three occasions. No one seems to verify what you ordered manager has no customer service skills and does absolutely nothing to fix the problem

The online order system is terrible. I hear complaints from so many other customers about having to wait when picking up online items at the store. Three times we've had to wait 45 min to get our orders. Then they're rude trying to have us walk through the whole store to get the items ourselves. The board we bought that was on bottom of our order looked like they picked up off the streets. They lack the employees to fill the orders but if you have a system that doesn't work get rid of it . There's no such thing as customer service anymore

Returning and replacing replacement storm door, 1st time to get the storm door and couldn't find an employee to help get the door then had to take it back and get another door as the size in the box did not work for the existing opening I had. 2nd trip in store after a 20 mile trip and again no employees to help even after using the " need help " button was used and announcement called out 3 times. I had to walk around to find someone to help and they had no idea what I was asking and was unable to get anyone to show up when paged. Departments don't cross train to help customers so the customers suffer for that. At present I have not found a replacement storm door.

been going there for years, all disappointing. go to order doors push the help button and no one comes, the manager comes by with her heavy shoes clip clop, back then was help in all departments, that was a lie, finally order the doors 3 months the clerk says, 9 months no doors, 4 months is a ok had the timing off, 9 months was a lie for 3 months, today go in want paint, ask the guy can you help, he said be right with you, walks away, ok getting domething, or needed bathroom, no, it was the same manager having a meeting in the back, by carpets,the extra ride to home depot will be well worth it. i will be willing to talk to lowes about this issue i seem to have, but i made that offer other times, before my review was deleted with the door and other issues

Big variety of lumber, appliances, hardware, and landscaping. Most employees are very helpful and knowledgeable, but some will run and hide to avoid helping you. Like everywhere else, prices are good on some items and Mediocre on others. It is always worth checking out.
