The staff is friendly, that's not the problem. You can't get down the aisles! All the stock is loaded on carts and the carts are lined up everywhere, it's like this all the time. Last week there was a whole cart of dog food and empty totes up front blocking the bandaids and I needed bandaids. The dog food and the totes are still there a week later. I had to go around 2 carts full of boxes plus a shopping cart full of merch today just to get a bottle of ibuprofen. I posted pics, y'all need to close the store and do the remodel, stock the whole place then reopen.

This is good if needing something real quick. The parking lot is tiny and it's one way in and out not for larger size vehicles. The store is tiny, as well, but it has a good selection for it's size. There is usually one or two unattended stock carts in the aisles. The store is cramped. The checkout staff is aleays very friendly - more so than the average DG. Seems to be well managed.

We went to this one last night. The guy was on his cell phone the whole time checking us out. He scanned a few items more then once and we didn’t catch it until we went to our truck. Came back in. Well he forgot to take the security piece of a shirt so I have to go back up there today with the receipt and shirt and get it took off. The alarms were going off last night. He should have done his job correctly. We didn’t even get a apology. Sad thing is the girl behind him was scanning stuff more then once to a gentleman as well and he said no I got three cokes not 4. You couldn’t even walk by the toilet paper or baby times people were complaining more then just us.

I called first to see if they had something that a couple other stores were out of. They were friendly and helpful and went out if their way to help, actually physically walking over to see if they had said product in stock. Like being able to quickly get in and out with items I need. Great shopping experience!

Dollar General is generally good all around although they could use more than one or two individuals working at a time. It can often be inconvenient to get assistance for questions regarding sale items or pricing on the shelves. The coupon they award customers with for $5.00 discounts would be better if redeemable for two days in the following week.

Store manager is getting that place together ! Now that she has some reliable help that will actually do their jobs.When Rebecca was ill that store went to the dogs and she has done an AMAZING JOB whipping it back in to shape.

This place has got to get it together.The bad outweighs the good here. There is no point in having what I know if not, could be a million dollar making store but it is dirty, cluttered beyond words, lack of workers and slow as all get up. It seems that a store with that much more growth potential and sales would not spend money and train, train,train and hire qualified people who valued their jobs as much as the managers should. I was #12 in line tonight only one employee there and management out at the bank. All I could do was just listen to the people complain. I am an avid DGS patron but I need organization when I go, understandable a truck delivers but when it's time for another delivery and stock is not put away from the week before I have a problem with that. JS!!!

I went to the Dollar General in Puryear, and I was very pleased. It had plenty of stock, the iles were not blocked up, I was able to find everything that I needed and more. Staff was very helpful. I will definitely go to this location again.

Shelves empty. Boxes in aisles. Lots of items didn't have prices on the shelf. Register area is messy and dirty. The parking lot is to small. Female key turner is extremely rude.

DG on Mineral Wells in Paris, TN, (and on Highway 641) had everything we wanted, as usual. It saved us from a trip to the terrible Wal-Mart just a few feet down the street! The variety of products there was great.There were so many of us customers that one of the employees had to open up another check out. The aisles are narrow, but I guess that's because they have so many choices for us! The employees are both locations are VERY patient, friendly and helpful. I had much rather go to a DG than WM, although I get to see all of my old buddies at WM on the Social Security check day - we all seem to be there, pushing our empty carts around!DG has what you want, but you have to look, or ask!

Dollar General is where I buy all my Cleaning supplies, Bathroom Supplies,Paper Towels, Wipes. Very reasonable prices with coupons & On Saturdays $5.00 off if you spend $25.00. That's a bargin!

The manager goes above and beyond customer service ..he is the one of the main reasons I shop here..this is the best dollar general store in Paris and the cleanest I've been in and the most helpful.if you want to a friendly atmosphere and helpful people for sure come here..55555 stars for sure..

I won't be back...the clerk with the shaved haircut in the back was very rude and had a bad attitude. I'm sure I wasn't the only one during her shift that gave her a new name 😲. This was the Dollar General across from Cash Savers.

The one on 641 hwy had their items well stocked Store on 54 hwy friendly people and store on79 hwy usually find what you need but all of the visits I've had were friendly ,home town people.

I dont know why but every dollar store ive ever been in have all been just cluttered and things in the aisle , I stood at the counter for 10 mins while two employes stood in the back and he he and ha ha.. -5
