Been picking up my groceries at their “post Covid” Pick Up section. Love it. Spend less time shopping and don’t have to pick the item off the shelf and put it in my cart, take it out and check it - since most are going with “self check.” Put in a bag and back into my cart, wheel it out to my vehicle and out of the cart and into my ride then take it out and put it away when I get home.I click an item, it is brought to my vehicle and that is it! Love it. Service is really good here too. A couple of times on a Friday afternoon the wait has been long but over all they do a good job.

This Wal-Mart was legit, there at closing time: lady on the intercom announced that closing time was approaching in a non-threatening tone. 👍The stock woman observed me searching the selves and asked if I needed help finding anything. She knew of three locations that had different types of the product I was looking for. It was the second of the three. 👍👍Then the self checkout, one of the workers saw me begrudgingly approach the machine, the first was on sale, not on machine associate came over, saw I had several problem items. After confirming my age and explaining that I am not a cashier they took my items rang them up and got me out no problem. 👍👍👍

They have 3 people watching you check yourself out and they have another one at the door to check your receipt to make sure you didn't try to steal anything that wouldn't fit in a bag I spent 300 + and I had a box of cat litter that was to big to bag so I had to wait on the employee to find it on the receipt before I could leave and some of the employees are very rude

Don't go here. The staff is rude and the restrooms are unkempt. I came here today to return a Christmas gift my ten year old son received. They would not give me full value for the item. It's almost as if they accused my 10 year old of theft!! I see no reason why a ten year old boy can't return a Christmas gift for full value! It was totally unopened! The manager was very rude and unwilling to help resolve my issues! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Next time I will drive the extra fifteen minutes to find a suitable store

This Chattanooga TN charging station is our half-way point from Atlanta GA to Nashville TN. The station is clean and the chargers work as designed. An average it takes us 15 minutes to charge from 20% to 80% charge with the Audi e-tron!! And an additional 12 minutes to charge to 100%! After we plug-in the Audi e-tron to charge, we have time to walk to Walmart, use the bathroom, purchase a drink and a snack and walk back to the Audi with a 80% charge!! And sometimes my wife wants to get her steps in… that a 25 minute walk around the Walmart parking lot = 2 miles and over 4,000 plus steps! Oh and the best part is the cost!! On average we pay $8 to $10 for a full charge!! I hope this note helps in your decision to purchase an electric vehicle!

Easy access, plenty of parking, and well lighted. Helpful employees, and the curbside grocery pick up is fantastic; fast and efficient with sufficient numbered parking spots to hand their customers. For curbside grocery pick up, I'm typically leaving with groceries in under 5 minutes or less after parking. This location also offers charging stations for electric vehicles, as well as a gas station.

Hey your manager Latrina (?) was being very rude to me and the employees when I came in. I was trying to purchase items for my dinner and she accused me of stealing (I ABSOLUTELY was not, i've never stolen an item in my life), and almost got physical with me. I overheard her talking very loudly and rudely to the employees as well. This is not the way to run a company. I am genuinely disappointed that some of the managers have such a power trip and are not monitored. She was borderline harassing me, and she made a few employees cry.

This Walmart is arguably the best in the Chattanooga area. Definitely the most clean and inviting one. Their inventory is also pretty full. Worth the visit. Their plant department is also the least neglected I’ve seen at a Walmart so that counts for something!

Shop for dinner 4 or 5 days a week. And literally every time I come in the bread in the bakery is day old or worse. Sometimes it's even mislabeled. Update prices and quit false advertising .3 weeks straight. You have soda priced eleven forty eight when it rings up thirteen forty eight. Is numerous things throughout the store where the price isnot correct anymore

I been coming to this Walmart for very long time and I travel to get to this location. I want be returning back after I was harassed by the door greater of where my receipt at for my items that she pointed at . She very rude in what she was wanting and asking . I held up my receipt and she said what and shrugged her shoulders . Like you asked me for my receipt. Get a better evening shift worker. I went out the door from a cashier checking me out. So you don’t trust employees either ? Happen at 6:20 pm today .

I absouletly love this walmart, compared to the one in East Ridge and the one up by Hamilton place mall, this one is the best. I love the people, the whole area just feels so much nicer compared to the other two. One of my favorite things to do if I'm there when it gets late is take pictures of the sunsets. They have absoultely beautiful sunsets some days. I would not work at any other walmart in this area. The employees actually work as a team, they encourage each other and have so many laughs and it shows as a store. Please stop by, its a very lovely place :)

Best Walmart I've ever gone to. Always super clean and organized, there's so much space down all the aisles. Everything is nice, except the customers and the parking lot. Hate the parking lot.Also, all the people complaining about the employees checking the receipts and such: They don't want to check them either. They are being forced to. Believe me, none of them care if you're stealing or not. They're just trying to keep their job by doing what they're told.

I have used Walmart pick up countless times, and admittedly was shocked to see that I could do pick up on Black Friday. But I needed to get some groceries for a family Thanksgiving get-together so I figured if I did pickup I would save time and have time to cook. I have been sitting in the parking lot for over an hour waiting for my order and was told that, even though all the bays were full with cars lined up to park in one, that getting in a numbered spot was probably the only way I was going to get my order. I am livid right now and late for my family thanksgiving dinner. I just wish the app wouldn’t have allowed me to sign up for a time slot if it wasn’t available.

I purchased two chicken dinners from the deli and was surprised to how good it tasted. Really like the markings of the isles makes it easy to navigate the grocery area. Fresh vegetables section was bright with all the vegetables and fruits looking very appetizing.

Update: The kiwi was clearly marked $3. It rang up 4.48. I asked, and they told me they marked it 4.48, and the $3 applies to another item. The lady would not even look at me. Poor job today.The store is clean and usually not too busy. Friday's are the exception. The staff is always available.

If you like waiting 2 hours to get your pick up order on a Sunday afternoon then this Wmart is for you. If you don't, then literally ANY other Wmart in town will do. Any other Wmart

It was clean, but the checkout line for self checkout was organized in a way that was awkward.There was something off about it as it was shaped in a circle like a raceway instead of linear.

This walmart is about remodel and have tons of amazing deals at the moment. I went in for batteries and ended up spending a few hundred dollars. Several employees stopped to chat w me as I was checking out deals and were super friendly the store was clean and comfortable. I enjoy a good deal but the friendly employees made it worth while. Wish I new there names. But thanks for being great guys!!!!

Have not been a Walmart fan for many years now. Sad to say it's gone even further down my opinion now. Employees not very friendly when you can even find one to help. The shoppers for the pickup orders rushing through so fast they sometimes almost run you down. Not enough employees to go through and straighten shelves or to put cooler items back in place. All this and we get to ring up and bag our own groceries too!

This place always is over crowded and prices always have a 50/50 chance of being incorrectly labeled. If it looks too good to be true, take a photo of the item with the price tag.

Decent Walmart. Deducted 1 star for the womens restroom. 4 stalls and only 1 is ever functioning for as long as I can remember (like months and months). 2 stalls missing locks, 2 toilets broken (no flush).

My faith in Walmart has been restored, again! I had a bad experience with a pickup order about a 60-count egg purchase. More than half the eggs were broken. I didn't take them back the same day but I did complete the survey afterwards. The next day, Walmart called me and walked me through the return process, and had me come and get a replacement. The pick-up of the replacement was smooth. The woman that called me was great, friendly, and knowledgeable.
